Astarte’s Appearance
At the mere sight of this rare high elf, a shiver runs downs the spine of even the bravest of men and women. The very air surrounding the high elf seems disturbed by her presence. Fiery tendrils of energy flaring in her aura to generate a crackling sound like a raging fire. The sight of her aura giving the impression of a gathering storm waiting to unleash its fury. At the sound of her voice the strongest of men and woman have been enthralled by its beauty. Her voice feminine yet holding a eerie echo of power to it. The voice striking both fear of her powers yet luring at the same time. The thoughts of controlling such power easily enticing the greed of mankind. The enchantment does not stop with her voice. The very eyes of the high elf seem to snare the beholder's gaze and hold it captive. The eyes of this creature holding a fierce glow to them. The outer edges of her irises a glittering black color, within that there is a circle of brilliant deep color of azure that fills the rest of her eyes. Finally there is an obsidian fire that dances along her steel colored pupils. The state of the flames often reflects her every changing moods. When enraged the flames have been seen turning crimson and flooding her entire eyes. The fiery gaze of the dark one holds a cold distinctive look to them. A vicious look that promises pain, sex, and violence to the beholder. Upon the breast of the left of the high elf a brand of a silver dragon curled around her breast can be seen. The mark left by the dragon who had transformed her into a high elf. After a potion mishape at a sale at the shop, the fire mage now has a pair of drak like wings, with obsidian scales that have a fiery tint when firelight reflects off them.
With beautifully sculpted facial features that are angular, and pointed ears it is easy to see she is high elvin. The cold demeanor and fierce look of the high elf most often reveals her true nature. Due to her pyromancer powers her skin is a healthy bronze shade and feverish to the touch. Upon her left hand she wears her new found relic Sirithheru. In its more non-descript form, it is a plain golden wrist band about half an inch thick, with the circular red crimson jewel set in its center, and slight ridged at regular intervals along its length. In its true form the relic turns into a deadly weapon. Forged of purest gold, made to fit easily, and comfortably over the bearers right hand, she wears Sirithheru like a glove. The golden claw slides over the her fingers, the back plate of the claws fitting snugly with a latch around her wrist to help keep it in place. The claws are upon the fingertips, like that of a cats, the blade for each claw at a length of three inches. The golden plate on the back which connects each of the claw fingers, there lies a circular red jewel, looking as though it were flowing blood, and attacked to the plate with laces of gold engraved with ancient runes. The jewel is a crystallized form of a fire dragons blood that was attached to the golden claw upon its creation. Upon her elbows, right wrist, and ankles she wears black leather cuffs adorned with golden triangular pieces of metal that allow them to lock together allowing the whisper to be positioned in many forms...only limited by the creativeness of her dominate.
Around her facial features long obsidian tresses swirl about her face, a shinning obsidian shade that holds a redish tint when it hits the light just right. Not even the path of the fire mage able to change the darkness of the once whisper born high elven. After her return from the Northern lands she has been seen wearing no collars...nor any jewelry period it seems....Standing at a height of 6'5 Astarte is extremely tall for a high elf. Most of it long slender legs blended into a sleek, toned body, the body of a dancer that moves with nimbleness combined with raw sexuality. Her slender frame appears less physically strong, yet their are hints of the true muscular strength that lies hidden beneath the surface. Although physically weaker, the high elf has a sharp mind. Astarte’s Brief Background
Born in the frigid northern lands the beginning of Astarte's existence was a cold and desolate. The first eighteen years of her existence were spent in solitude. Craving to know more than the frozen tundra, the once duessa traveled south. Her travels bringing her to the city of Tal Darith.
Immediately she found herself entranced by the new races she encountered and soon discovered she could use them to get what she wanted whether it is gifts, money, or shelter. Selling herself, Astarte was able to make a small fortune.
Unfortunately she had not gone unnoticed. In her twenty fourth year of existence she had been ambushed and captured by a Dark Elven named Langos. For nearly a year Astarte had been his torture slave. The dark elf fascinated by her rapid healing abilities. None stop for nearly a year he had sliced her body open and recorded how long it took her to heal from various types of cuts and stabs. One night, Astarte finally escaped her enslavement and fled further south. Over the centuries Astarte has had many lovers and masters. How old she truly is a complete mystery ever to those close to her. Astarte always changes the subject with the push of mind control, the duessa never wishing to discuss her real age or background.
Astarte came to Belariath after years of pointless traveling simply making enough coin to survive on and buy more magic scrolls as she went. In her time in Belariath, Astarte has had her fair share of experiences. Astarte had been collared by a mighty wolven only to be released as he found the duessa too strong willed for his liking. Through her studies , Astarte's powers seem to be rapidly increasing. Her powers did not go unnoticed though. Astarte eventually was hired by the Sorceress Sanctuary as an Enchantress and sales woman of spells and familiars and came to be an Arch Mage within Unigo and a teacher there was well. With the pay from her job, Astarte has finally saved enough money to have a home of her own for the first time in her life.
With the passes of time brings changes. The whisper was killed by a dragon ,having her very essence ripped from her body, only to be reborn in the form of a high elf. The dragon claiming it was so that her 'little mortal' body could serve the dragons better as the carried the red dragon Siritheru's gift. Upon her left breast the dragon left a brand of a dragon curled around her breast possesively as the crimson eyes of the silver dragon seem to bore into the beholder staring down into your very soul and keeping your gaze captive. Though her time in beleriath has been filled with various pain and loves, she finally settled with her mate Archaon. The only being to fullfill her with meeting her perverted nature, cruel streaks, and general attitude.
