Legends of Belariath

Topaz

Alone in the woods she had just arrived, and the weather still had the kiss of winter upon it. She kneeled on the cold ground after landing getting acclimated to her surroundings, and looked around. It was so quiet in the woods, until she heard a branch snap and the most handsome cat man she ever seen walked slowly towards her. Soft ears and fur all over she wanted to reach out and touch him, and the purring lured her senses to remain calm finding the sound tranquilizing.

He touched her; and her golden wings expanded with a flutter. He stroked his fingers down each golden feather on her wings. Topaz was warned to be careful, and each delicate curve of her body outlined the beautiful figure of the Torian.

"You should come with me, it's not safe here. In fact come stay with me and I can train you and protect you."

She was puzzled on what she was to fear at that very moment, but he promised her that if she came with him he would teach her how to protect herself from harm. It seemed a suitable reason to take his hand so trusting, and follow Twerlinger to his home.

When they sat and talked he introduced himself, and they spoke of common interests like alchemy and healing. She was very versed in gems and herbs, and they exchanged examples of which herb were found to heal or make potions of. Of course he was a master in the art of magic, but she was very well taught and experienced in herbal potions and uses.

Something was odd about the situation, and when he looked at her he was more appraising than someone would be in meeting a new friend. Her ego took Twerlinger's interest as being sexually attracted to her, and in a way he was. Twerlinger's eyes roamed over her body, assessing her breasts, hips and legs, and unbeknown to her was hired by the noble Relanoth to find him a slave.

She listened to him speak of dangerous perils she would encounter in the world, and promised her a way to avoid all of them. That may have been a bit twisted promise, for the plan was to teach her how to be a proper slave, and sell her to Relanoth. Secretly they had agreed to keep her at Twerlinger's and once trained enough for a visit he was to bring her to Relanoth's manor for him to inspect her.

Twerlinger's touches were soft, appraising, but he enjoyed her body too. He taught her the art of using her mouth and lips before bringing her to Relanoth. What she didn't expect was Relanoth was an art collector and very eccentric.

The first meeting she had kept her on edge a day after Twerlinger told her she was to be a slave, and that it was the –only- way to be safe from danger. Relanoth's way of dressing was loud and audacious to her, she was more refined, and his eyes roving over her body made her cringe towards Twerlinger, who reminded her to pose in the slave position for the noble.

Upon her knees in Relanoth's manor she didn't find a soft touch like the cat man's, but instead humility she would never forget. He made her undress, spread herself for an inspection like an animal ready to be brought to slaughter. There was nothing nice about the man, she immediately disliked, and feared.

Degrading and humiliating, she didn't find one attractive thing about Relanoth, and couldn't wait to be escorted back to return to Twerlinger's for more training. Her one downfall was losing her temper for a moment and calling Relanoth a bastard, but he didn't even have the desire to chastise her, and left her punishment to Twerlinger.

Topaz being a Torian found herself shedding feathers when near her future master, and no matter where or how close to him golden feathers scattered the floor around her.

For a short time she was angry at Twerlinger for making the deal of exchange, but he promised to teach her and keep her close to him when away from Relanoth. That was enough to keep her going, once she heard the payment had exchanged hands and there was no way out other than to become Relanoth's slave.

Relanoth's idiosyncrasies were so extreme she wondered if her enslavement would mean he would never touch her. If that came to be, she would be happy as a close student of Twerlinger and make life at least livable.

Twerlinger's orders from Relanoth were to teach her everything he could while keeping her a virgin, and yet Relanoth wanting such a promise was more interested in humiliation. He was an unusual man and Topaz wondered what his ulterior motives were when it came to her.

She was beautiful like the collection of statues and art Relanoth had along his walls, and he almost seemed to dislike her common love of art, hoarding those collections for him alone to enjoy.

Topaz was a healer and her interest in potions and alchemy was the one bartering tool Relanoth had to keep her sane, and he told her if she did everything he asked, only then would he let her study with Twerlinger and spend time in his home for a little extracurricular activity.

Time would tell if the slight flicker in Relanoth's eyes was the interest of a master admiring the beauty of his slave, or a plot to bring her to more humiliation for his wicked enjoyment.
