Tyjir

History

Tyjir comes from the catpeople’s village Kiiryn, an enclave of the hunter clan Karyuudo in the northeastern edges of the Empire. He was born of the fourth child of the second co-wife of his father, one of the betas, and the second male born of the whole family. His young years were uninspiring enough, living the average life of a catboy in the village.

Once he hit thirteen years old, he went out for his Test of the Hunt, the trial of hunter clans that sends out their young when they are may be considered mature enough to join in on the larger hunts. The celebration that the youths had in their successful catches was bittersweet because as they were out on the hunt, slavers came to Kiiryn as the young hunters were out and gone. When they came back, several of the people were taken. Slavery wasn’t new to them; every year or two, some slavers would come in and take some of their people, and the long-suffering cat race accepted it. This time, it became personal to Tyjir. Still young, he didn’t understand why people were stolen away due to the legality of slavery, let alone what slavery was. All he did know was that his mother and two of his sisters were taken away from him. Confidant in his abilities -- more like *over*confidant, some would say -- he went off into the world in search off his taken family.

Two days later, he was totally, unequivocally, absolutely, and understandably, lost in the woods.

At least he had his paltry skills to get him through and keep him from starving or dying, but the outlook did not look good for him. Finally, a week in and fruitless searching later, salvation came. A human found him all alone. He must have seen the potential in the youth, because he took Tyjir in and began to further his hunting skills into something much more refined, into the true spirit of the hunter: a Ranger.

And so Tyjir lived and trained under his mentor, a ranger himself, in the ways of the woods with his female elven slave for the next five years. Not only did he learn the ways of the ranger, he was taught about the Empire and about slavery, and what it is about, and a deeper understanding and comprehension was built. He understood what happened to his mother and sisters: they became slaves. There was little that he could do at this point. Upon his eighteenth birthday, his mentor released him once he finished a trial of a more… sexual nature with his slave. He had to make her orgasm fifty times in a one week period; oh, and he had to learn to control his urges so that he would cum less than thirty times, and he needed to wait an hour after each orgasm before he could fuck her again.

It took him two months of effort before he could claim release from his mentor.

Once released, he headed somewhat south to a small town still on the outskirts of The Empire, where he applied for a job in the Imperial Slave Authority and got hired on as an enforcer. The job was easy enough: investigate complaints and petitions made like misbehaving slaves and improper punishments made in public. Sometimes he would get an assignment where he had to track down a runaway (and discover why he or she ran away, if there was a legit reason like an irresponsible owner or if the slave was just unhappy with his/her lot in life), and once in a blue moon, kidnappers. (Though in that case he more of acted as a scout than actual force.) He learned quite the spectrum of slavery during his time in the ISA. Some good, some not-so good, some very nasty owners, and he learned just what was within his powers to do anything, and what he could only be an observer.

Time passed, as is its wont to do, and he was given a transfer to Nanthalion. While there was still a decent amount of need of the ISA, there was an even higher supply of people who wanted to work for this branch. Still, he took this as a golden opportunity and accepted the transfer. Nanthalion was a rapidly growing city with a great amount of traffic that comes and goes, and an even greater amount of slavery. Apparently they also had a bit of a lack of enforcers. This might have been the break he was looking for; perhaps somewhere in this trade city’s ISA, there might be records of his family. Except a little snag hit: It would take two months before his transfer would be completed.

With a sigh and a little exasperation, he passed the time by exploring what would probably be his home for some time and rented a room at The Lonely Inn. Eventually, he took a part-time job to help pass the time

at The Lonely Inn. He has opened up a lot in his short time here in Nanthalion and made many new friends and acquaintances. He’s also found people whose very presence twist and turn his stomach into knots. Time gradually passed as is its wont to do, and he found out just *why* the lack of enforcers in the area: the city was slowly fazing them out! Tyjir gave a small groan in frustration, but with ranger determination, he shrugged his shoulders and went on with life.

The two months passed by, and Tyjir’s transfer finished processing. He met with the current boss Azara in a private interview, and they both agreed that registrar would be the better niche for him. The first couple of months led to lots of weirdness and wonderment for this catman. Who knows what the next few will bring?

Personality

His life led him down two paths. One is from his formative childhood in Kiiryn. The cat-kin there are very open and amorous with each other, and the city’s motto is, “Sex early, sex often, sex with different people.” But where his people were very sociable with one another, his ranger training engrained the loner aspect into him and to be self sufficient. These two very diverging philosophies merged together into what can be considered approachable yet aloof, easy-going but minces words. Being around society much more than he used to has been opening him up a lot more, though.

Rape is an odd concept for him. Since he was raised in a village where everybody is perpetually horny, and then lived in an area where there is only a slave and master to keep him company, rape never became much of an issue for him. He understands on one level that it is sex with a partner who is not in the mood for it, but with his own sex drive and experience, he has difficulty comprehending why anybody wouldn’t want sex at any given moment. All he knows is that the other wouldn’t have much fun, thus putting a damper on his own enjoyment. He doesn’t partake of such, but isn’t really going to try to stop anybody else in most cases.

If anybody watched him drink, they would be amazed at what he can down. Now matter what liquor he drinks, nor how much, he doesn’t seem to get drunk one whit. That, however, doesn’t stop the aftereffects. As he likes to say, “I don’t drink to get drunk; I drink to get the hangover.” Why he seems to drink himself to near-death at times is anybody’s guess, but he has been drinking much less liquor ever since he gained a couple of girlfriends. He claims that his alcohol resistance comes with a price to something else, but he it very tight-lipped about what this other thing is.

Noted Skills:

Alcoholic efficiency: His body seems to burn alcohol much faster than the ordinary individual; he doesn’t get drunk, and it takes a much greater amount of alcohol to get hung over. It still hurts like hell when he does reach that level, though.

Masseuse: One of the skills that the young males in Kiiryn learn in their childhood is how to give massages. This is in practice makes them much more desirable a mate when the male is old enough to take on wives.

Swimming: Because any ranger worth his salt should now how to swim!
