Legends of Belariath

Nayasha

Standing near the edge of the heated spring, brought to near boil in the risen heat that filtered through the Mountain of Myourur, standing near the edge of the spring perched atop was a Chirot girl her head hung low leaving her onyx black eyes to hang close as she blew softly through the pipe of a wooden craft flute, easily filling the cave she was sat in away from the Villagers the lived within the honeycombed passageways beneath several hundred tons of rock, and there she stayed for a better portion of the day, playing her flute softly as to quell sadness or even anger that haunted and terrified the Chirot.

Nigh 20 years ago marked the batlike humanoid's birthing as a Hermaphrodite, bizarre might have been some ways to put the exclamation received about the girl as she lived within the Cavern city, 'freakish' and 'outcast' could also be be heard from time to time from the peoples, gosip spread like wildfire easily for several years, though it wasn't the nature of the proud Chirot to harm another of their kind inside the rocky settlement it hadn't stopped many from continueing with relentless mockery, rubbing insult to injury and wounding her far worse then any punch or a stone could.

"Nayasha.. ...Nayasha are you there?!" called out a soft but equally strong echoing voice that fell through the cave tunnels, a shadow illuminated by torchlight.

Even as the voice continued Nayasha sat there silentlly till finally the piece played by the flute fell soft and no longer revirberated leaving the girl to slowly stand from the rock and sadlly approach they way of the voice she could almost hear the villagers voices now as she stepped into the building, most of her body hidden by the thickly brownfurred drape of her wings, head bowed lightly eyeing the floor in step as the young woman's tutor quickly approached, a male Chirot by the name of Algaerth, ever since she had been dishoned from the clan of her family she was under the keep of the clerical guild, the only place she could turn to to be without ridicule where she underwent her training in the ways of healling magicks

Algaerth knew her better then anyone under Mount Myourur, his firm grasp patted her across the shoulder before settling to the point where he good easily guide her towards a lone standing building the location of the city's Guild

"Don't be so down upon yourself all the time.. you must remember you're no different then anyone else living here, we like you are all Chirot" he said once again softly, marked finally as if to halt any replies the woman would have said to denote him and his attempt to cheer her up, but as always when he spoke in that fashion, all she could do was utter soft mumbles at the man she had grown to feel kindly for.

Even as she left his touch and moved further within the Guild, her mood was perpetually low and inverted only stopping momentarilly of loathing sighs to visit the library, a large circular room filled with every book and scroll one could ever want to imagine, and every subject behind the thick binders, if it were possible for her to dispise anything more then ridicule it was her necesity to study in order to learn healing arts, something she had become avidlly proficiant at in her squirehood.

As she piled her arms with stacks of books her attention only wavered mommentarilly towards the only other squire occupying the room, a Chirot of flaming red hair, she had assumed the other woman occupying the table had been inducted only today though with constant abscense from the halls keeping check on the goings on was not something she took much care in working at.

It only occured to the woman that her black orbed gaze stayed constant on the Chirot for several minutes on end, it was long enough to let her know she was being watched by the second Lavender Chirot, Nayasha shivered rapidlly whilst inwardlly cursing herself for doing it during the Female's approach towards her, the eerie silence of the Library broken only by the red haired Woman.

"Excuse me..?" was the only thing needed to say before expression donned on her face and broke into a cruel grin

"Nayasha was it? i had no idea you were being tutored here as well.." she said again as she inched forward

Nayasha quickly drew back with the Chirot's nearing step, each one causing her to back up further to eventually she was cornered, expressions of fear could be easilly be shown over her face, thoughts of being mugged by the Chirot flashed cruelly through her mind, taunting the woman to try and run away but even as she tried the Woman's hands raised and gripped tightly at the shelves leaving her arms to block any escape from her sides

"what are you doing.. you cannot trap me here!" cried Nayasha softly as she began in attempt to throw the Woman off balance and break her blockade of escape

The Woman merely stumbled backwards with the push, it was a weak struggle, her own strengh far out matched Nayasha's own and she was easily pushed tightly against the large Bookcase with a meek yelp that escaped Nayasha's lips, her form quivering under the Woman's almost devilish grin.

"of course i can.. you certainlly can't do anything to stop me now, Freak.." the Woman said darkly, adding the mocking insult under her breath

The now relieved hand slid down the bone framed leathery hide of her wings as she held Nayasha pinned several curses falling from the Woman's lips as she was held, growing further once the hand begin to feel over her tights under the veil of her wings, the long digits quickly coming to rest upon her crotch, easilly buldging from under the concealment of the Woman's tunic and wings is the noticable sign of her 'abnormality' which was squeezed in slow tensed motions under the Woman's grip before her hand recoiled itself upon the uttered screams caused from the tension felt between her legs, one that voiced throughout the Building, causing the Woman to quickly draw back lest she be noticed.

"Next time.. maybe I should get a gag, hm?" she said questionablly with a chuckle before making off out of a door with a *click*

As the grip released and the Woman left Nayasha could only help by quiver frighteninglly dropping to the floor along the Library shelf, leaving several books and scrolls to fall to the floor loudly, she had sat for several minutes her face buried within her palms as she wept, not a sign of anyone to check her condition or any sign someone had even heard the Chirot.

Decidedlly the Lavender haired Chirot quickly scrambled to her feet and began to run from the Library, if the Woman had been right she was not about to be left away so quickly, inwardly knowing it would just get progressivlly worse the for the Chirot Woman, knowing she had to leave as quickly as she could before her life could catch up with her, her possesions in short supply she kept only a small pouch with her savings and a small sheathed Dagger before she left her life, left the city and left a life of pain.

She knew not of the outside world, not of the hardships she'd endure as she traveled city to city for several years hoping to eventually find where she was accepted, or at least unknown and unbothered...
