A Bard`s Memory of Empire

The 28th Year of The Ilfirian Empire

October 14
Wildfire Ceremony

Isla-TU toward her own office, smiling at Tagalog, "Thank you for that..." she said, smiling warmly at him.  "Are you going to stick around for the wedding?"

Meadow{wSw}  returned his kiss, and the love was still there within it. She bowed her head and turned to head to her room. Once inside it she sat down on the bed again and opened the book she drew in. It spoke more of her inner thoughts than words ever could or would. She would do as ask with the pillow but she had no idea why he needed her to stay there. She didn't wish to upset Tehya this night at all and figured no one would come near the slave, but she would do as asked anyway. She looked at the tub and sighed softly.

Sorgram left his office, undoing his robe as he went to find Isla; he had forgotten to give her the itinerary of the ceremony as a few things had been added to it. Moving to locate her, he would first check the main anvil room.

"Isla, one more item and then I promise, to let you at it as I know time is short."

Tehya walked in with her dress in hand and looked around since she was told not to come to the temple until tonight. She asked a guard where the attendants would be dressing.

Isla blinked, having been stopped just as she was on her way to her office, looking at Sorgram a second, "Mallus?"  She said, waiting to see what he had to say, her eyes flickered over the interior of the room, knowing everything would be untouched hopefully, still irritated that things had not been decorated as she had planned, but at least she had managed to make it look nice enough, she hoped.

The temple proper would be lined with silk hanging from the ceiling, flowing down to the floor.  The floors were carpeted in green with one long crimson one stretching from the hall down the aisle leading to the altar.  The small volcano placed upon the altar, already glowing in anticipation, flowers lay about it, placed so that they covered the entire base.  The ceiling had been lined with flowers but those had been removed, instead silk hung there, one long rope hung down behind the altar. The seats were lined with embroidered pillows, silk draped over the backs and bowed at the ends, flowers resting snuggly inside the bows giving them that lovely pop of color.

Tehya was tanned from the summer but turned pale when walking in, so many secrets and she had to wonder if hers was there. Where to go, not to their room, and she waited humming to steady her nerves, and looked at the door… almost leaving. Of course surprises were just that, so she didn't seek out to see the flowers or anything else and she just looked for a vacant room to change.

Sorgram handed Isla a list. "The final itinerary, just a thing or two added nothing changed in your part really." Thanks he was speed talking as he shoved it at her and rushed off to the office, having been just then informed that Tehya had arrived, which Isla would hear as well.

The females were to be escorted to a room on the far side of the temple, away from the quarter of the Mallus and towards those of the clerics and paladins. In the quarter of the clerics, they would have privacy to dress and get ready. Sorgram moved to his office and prepared his bath, noticing that it was too cold; and stuck his hand in the frigid liquid to instill heat into it. He did not intend to take too long, but he would need it a bit warmer.

Tehya looked around but could only smell the scent of the flowers, and that was compelling enough to make her smile. She seemed quite nervous, but she was doing something she swore never to do. Unique rules and long years had suddenly manipulated into the couple's own ideas. Sorgram and Tehya had something not typical, and tonight would prove it. She was already bathed and her hair was curled a bit and she had fastened blue cornflowers in her hair. The gown and veil was not on yet she was waiting for the others.

Isla had made her way to where the guards had said the Lady had entered, her eyes flicking over the door a moment she knocked, "My Lady," she said, waiting as her hands folded in front of herself, "I will act as lady's maid should you need one."  She knew the day was difficult, even her own had been hard.

Naidra made her way to the temple, dress in hand her hair was pinned up so that long lush locks fell down the back of her neck and framed her face but the rest set nicely on her head with ruby and diamond hair clips holding the hair in place. She had not gotten into her dress yet planning to dress at the temple. Once she arrived she let one of the temple hands lead her back to where Tehya Naidra was.

Sorgram stripped completely, having not done so in a long time and sinking himself into the water, even slipping his head under as a test to see how long he could hold his breath before he had to surface and give in. This contest the water always won, he knew on the day he would lose. Holding his breath as long as he could he would pop up, spilling water and reaching for soaps and cloth to bathe.

Tehya called out, "Isla is that you? I am not sure if this is where I am supposed to be."

She changed out of her dress and hung it up and then began to take the gown from its covering. Taking a deep breath in she checked to see if any of the pearls had come off in transporting it.

"Yes it's me and you can be wherever you would like... if this room isn't sufficient I can easily vacate my office for you and your ladies," she waited, clearing her throat a second, trying to keep from straining her voice.

Tehya opened the door for Isla and was just wearing a white corset and stockings, quite out of breath for two reasons the tight corset and the nervousness she was feeling.

"I need help with my veil once I get my dress on. Eight hundred pearls, what was I thinking?"

Isla smiled, watching the poor woman, "That is too tight... and I will help you with whatever you need." she moved in, walking behind the lady a moment, moving to pull the stays of the corset, loosening them just a little, "Tis better to breath then to unconscious." she smiled, re-lacing the stay a moment, moving to  the dress. "It's beautiful," she said quietly, then the veil, an eyebrow raised, "very lovely indeed." She smiled, letting out a sigh, having missed wearing dresses and such, though she stepped back once Naidra entered, just a bow of her head given.

Tehya gave Isla a hug after freeing her from the corset enough to breathe, and walked over to give Naidra a hug.

"You didn't seem nervous as I am when you wed. Byrn still isn't here."

Isla smiled, returning the hug and slipping out of the room as soon as she could, heading toward her office, not wishing to be in the way as she moved in, one last quick check of the alter before she turned and headed toward her office quickly, closing the door and breathing deeply.

Naidra had followed the temple to the ladies dressing room where Tehya was and smiled at her friend, "I hope this is ok for my hair, but I don't know how you wanted us, so if not it can be pulled down easily," she offered and she gave her friend a one armed hug her dress in her other hand.

"Just tell me what you want done."

laerel{SB} made her way toward the temple to find Tehya. She was humming softly, carrying a small package. She smiled as she entered the room where she was to find Tehya and whispers, "Ready?" and she winked at her.

Tehya was kind of superstitious and hoped that wasn't an omen. When Laeral came in she relaxed more, since she had helped her with many things like this.

"I bought you a dress blue the same color of the Emperor's eyes like you asked, piercing blue and had it decorated in pearls."

laerel{SB} smiled and whispered, "thank you, Sister," and she looked down at the package. She glanced toward Naidra and hugged her gently before clearing her throat, and tossing the package behind a statue. She whispered, "Yes... Sister... where do you need us, and what do we need to do?"

Tehya offered the women dressing hangers and benches to sit on, seemed Isla had everything ready and long last she could breathe. Sneaking in back of the bench laerel threw a package she snatched it and asked if she could open it.

"Laerel what's this?"

Laerel{SB} blushed and whispered, "It's nothing, " and the blush could be seen clear to her ears. "I just... wanted to give you something from me... instead of from all of us," and she turned away, "I'm sorry."

The door was left open for anyone to come in, and Tehya was partially dressed so she wasn't shy.

Meadow finished her bath and dried off and brushed out her hair and walked over unsure what dress to wear. She put on undergarments this night first in forever. She pulled on the silk stockings then chose the black dress Sorgram had picked out on their shopping trip. She was his slave so it seemed fitting to wear black, but she shook her head and pulled down the red one he bought her and slipped into it.

Alren lean body sliced through the air.  The mephos carried both Alren and Valindra upon her back as she made time to the Temple.

"It's been some time since I've been able to go to a bonding," he said thinking it over, "and… tonight should be interesting Valindra."

Valindra clung to him as the mephos carried them, and with a sigh as the trip was over the kitten took his hand and slides down with his help, blushing with his words the kitten nodded, about to ask where he would want her to wait she smiled wide leaning closer to him. "if I can be with you I would appreciate it."

He said as his mephos beat her wings, kicking up dust as they landed before the Temple.  "I'll need to go check on a few things, err... I may have showed up a bit late," he said blushing as he slipped from Auror'a back.  The hurried mage still taking the time to offer the kitten a hand down from the beast before other attendants met with him mentioning that Sorgram was already waiting for him.  Alren winced, "Sorry dear, have to learn where I'll be standing and all of that," giving her a wink. Why don't you come with me for a behind the scene look?" He asked as they began to usher him away.

Sorgram shook his ashen grey hair out and began to climb up out of the bath. He shrugged as he looked around, sensing the ensuing tumult and smiled as he did enjoy such. Slipping out, he reached for a towel but allowed his inner flame to find freedom and war with the water on his body. This battle he won easily. Moving to his clothes, he stood naked, looking them over and deciding they should do. Beginning to get dressed, he took his gambeson and put it on. Tonight was full dress and so that is where he would be when Alren reached him.

Adonai gave a faint sigh, he had been traveling the area via air to watch the other areas as he tilted his head a bit, his steps in the air as he had entered that passage, that tunnel, in the skies a tunnel opening of clouds would form, crackling of lightning heavy for a few moments as Adonai exited, he had been practicing some weaker spells, mainly the typical non combats (out of Battle) spells as he exited the opening of the cloud passage... a blink as he chuckled. "That... was fun."

He laughed a bit, he was happy, he had enjoyed some of his magic though he had no true focus on them as he exited the tunnel vanished but... he had forgotten something, in the thrill he was still in the air, with an ack… as he started falling towards the temple, catching the air with his wings rather quickly as he began to spiral in a more controlled effort to the ground, he wore his same robe well a nicer one he found of deep navy blue, as he landed he chuckled, sparking with soft bits of electricity around him...

Naidra smiled at Tehya and hugged Isla, "I am sure she will be here don't worry dear all will be perfect for your big day," she told her then spotted Laerel and went over to hug her as well, "so Tehya where shall I get dressed and where do you want me to put Razy's dress?"

Alren kept up with the guards and made sure that Valindra stayed with him as he found Sorgram's room. The drak seemed fresh from his bath and just now straightening his gamberson as the aeromancer entered the room.

"E gads man… you're still here? Decided not to use that secret tunnel in the back to make good on your escape huh?" He teased. The sound of the mage's boots carrying as he

Alren came to his friend's side. "Isla wasn't too...'sore' about that party was she?" He asked curious just what the fall out of all of that would be. "Oh... and Sorgram, this is Valindra a lover of mine. I don't know if the two of you have met yet?" He asked smiling back at the both of them. Tonight would be full of many things, new and old friends mixing amongst one another.

Sorgram would turn and seeing Valindra, he allowed his member to hang free just a second longer before covering it and finish pulling that on. "We have been acquainted in the past, it is good to see you Valindra, dear, the women are on the other side or you may find a seat."

Pulling his leggings over, he began to pull them on.

"No, Uvelcra seemed to make sure that tunnel caved in, "he retorted.

"Isla, well, let me tell you, I would suggest you make sure she does not get you alone. She does have access to my playroom," he teased as he fastened on his fire red greaves and such.

Alren nodded at that. The mage gave Valindra's hand a squeeze.

"Would you be kind enough to help Tehya prepare? She is a friend of mine; she has always helped out when I needed something Valindra."

He said before giving the kitten a kiss on her cheek. Alren wasn't familiar with the traditions of the temple, or of any that might be involved with the Draks, but didn't want to push anything. He was there to help, not get in the way of anything. The mage paled at Sorgram's words.

"Really? I mean... she can take a bit of a joke right?" He said biting on his lower lip as he crossed his arms before him. The mage thought back on his 'recruitment' of her for the party he put together. "Naaah… you're putting me on. You know she's just a softie," he said grinning. "Now... what's my part in all of this other than being quiet and smiling off to the side?"

Sorgram stood there and reached out for his silk shirt, it would be put on and fastened as to leave his muscled chest in view, showcasing that ornate volcanic tattoo that filled his torso. His wings shifted and he looked to Alren and he reached for that Robe of the Arch magi.

"You will escort Naidra down the way, after I walk down... then you will stand beside me with one foot on my tail."

Alren nodded to Sorgram.

"Feet on your tail… ok…a sign of support?"

He asked curious as to the meaning of it. The mage waiting as the drak finished getting dressed.

"So... wait to the sides with Naidra then lead her in after the bride?" He asked wanting to make sure he had the right impression of what was to happen. "Or are we going before?"

He fitted the arms and put on his mithril circlet. Reaching out for his whip, it would seem almost ready for him and leapt into his hand, coiling over it, so that he could hang it from his belt. Next, he applied two pendants to his neck and lastly, reaching out, he would grasp Razor and fasten it to his waist.

Razy swallowed hard, still trying to get her hair styled properly but given how fast she was flying it was impossible, at least she might have a cute windblown look. She had on her nicest dress but she hoped they still had the dress they had mentioned. She came to the temple and quickly went to where she was supposed to be, bumping into her former Mistress and bouncing back, but moved forward to catch her before she hits the door or fell down.

Meadow{wSw} heard the people gathering as she adjusted the gown she wore and slipped on the silver laced sandals. She then walked over and used the mirror to adjust her long blue black hair and placed her head jewelry on. It flashed in the light as did her collar. She took in several deep breaths again calling upon training to calm herself. She then just stood there in her room looking at her bed one last time then closed the sketching book and put it away.

Isla blinked, staring at Razy a moment she reached out her hand, "You ok?"

She asked quietly, a soft smile, eyes flicking over the former slave, though she could see slave once again.

Razy grinned an exasperated grin, "Of course Mistress!" she said with a giggle, "I was cleaning and lost track of time, so sorry! I did not mean to run into you either, just a bit frazzled about being late, how are you?"  She moved forward, kissing her cheek and nuzzling her cheek in adoration.

Ryo made his way inside the tall slim elf paused as he looked around wearing his best pants and blue tunic his long silver hair swept back and pulled back in a low braid that reached the backs of his knees now he raised a slim eyebrow before seeking out Tehya his tunic bearing his crest.

Benji_Nihil`Novi approaches the temple in a natural feminine gait, wearing his finest dress and a few borrowed accessories and jewelry. His hair was freshly washed, smelling slightly of roses, combed and primed to look its best. The catboy, seemingly a woman in the eyes of the staff, was escorted to the ladies dressing area. He shyly said nothing as he made his way around the room trying not to be noticed for his true gender.

Isla smiled having helped her up, she closed her eyes and sighed, "once again in a collar I see?"  She said, not answering the question of how she was just then, her hand touching the thing about the Sylph's neck sadness in her eyes though that was pushed away, she couldn't afford any emotions at the moment.

"The ladies are in dressing." she said thoughtfully after a moment, "if you wish to join them."

"I must go and put on a clean robe myself... before I end up being late." she touched Razy's cheek a moment, letting out a sigh before pulling her hand away.

Meadow picked up two rather large packages that were wrapped as gifts and slips down to the office and placed them on the desk there were they were out of the way and might be seen after the crowd left. She then slipped back to her room waiting since she had no idea what she was doing until Sorgram was ready.

Tehya wasn't so nervous to forget how Laeral liked to do things and ripped open the package realizing that Laerel had taken her the veil she made her, and added daisy decorations and cornflowers to it.

"Oh you added flowers to the veil you made me, and it matches the ones in my hair." She asked someone to find Meadow and bring her down, since she had a little surprise for her too.

Meadow{wSw} listened to the guard and bows her head and moved down to where all other females where at and entered stopping by the door. Not used to crowds really so bows her head to all in the room.

Razy touched her Mistress' hand, "If you'd like, we could talk about that later but there is much to do for you and myself today, on this surreal occasion!" She said with a wink and kissed her lips quickly with a giggle as she moved past her and into the room, immediately repeating her apology about getting lost in time while she was cleaning and beginning to finger through her hair as she looked in a mirror, smiling at her friends.

Ryo looked for Tehya and finally found her as he smiled and raised a hand to wave to her.

Naidra would let the other say hello and get ready while she herself slipped out of her clothes and slipped into the dress she would wear for the ceremony a simple yet elegant affair made with reds a fitting color for tonight's events.

Tehya almost dropped the veil seeing Lord Ryo there and ran to him and threw her arms around him.

"I was staying in your tower, and showed it to Sorgram hope you don't mind." She scattered kisses all along his cheek and didn't let go.

Ryo smiled as he was enveloped in Tehya's arms and kissed and hugged her to him.

 "That is ok my dear."

He rested his hands on her hips and stepped back looking at her, "Well I suppose you scrub up ok." He smiled as he kissed her forehead.

"Did you show him Nimbus's stable and point out if he messes it up I will feed him to him," he winked as he spied Naidra and waved to her.

When Ryo released her she said no, but was Ryoe kidding …probably not.

"Kiss me like before the shows we did, for good luck M'Lord."

Oh what good times they had and she remained close to Lord Ryo to this day. She had to get her dress on, and with the corset it was easy… the gown smoothly dropped down over her bodice and had to be buttoned in the back. She was careful not to disturb the flowers in her ...hair.

Ryo smiled, "how could I refuse" he leaned in to kiss Tehya as they used to his slim fingers stroking her cheek as he did so.

Morgan Drakewing hummed as he arrived at the temple as well. He had stopped by earlier to get some caramels. Might as well make sure you are prepared for the mischief makers in some degree. The knight noted a few familiar faces, nodding to them in turn.

Lhaindir pranced up to the temple the ceremony had been the biggest buzz around town and he was never one to miss out on a party he loved parties. He only wished that he had some new pretty clothes to wear instead all he had was his leathers that were clearly more suited to a girl but he loved how pretty they were and how the skirt like bottom flowed. He stopped just inside though his bright eyes washing over the place it was new to him so it took him several moments to look over everything.

Laerel{SB} slipped out of her shift and into the gorgeous blue gown. It was made of silk, with the fitted bodice adorned modestly with pearls. She pulled her hair back and tied it with a blue ribbon, before looking around to see if there was anyone she could help.

Benji_Nihil`Novi didn't seemed out of place in the women's dressing room because of his clothes and feminine features, although he was the most nervous one in the room. He tried to avoid anyone, but it was difficult to move without bumping into anyone.

Isla nodded, turning and heading into the office, closing the door, the bath would go unused it seemed as she sighed quietly, moving and pulling a red robe from her wardrobe, the anvil embroidered on it was placed on the shoulder, the hammers on the other she closed her eyes, a prayer whispered before she slipped the grey one from herself, the red robe replaced it and she pulled her hair up, pinning it.

Valindra nodded biting her lower lip, she was more than willing to help but she didn't know the girl she was supposed to go to. Maybe she could find a quiet corner and watch

Isla-TU managed to pull the hood up.  She turned, heading toward the door she slipped out, behind the anvil, that was her place, she settled down on the small stool she placed there to stand on.  She closed her eyes, settling herself into a prayer again until it was time.

Naidra spotted Ryo as she pulled up the gown and turned so it could be fastened in the back. She gave him a smile and a wave it wasn't the first he had seen her half dressed it wouldn't be the last. Once she got the dress on she sat down to pull on her slippers and smiled at Razy hoping she liked the dress.

With the dress on but not buttoned, she walked over to Meadow and slipped her a package inside it was a flaming red scarf with fish scales that glittered in silver. They were cleaned and treated, and she had used them on Laerel's gown for the Emperor's party, so experience led her to use them a lot.

L`aquera rarely enjoyed slipping in to mating ceremonies. Her own had been… not that memorable and she never tried dragging herself through another. But it had only been the ceremony that would follow for an old friend that she made it at all. A simplistic dress hugging at the lithe curves of the pyro, velvet tickling at dark flesh and the red of it muted... subtle…baring long sleeves and tiny buttons that swept from the two inch train of it over the ground, to just over the ripe roundness of that ass. The back was completely bare and yet it hugged those proud breasts and showed off the long spill of fiery locks caught at the sides to let it sweep from refined, elegant features. If she bore any weapons, one could only wonder…where.

Razy grinned to Naidra and then goes to a rack, finding a beautiful pink dress. She grinned brightly, looking at her with a perfect smile.

"It's perfect Naidra darling, thank you!"

She pulled off her dress before noticing the nobleman in the room, pulling on the dress with only her silky white panties on, turning just in time for him to get a nice look at her curvy form. Her cheeks blushed  a nice crimson to match her curly, unruly hair and she giggled.

Tehya let Lord Ryo button those back silk covered buttons while she took the veil Laerel made, and clasped it in her hair. It was quite heavy since there were so many pearls on it.

Meadow{wSw} took the package and opened it and looked at the scarf. She picked it up and bows her head towards Tehya.

"It's lovely thank you Miss." She made a loop in it and slipped it up above her right elbow and holding it against her body and pulled it tight there.

Tehya smiled seeing Meadow put it on, and it did look lovely with her dress and dark hair.

"You're very welcome."

Ryo smiled as he buttoned the back of Tehya's dress for her.

"So all ready then? Still time to change your mind" he teased.

Sorgram turned to Alren and shook his hair for that windblown look. Me, meadow, you, the others... the bride, we bond, we say words for those others, we finish and then we feast." He would nod to Alren and pat him on the shoulder, 'Less for support than prevention.' He sighed and looked at the desk, where he kept a bottle of special concoction. Moving to it, he would pull out the bottle and glass, one for sanity, one for courage' filling two glasses with a mixture of dwarven sweat and fyrewine, he handed it to Alren.

Alren took the glass.

"Ahhh gotcha," he said chuckling. "Well... bottoms up," he said moving to clink his glass to Sorgam's. "To great men, and the greater women that support them. Tehya… she's a catch my friend. I'm glad you found one another," he said knowingly before draining the offered glass. The mage was a bit nervous after all. He was rarely involved in ceremonies.

Sorgram lifted his glass and raise it high. "Bless me Fire and Mountain, fuel my passion and steel my resolve." He downed the strong drink and set the glass down, "Let us go my friend, the soon over, the sooner we end it." His mind softened and he felt better as if something was in the air. Moving out, he opened the door and looked to Meadow, "come dear, caeth, it is almost that time." As if sensing she was uncomfortable from the crowd and understanding the overwhelming nature of it. "My dear, though I need you for the ceremony, I give you leave to absent yourself, by your choice with no repercussion as we move to the feast and reception."

Pausing, he sent word to the guards, "Ensure neither I nor Tehya, leave this night." Winking to Alren, "A precaution." He laughed, completely at ease and headed out, towards the Hall of Entropy and the future.

Funny Ryo said that, Tehya felt like hyperventilating but he always teased her. Watching Razy and Naidra getting dressed she admired each one of their tastes, there was no set theme to their dresses or colors, again an act of freedom of the wearer which was what this entire night's theme was about.

Naidra snickered as she heard Ryo. "Ryo dear stop trying to steal the bride," she teased him then stood to look at herself in the mirror satisfied with how she looked she walked over to Tehya and whispered, "are you ready my dear?"

Ryo gave a sly smile "She would think something wrong with me if I didn't try." he chuckled.

L`aquera let those silver hues sweep over the Temple, the heat of the place almost basked within it, sucking it in with a few deep breaths before she moved further within, looking for a simple seat, it mattered not at all where. So… Sorgram had finally settled down had he? This should prove interesting, at least, Tehya would be happy. She hoped. Or poor Sor if she should be brought, to tears.

Picking a seat wasn't all that hard, people were mingling, looking around so she chose one on the end and towards the middle, feeling an odd prick however to that dark ebony flesh... as if.. Hmm.

Eraelabryn had come, as promised the item with her. Delicate thing, necromancer, however overfull the body was, leathers put away for -once- since her wedding, instead those curves poured into dress, corseting pulled ever so tightly to create that wasped waist, that hour glass. No adornment to it, gloves that covered the arms, even if the shoulders were bared. Minions that came with her, dressed as well, whisper of commands to make the six of them slide to where she would direct, each of their forms, dressed and adorned in dresses as well, their hair done as the Moriel's was. Package within hand carried with her, as she would take place near the back. Quiet.

Naidra chuckled, "You're right Ryo dear you're such a lady's man we would all think you were sick if you didn't flirt so." She told him then leaned over to kiss his cheek.

Lhaindir wiggled his hips from side to side in that soft girlish fashion he didn't really know anyone and was hesitant to stroll up to anyone he didn't know in such a setting. Though he did wander a bit with the cute little sashay of his hips making the leather that hugged his hips sway with each exaggeratedly dramatic step his head tossed back to tussle his long blonde hair back over his shoulders.

Meadow{wSw} moved now seeking Sorgram. She was feeling a bit overwhelmed and knew her place was by him. She headed down the hall towards the office and stops outside it hearing him talking to someone and not wanting to interrupt. It was here she would stand and wait.

Benji_Nihil`Novi moved through the ladies changing room, searching for Tehya or Sorgram, thinking that he could learn where he was needed from either one of the, He spotted Tehya, but was unable to get to her because all of the people around her. In his attempt to get the bride… the catboy's tail gently swished against Naidra.

Razy finished buttoning her dress and then looked down, pressing it slowly with a smile as she adjusted that mane of curls one last time, going up to Tehya and kissing her cheeks as well as hugging her, "You look gorgeous darling, thank you for inviting me," she says and hugs her once more. She then moved to Naidra's side to wait beside her, figuring she would be a good lead

Naidra turned to Benji and grinned.

"Hey now no tail till after the ceremony," she teased him then took Razy's hand and gave it a reassuring squeeze.

The temple of Uvelcra was graced with Dowjin, the six feet and two inches of Drak Sen warlord. But there was no great sword upon his shoulders, or the wispy flap of his robe. Instead the gloss silk of fine red trousers slipped audibly between his toned legs. Shoes were ankle high, and shiny black leather, socks similarly dyed a deep indigo. His blouse was white with all but the top two buttons undone, and all the rest of the navy blue skinned Drak was clad only in his usual jewelry. His silvery tail whipped against the floor, as he glanced around and gained his bearings, his hand reached back to flip his tight braid over his shoulder so it rested between his wings.

Benji_Nihil`Novi had not even noticed that his tail had even touched the woman. "O-Oh.... sorry... I didn't mean to." He was trying to sound more womanly, his boyish voice came close enough to fool those who didn't pay attention close enough.

Ryo smiled as he offered Tehya his arm and put a hand over hers.

"Well if you are ready My Lady and remember.....I have a fast horse," he winked and kissed her cheek.

Package was touched over, those gloves always upon Eraelabryn, hair pulled upwards, indeed the crinkle of nose, as legs were crossed at the ankles as she jerked upon the skirting making sure the length of legs were hidden. Arms folded across body tucked underneath the tight form of corset, as she leaned back, snap of fingers for the minions to go -still- against the walls one at either side of the door, and the others lined to the walls on either side of the room. Lips curved into quieter smile, that doll like state, as lavenders turned downwards, distracted one could see it, then settling, that normal composure slipped over.

Tehya stepped close to Lord Ryo and slid her arm into his. His joke was cute, because if she took her mephos which wasn't well trained, she could wind up anywhere.

"Nothing changes Lord Ryo, it only gets better."

Isla-TU took a breath, managing to stand herself up, looking out she groaned inwardly, looking down, her eyes closing a moment as she breathed.  Her eyes searched for the musician, it was time, at least, she hoped it was time, worse case there would be music longer than expected.

Meadow{wSw} blinked and just bowed her head. She knew once the ceremony was over there was no need of her and his giving her leave confirmed that. She simply followed him without a word.

Taurn had arrived late and as he entered the temple was directed to the room where the wedding party was getting ready. He spotted laerel and moved over to her.

"Laerel, I have been told I will have the pleasure to escort you for the ceremony" he explained and offered his arm to her.

Turistima hurried in and took a seat in the back, her long red gown fitting snugly to her body and her long tresses artfully curled and hanging loose. The emerald necklace about her neck and a smile on her face as she quickly and quietly slipped into one of the seats at the back.

L`aquera bowed her head to Eraelabryn, simple hand raised to say hello, but otherwise, she leaned back to get settled, as comfortable as one could get, For now. Hues wove over those attending but few caught her eye just yet. Some known, some seen before but names were lost in the sea of them she kept inside her clever Moriel head. Thank the goddess she left her mephos home. Blasted beast was in a mood, probably because her own was on the suck side of life. Surely and quick to anger.

Benji Nihil`Novi walked up to the altar at the fore of the temple it was the time so he began the song:

Eraelabryn's smiled, only once composure slipped over those features. Truthful thing the smile that bloomed for L`aquera, as she gave the lowering of head, before patting corset-line where flask was, and a slight nod... quiet thing, the turn of her head to look at the ones coming in, wary thing those lavenders, as if appraising the others. Seeing L had that effect upon the necromancer, near soothed leaned back of her. Her lips settled into smile and ears soaked the beauty of Benji's song, and the heat of the Temple itself.

Benji's Song Link:

Benji_Nihil`Novi began to sing, "I once had a true love and I loved him so well~~ I loved him far better than my tongue can tell~~ And I thought that he spoke and to me did say~~ "It will not be long, love, 'til our wedding day~If I were an eagle and had wings for to fly~~ I would fly to his castle and there I would lie~~ On a bed of green laurel I would lay myself down~~ And with my fond dreams I would my love surround~ I dreamt last night that my true love came in~~ So slowly he came that his feet made no din~~ And I thought that he spoke and to me did say~~ "It will not be long, love, 'til our wedding day"

Lhaindir settled as comfortably as he was going to be he crossed one leg over the other he layering his hand atop his knee one booted foot in the air bobbing lightly. His soft blonde hair smelling of cinnamon tumbled gentle around his face to caress his delicate feature in the feather light strands. He wasn't dressed elegantly by any measure, but he didn't have a lot of extra coin for new clothes so he just wore what he had though he still thought he looked damn cute despite the fact that it was his same old clothes. He'd instantly spotted Benji when he moved toward the alter he stretching one hand up into the air wiggling his fingers at the feline.

Alren felt the warmth of the drink radiating through his belly. A strange sort of confidence taking hold as he moved with Sorgram. The drak clearly in control of events. He caught Sorgram's wink and chuckled as he shook his head. "Well... at least you have your humor old man." He said teasingly as he followed him to the Hall of Entropy to get staged. Music began, and he knew that things were about to quickly get underway. Alren looked about for Nai knowing that it was his place to escort her to the altar this night.

Sorgram moved to the end of the long aisle, rolled his neck and assumed an aristocratic and aloof air, folding his arms to his back, he would lock his hands behind him, his wings shifted and he began his walk down towards that Anvil altar, slow measure steps as he moved, his eyes focused a head, tail swaying lazily back and forth.

Naidra was waiting with the other ladies easily to find in her red strapless dress. When Alren found her she offered him a smile and took his arm letting him lead her when it was time.

Isla-TU let the song go for a few moments, her eyes flicked to Sorgram as he stood at the end, a nodding of her head for him to start his long walk, smiling as he moved, forcing herself not to snicker as it was not the time nor place, she looked down at the volcano and took a deep breath.

Meadow{wSw} picked up the pillow and shortly behind Sorgram she walked down the aisle matching his steps but making sure she stayed exactly the same distance behind him as she started out. Once he reach the alter she moved to his side but in close enough he could reach the item on the pillow.

Razy{Go} looked around for a moment for the drak she had been told about, smiling that he was rather handsome to boot. She stepped up to him, "I believe your my attendant sir," she says softly with her hands behind her back and her head bowed, since she did not know this man, she knew her place

Alren found Naidra and moved to her side. The mage quietly offered his arm to the healer with a knowing smile. Taking his cue he'd wait until Sorgram had made his way to the alter before leading Naidra down the aisle. His pace slow, regal, as his cool gaze took in the ornate decorations of the temple. It was alive with life, with hope this night and most importantly well wishes for the couple that would be bonded. As he neared Isla the mage gave her a wink before releasing Nai's arm so that he could take his place behind Sorgram discreetly out of the way.

Isla-TU watched the precession, a smile to everyone, except Alren, who ended up with a slight glare for the moment; she had to look away, lest she send a curse on him now.  She breathed deep again, looking back out, letting herself rest, smiling again, clearing her throat, as she waited for everyone to be where they needed to be.

Sorgram adjusted himself at the Altar, to face each person moving down, giving each a smile and nod. Meadow received a wink as he waited for the others to proceed.

Turistima sat quietly, legs crossed and her hands folded in her lap, turning in her cushioned seat to watch as the party began to enter. She knew that there would be a mix of familiar and unknown faces there as she glanced around. She smiled as she saw Nai and Alren heading past and knew that Taurn wouldn't be long behind them. She touched the necklace as she thought of him.

L`aquera was... pleasantly pleased by the song, though no tears fell, she thought it lovely and bowed her head to Benji before setting silvers to those coming out from hiding. Sorgram looked... wind swept. Fingers moved to cover up a smile. Alren looked frazzled, but that was to be expected. Still amused none the less. Now… to see what the bride… was wearing.

Dowjin_Qui gave a glance of his smoldering eyes flittered over Eraelabryn, as she made her way towards the back, somewhere by where he was idling, and watching all of the pieces fall together. He seemed distracted from some thought as Razy spoke.

"Am I now?" Violet lips curl into a smirk, though a good natured one as his crimson eyes gleamed.

"I'm Dowjin, and who are you, lovely?"

He extended an upturned hand. To her. He hardly seemed to blink, and there was this other worldly quality about him, but he seemed pleased with the event, and his tail flickered with its anxious sway.

Taurn saw the attendants getting lined up and moved with Laerel{SB} to their place at the end of the line waiting for their turn to head down the aisle. He knew Turistima had most likely arrived already and he would rejoin her after the ceremony.

Naidra walked with Alren down the aisle her head held high and a soft smile on her red lips. She kissed Alren's cheek when he let her go then turned and kissed Sorgram's cheek as well before taking her place to watch the rest of the party come down the aisle so honored to be a part of this event with her friends as they celebrated their love.

Laerel{SB} glanced to Taurn and smiled, looking a bit nervous. She adjusted her bodice and then looked down at her bare feet, blushing and casting clean upon them so she would at least look presentable.

Razy{Go} grinned and took his hand gently, bowing her head and bending fluidly down to honor him.

"I am Razy Cal sir, it is a pleasure to meet you, thank you for escorting me. We're next!"

She said as she took his arm and began walking down the aisle next to him smiling sweetly towards the front, still amazed Master Sorgram was getting married, never having figured him for the type. She thought it sweet though but still bazaar since she had never seen Tehya with a man like himself but then, there was something about him that drew women to him, she knew the feeling and chalked it up to that. She smiled to Master Dowjin before turning back forward, her bosom nestled nicely in her pale pink dress.

Isla-TU waited, pulling on the hood of her robe, adjusting herself, closing her eyes a moment as people moved forward, settling in their places, Laerel and Taurn came next.

Arc` itched at the tightness of shirt and vest. Brim was stoning this night. Couldn't a big man find something that fit 'em these days? Twinkle shone in dark brown orbs, big body shuffling along the back row of seats and then moving up one, than another. None of 'em looked like they'd hold 'em for long. Crunch of boot as he sifted, clean shaven cheeks already showing a shadow.

laerel{SB} walked quietly with Taurn, hips swaying gently. She was wearing a gorgeous blue silk gown, with a fitted bodice adorned with pearls. Her long crimson hair was tied back with the same color ribbon as the gown. She takes her place next to Razy.

Lhaindir didn't know anyone at this little party with the exception of Benji and the beautiful lil song bird of a feline was more than enough to keep him seated wanted to see and hear more. It had been a couple days since he had spoken with his friend as a matter of fact the last conversation had been about their relationship. He could hardly sit still as he watched the gather of people his foot wagging in the air lightly.

Taurn saw the couple ahead of them step off, and he smiled at laerel{SB}. "Shall we" he asked and then stepped off her arm wrapped about his as they proceeded down the center aisle. The Temple property decorated for such a festive occasion, he kept his eyes forward but spotted several of those he knew and when he saw Turistima, he smiled a little more and murmured some words sending her

Dowjin_Qui the Silver Drak offered his arm, and as cued walked Razy down the aisle in proper order after Meadow. His smile was a genuine one, and quite becoming. It lacked any of the fake emotion he presumed of some of their Moriel guests. He strolled beside her with a fluid and easy grace, tail muted in its sway and wings tightly folding into his shoulder-blades, as to not knock anything over.

"The pleasure is mine. It's not often to visit a Drak bonding, and the company is just as nice."

Spoken for Razy's benefit and a glance of his crimson gaze. His soft words died into silence then, as it was time for others to be speaking. And he was eager to hear what they had to say, and to watch who came next down the aisle.

Isla-TU watched the last couple coming forward, she took a breath again, smiling as she looked forward, there would fall a silence she looked to Benji again, nodding, the Bride would come.

With a deep breath Tehya looked at Lord Ryo and she tightened her arm onto his. She slipped her other arm into Valar's and smiled her wizard mark on him made their friendship forever, and she admired it for a second. The music was perfect, everything was. Good friends and a long history now meeting hand to hand. It had been many years, but tonight would be the ceremony of a whole new life, and ...yet her freedom was never sacrificed.

With graceful steps she walked with Lord Ryo, and memories of past and hopes for future filled the Sylvan's mind. Hoping there was an artist among them to paint this for her. Valar was one of her best friends and sculpted with her. He probably could feel how excited she was by the tense arm grip she had on him. When she saw Sorgram and her friends standing there… that was her incentive enough to try relax and enjoy what was going to happen.

With painstaking care Tehya had made her own wedding dress, out of white silk and pearls. The bodice was fitted to her breasts with intricate embroidery in the same white embroidered thread to symbolize the vines of the forest. The sleeves were sheer and her shoulders had an inlay of satin and embroidery. Her veil was made by Laeral out of white spider silk and Tehya had eight hundred pearls sewn on by hand. It had no tiara top but rested against her head long wheaten blonde hair was curled and ran down over her chest with cornflowers attached in bright blue that matched her eyes. The bottom of the dress had a bit of a sheer train, and the edges were scalloped and embroidered.

Benji Nihil`Novi took a deep breath and sang like his life relied on his performance, singing his heart to the temple and all in it. He was concentrating on his singing, barely aware that anything else was going on.

Song Written for Sorgram, by Tehya:

Benji_Nihil`Novi,

"The pulsing in the temple Uvelcra
The ever insistent beat becoming your heat
Absorb it… hear the music
The fire within your veins
Your heartbeat becoming one of the same
Temple of Uvelcra
The Volcano… the anvil
That very hard mountain of stone
Has heat …some will never know
Insane…such heat
Can you feel it beat
Red hair of fire
Sculpted in the mire
Temple's hammers finding the beat
Pulsing through you~Don't mock fire
Temple Uvelcra

Sorgram watched the others come down the aisle, polite nods and respectful acknowledgements. When he heard that song, and knew it was the one that he had been bid her to write for His god, his face softened. When he looked on her and saw her attire, his eyes blazed as they should, closing his eyes to the song, he opened them and saw no one else but her beauty, there was his love and in that he was complete and knew he soon would be, having missing parts that were unknown until they were filled.

Alren caught Isla's glare. Maybe Sorgram hadn't been joking before. His brow furrowed a moment as he thought it over. He woud have to talk with her later quietly. For now the mage kept his arms at his sides, trying to play the part of a statue in the room, to bear witness to the joining before him. It was a curious night. Nai's kiss had the mage thinking back over his history in the realm.

His glanced out over the crowd as he took sight of old and new faces alike. His gaze finding Turi's and lingering there before moving back towards the altar with a smile once more upon his face. Fate had quite a sense of humor at times he thought to himself. Gods only knew what the coming years would bring. Tehya's dress was breathtaking; the elf a stunning figure as she came down the isle There was a charge in the air now, a sense of importance permeating the very walls.

Meadow{wSw} saw Sorgram's wink but kept her eyes down cast and her head slightly down. The pillows held in open palms not moving a bit. Steeled control keeping her hands from shaking as she just stood there and took in soft breaths

Valarauko admired Tehya in her lovely dress that molded and fit well to light up the even more lovely woman that it was worn upon. His arm hooked with her own as he walked with her down the aisle with Lord Ryo in locked on her other side. He wore the tailed coat and dark leather pants she had made for him, cleaned almost to a shine as his lengthy hair of onyx and deep blue rested down across his shoulders. He to her, as happy as she was perhaps, despite the fact she would be marrying another. It did not bother him because it only made the elven woman all the happier and he only wished to be a part of that. Her wizard's mark practically glistened upon his cheek, resting under his left eye. It showed their bond, one that would only grow stronger, even as he led her down the aisle with care.

Benji Nihil`Novi put all he had into the song, his conviction and drive towards making this song shine through the temple gave the words life. A part of the cat's soul was forced into the song.

Razy{Go} took her place beside Naidra as an attendant for Tehya, excited to witness such a beautiful ceremony between her friends and some she even considered family. She takes Naidra's hand in one and Laerel's in the other, grinning to each of them happily.

Laerel{SB} smiled and squeezed Razy's hand gently, then glanced to Tehya and then Sorgram. She smiled, watching them both before looking out over the crowd, emerald eyes shining softly before she looked back to the ceremony.

Tehya stepped close to Sorgram and gave a kiss to Valar's cheek right where her wizard mark was.

"Forever!"

Valarauko whispered back, "And ever after." He would say, smiling brightly to the kiss to his cheek, returning the favor in kind as faintly caressed along her side. With a faint wink he would turn her over to Sorgram and take a step to the side to allow the proceedings to continue, his arms folding behind his back for now as he looked on with crystal clear eyes.

That is something Valar realized Tehya never forgot, or could be taken away by from friends as he brought her in, and gave her to Sorgram. She whispered to Sorgram.

"That song ...is my first gift to you!"

She turned to look at the anvil and to Isla, glad that Sorgram liked her song, and held his hand tightly.

Selenity had slipped into a seat sometime during the procession. The ethereal Swan Mae was in her finest as she had heard whispers of this event. She gazed at the bride in wonder as she made her way down the aisle. The woman looked like a goddess in her wedding gown. And all of those in the wedding party looked simply superb. There were some the woman recognized others she didn't know at all in the slightest but she was here never the less and she smiled as the obvious happiness in the room reached her. This was surely something that wasn't to be missed.

Arc` "Pardon, Excuse, Hey, Beauty!"Was uttered so very softly to the crested ear of Eraelabryn. Big hand all calloused waving to the chair by her side, as if asking permission if he could sit beside her. He tried his best to walk in low. Yet merry brown eyes still rested on the soon to be mated pair.

Sorgram turned to face Isla, his eyes burned with pale pink flames his passion high at this moment. Stroking Tehya's hand with his thumb, he waited to hear words familiar and foreign to him.

Turistima shifted in her seat as Taurn walked by and an image flashed through her mind of her time with him at the NB for her fitting. Her cheeks flushed a little and she would have to speak to him about it after the ceremony. The elf shook her head and pushed those thoughts away for the time being at least and watched as Tehya started down the aisle to the tune that Benji sang. The dress was beautiful as was she. She smiled soft and thought how nice it was to see a couple who were so in love. Her emerald eyes following her till she joined the others at the altar.

Taurn looked at Tehya, quite lovely as she moved down the aisle, almost innocent though he knew otherwise.  And she had not one but two escorts for the dainty elf.  Sorgram was lucky thou he felt he would have his hands full with that one.

Naidra had watched Tehya come down the aisle so beautiful her face radiant. The Elf truly was the picture of love. She gave Razy's hand a squeeze and flashed a smile to Turi seeing her in the sets watching the bonding.

L`aquera watched…"Lovely," Was breathed softly as silver pools landed on the bride, fingers twining together under sharp chin as a softer smile fell into place over plush lips. Simply lovely. She stole a glance to Sorgram to see his reaction to his mate. Interesting, indeed. A twist of her chin however set hues to Benji and brow raised. Ahh... she almost forgot.. Sorgram was the head Priest in this temple so of course they would honor their God to the utmost. Fitting. Whenever one was mated with Kirva glaring down, they made sure to make a damned bloody mess of it.

Dowjin_Qui stood at ease, not as stiffly as one might in a military line, but he looked as sharp as a tack. His lips held the faint lingering of his smile, eyes roaming over the bride's dress which few had seen until just now. He drank in the moment, and its importance, glancing aside to Sorgram to watch his Brother before the altar.

Isla-TU watched Tehya walking forward, she smiled, her eyes closing, her head bowed a moment, another silent prayer.  She watched the Bride, smiling as she adjusted herself, waiting quietly for the crowd to calm, the song to end.  She shifted a moment, smiling, looking between the two of them.  She breathed, looking up to the crowd.

"Welcome all to the Temple of the God Uvelcra," she looked between the two again, "We've come today to celebrate a bonding, one that is strong in many things, love not being the least.  She looked up again, "If anyone has anything to say… say it now while the groomsmen still has a good hold on the groom," she smiled, trying to add a small bit of humor, though not taking away from the moment.

Eraelabryn watched, Tehya and her dress both, so beautiful the gathering of her near to Sorgram, and the necromancer would sigh. Lean back. One came near that whisper to the crest of heard and silvered curls near danced with the startled reaction. Spine straightened, and she would nod her head, pointing to the seat beside her slight form tucking a bit to give more room to the large one, Beauty? Her own motion gloved hand tapped the seat as she gave lavenders back up the ones being mated.

Lhaindir 's eyes locked on Tehya's on her walk he admired the dress quietly wishing that he had something that pretty and cursing that girls got all the pretty clothes. His fingers pushed through his hair pushing the long blonde strands back over his shoulders before refocusing on those at the front.

Benji Nihil`Novi panted as silently as he could as he ended the song, backing away slightly now his task was complete. Now all he had to do was sit back and watch. His chest heaved heavily; clearly the song had taken its toll on the catboy.

Arc` muttered something appropriate and eased that big frame on down. Hard to gauge his correct size but he might have given most barbarians a run for their money. He smelled good. He knew that. Least he wouldn't push the pretty thing at his side out of the row as arm stretched out and over the back of Eraelabryns chair, whisper into her crested ear as he sat, hearing the chair creak an groan.

Tehya became quite tense for a second hearing Isla ask if anyone had to say something part. In fact she faltered for a moment a little weave of her posture and then stood quite straight again, glad that Sorgram was there holding her hand. The silence made her nervous.

Meadow{wSw} just stood as she was. She wasn't about to say a word. She just kept her eyes on the floor and just held the pillow.

Isla-TU seen no one speaking up, she smiled, not wanting to wait any longer anyway she took a deep breath, launching into a ceremony she knew well.

"Uvelcra has two halves, as does a bonding. Each part brings to it aspects that are good and bad, wild and calm. Each part should compliment as well as temper the other. With Uvelcra, they are Fire and Mountain. The Mountain is strong and resolute, a protector and unyielding."

Sorgram held Tehya tighter, sensing her trepidation and smiling inwardly, whispering, 'too late now' he smirked, eyes looking to Isla, waiting for her.

Isla-TU continued, " Steadfast in its resolve, much will be needed to move it. However, nothing will hinder its path as it does move. Fire is fluid and chaotic. Not easily controlled, yet when provided proper understanding it can warm and provide sustenance. Each has it aspects which are positive and negative. Marriage is thus. Each partner, and in bonding, two persons have decided that the match is such that the others faults compliments the assets of the other and vice versa. Choosing a mate who has strengths in your weaknesses is key to success."

She took another breath, a silent prayer to Uvlecra that she didn't mess this up, "Today, we gather to bind two together. Tehya and Sorgram have found within each other a compliment which will provide a whole which is greater than the two parts."

Valarauko stood still, quite calm and relaxed. He didn't feel there would be anyone here who would have an objection to their bonding. Well...maybe one person would, but he didn't believe there'd be any interruptions.

Eraelabryn leaned over, that way of it, her gloved hand sliding out as if to touch the far larger form of Arc. Whisper of a clean spell. Why? Because she wanted to make sure, one could never tell. Her lavender eyes darted over, that way of hers, to make sure, that it wasn't just that he smelt good because he had rubbed catgirl 'scent' on him before he showed up. Arm would stretch around the back of her chair, and if one happened to look at her, the abject confusion that flittered over her face was priceless. Whisper returned, before she crossed those arms and snuck a draught from flask, palming it over to the big barbarian beside her.

Naidra watched the ceremony a smile on her face. She looked around the room glad there were no objections, the two made a perfect pair and Tehya deserved to have a perfect ceremony.

Arc` turned those merry brown squinty eyes on Eraelabryn and he leaned in, whispering into that tall elf ear again.

Taurn smiled at Isla's comment and tried not to move too much, his new boots slightly uncomfortable on his feet and the heat within the temple starting to make him sweat. He looked out among all the guests and saw so many people here, many of them known by sight and Turistima noticeable in her flowing red dress. He flashed her smile but no image this time.

Sorgram had those words memorized, written from divine inspiration in the days when the temple was being constructed and he fervently believed them to his soul. Looking at Tehya, he could know it was true as she and he believed.

Tehya's eyes met his and sometimes they could talk to each other without speaking. Tehya tightened her hand in his when Isla said the vows, and it was getting quite hot in the temple even for the Sylvan, but most of that was just excitement. Sorgram had shown her last winter, and this is what became of the long years of chasing he knew her quite well, enough to know this bonding didn't take the one thing away that she needed to survive. Those cornflower blue eyes twinkled looking at Sorgram, and she absorbed the words in honor of his temple and god.

Razy{Go} grinned and waved a bit at Taurn so she wasn't seen and looked towards her Mistress, so proud of her. She hadn't realized how involved in the Temple she had become but was very happy. She smiled, biting her lip, trying not to cry but she almost always did at these events

Turistima grinned and winked at Taurn, her warm gaze moving from him to her friend Nai, Alren and the others gathered up there with Sorgram and Tehya for their bonding ceremony. She watched and listened as the ceremony continued, happy for the couple that had found on another.

Dowjin's eyes flit over toward the back, skimming over Arc and Eraelabryn. He smirks at that, watching out of the corner of his eye, before turning his attention back towards the two before the altar, listening closely.

Lhaindir watched the ceremony quietly a mostly still aside from the swaying of his foot and the dancing of his skirt like leathers that resulted from the swaying of his foot. His eyes would try their best to focus on Tehya and Sorgram though they wandered from time to time to Benji he really wishing that they could of sat together at the very least but he supposed it would have to wait until after.

Taurn grinned at the pretty red haired girl that had waited on him before, and softly waved back, relaxing a little as the ceremony started.

Oh. There it was, that lift of brow as Eraelabryn turned her head, silvered curls drifting barely kissing the ashen cheeks. Doll like thing, flash of something within the eyes, before she would wait for flask to be taken or given back, that whisper that touched sensitive ear, and then just as soon as it could be seen, the quietness that came over the necromancer, body shifting in the chair, as she turned head whispering but once

Isla-TU looked at Sorgram, then to Tehya, addressing her first.

"Tehya, do you accept the qualities in Sorgram whether good or negative, brings to this union? To forgive him when he is adamant in his beliefs, unyielding in his desires and relish in his attentions? To stand behind him, watching his back, tending his wounds and seeing to his needs as he demands? "

She paused, waiting quietly for her answer.

Tehya answered, "Yes I do, and will always be there for his needs and demands for eternity." She had a wicked sense of humor, and even had a tendency to laugh when afraid, and something almost came from those blue lips, but she pressed them together behaving.

L`aquera resettled now as she let those pools flow over Sorgram and Tehya, dabbing lightly at tip tilted hues but otherwise, she was caught up in simply watching. Letting the aura of the place sink in and sooth. She didn't want to interrupt or really, interact just yet. Simply watch, let that gaze take in all of them, even Dow whom seemed rather oddly amused but who knows with that one. Onwards to Taurn impressed with how well he looked. Tehya was so fluidly calm, but, that only impressed the pyro.

Isla-TU smiled, nodded as she turned to look at Sorgram.  She was happy for him, more then she'd admit really.  She took a breath, "Sorgram, do you accept the qualities of Tehya, whether positive, or bad, brings to this union? To temper her fire, so that it remain in control, stoke it when it has all but gone out and attend to her needs with honor and fervor? To protect her as needed, allowing her whimsy when it is not outrageous and demanding no less than her best as she honors you?"  She waited quietly again, quickly flicking between the two again.

Sorgram looked to Tehya, with a serious look on his face. "Beyond the mortal trappings, into the Dream, I shall carry my love and be there for her, when scales cover chest and face and fire is my breath, I shall be there on the edge of a song." He winked at her.

Valarauko listened, the ceremony, or at least the text, sounded almost as if she would be serving him, though he felt that was not the context of the message. He knew full well that Tehya would not bind herself to anyone if it meant sacrificing her freedom. Which meant this union would only allow her to act more freely while having someone to keep her from going beyond her limits and help ground her when she needed it.

Arc` took that flask, sniffed it and handed it back with a shake of his head. "Not now. Not right now. Later maybe… When he was liftin her skirts... Maybe."

Razy{Go} couldn't help it as her tears flow over her eyes, wiping them as best she can, but both said such beautiful things. One rarely saw such love in this land and it was refreshing to say the least

So what was wildfire, Tehya looked into Sorgram's eyes, and hers were twinkling, did anyone really know what two complete opposites in race and gods would become. A simple ceremony would never do, and when she looked into his eyes when he spoke, liking the part of the dream.

Naidra dabbed the tears that formed in her own eyes seeing these to so much in love touched her heart and reminded her of her own bonding. She gave Razy's hand another squeeze and quietly watched the ceremony.

Eraelabryn turned her head upwards, knowing Tehya would give motion. Eyes though if they could signal in code to L`aquera they would be. Instead they lowered, listening to the words that came from the other. Arc's refusal of the flask, near offended sniff taken, that flick and palm of it upwards as if yawning, dousing the knots in stomach with the supple burn. It was of course her own version of tears. Bit of fire, bit of fear, made the complexion glow a bit, made those lips curve into something far more supple.

Isla-TU smiled, nodding, happy with each answer she looked up, "They have words to say to each other... let's all hearken to listen, to witness this love and bond."  She took a step back, done for now she moved to the side and breathed.

Turistima felt herself getting a little misty eyed as she listened to the vows that the two shared. She saw that a few others were affected thusly as well and had to smile, especially once she saw Nai and Razy were two of them.

Sorgram would move from the Anvil and turned to those gathered there, be they friend or acquaintance or stranger, slave or free alike, he looked to each, meeting their eyes and Tehyas.

"Friends, new and old, on this day, I stand before you a greater man. I shall relate a story that will explain how so, with a bit of allegory. Before I found an elf, I was but a campfire," spoken in a medium voice that would still carry to the back of the halls.

"I was great still, I could char flesh, perform miracles on water, warm the weary and keep the over curious animal at bay. I was trapped though, in a ring of stones, to be doused by the merest whim."

Pausing he would look around again before continuing. Pausing to mumble a bit as it gathering his words or hold back emotion, his fingers twitched.

"Then one day, as I lay floundering and weakening, I felt something new. Something called to me, caressed me and teased me to wakening. That gentleness stoked me and I erupted, sending forth sparks, many of which died on the wind. One tiny ember did not, kept orange by the sweet seduction of that gentle touch, it landed near the edge of a grassy plain. That brush, that tease, invigorating stroke inflamed me and I climbed, consuming on blade of grass, then with gentle urging, it was three, then nine. Soon I was spreading my wings. I was flying across the plain. I am now unstoppable... driving forward with ever increasing intensity, driving before me that which cannot defeat me, consuming that which stands in my way."

He turned towards Tehya and took her hand. His voice increased in intensity and emotion.

"SHE is my Wind. SHE is my FREEDOM." His voice rose to that level of such intensity as that of a king preparing troops for a nearly unwinnable battle. "WE ARE WILDFIRE!"At that moment, he threw up his hands and behind him, over the great pit, a huge glorious cornflower blue fireball exploded harmlessly but majestically. He dropped his head, as it seemed steam arose from his eyes.

"To Tehya, 'Forever free, forever fire."

Taurn felt perhaps just a touch warmer for some reason and when he looked up saw the sliver eyes of the fire-haired L`aquera pass over him as if sizing him up. He swallowed and shifted his eyes away seeing both Razy{Go} and Naidra crying. He smiled at the tenderness his friends had allowed him to share in.

It warmed Dowjin to watch them. His own bonding had been a very private affair, and on in their time of war. It was nice to see his Brother enjoying one in full ceremony. At Isla's mention of words to follow he perked from whatever passing thoughts had mulled through the Dream's mind, and bore witness to Sorgram's speech. A shift of his hips to one side drew taut lines down the crest of knees and loins as he relaxed in his posture, as the vows had been spoken, and he was sure by the Elders they wouldn't be taken back.

Selenity smiled softy, tears coming to her eyes at the words spoken and shared between the two. She bowed her head softly, the maiden in a demure posture as she simply closed her eyes and let the emotions of the room surround her. The ceremony was prettily spoken although to her it was felt as if the words had more meaning than what they simply were. She recognized the groom but the bride well it was surprising to say the least to see such a pair together. But their differences she supposed is what made the love they were sharing in so great. It spoke volumes to her of their relationship for there to be such a bonding as this.

Dowjin_Qui a hard blink startled at the huge fireball that Sorgram conjures. And then he grins toothily at its magnificence and power. The event was warming in more ways than one.

Alren listened to Sorgam's words. The drak had a way with them, able to finely craft them to fit the occasion. His voice carried to fill the room as he told his poetic tale. It was the shaping of Love given true light.

laerel{SB} blinked then nearly fell to her knees, the fireball startling her. She steadied herself, squeezing Razy's hand quickly, and then closed her eyes, composing herself once more.

Tehya seen the huge glorious cornflower fireball exploding she actually stopped breathing for a second. It was so much to take in, the words alone, and the fire blazing in all its glory made her feel so much more alive, his understanding of her more than anyone had made her feel Forever free, forever fire, and she felt challenged in her own vows to match his. She just whispered to him, "It is beautiful." A bard lost for words? Perhaps so and she stood there entranced by the fire. That's why she loved him so, for the respect and knowing her so well. So taken aback she waited to hear Isla tell her to do something, the bard was speechless.

L`aquera flicked a brow upwards, silver depths moving down the row of seats to fall on Bryn and hold, waft over the rather large thing at her side and wrinkle nose, wondering when she'd missed her bringing in a guest? Who knows, she'd been rather focused on the affair of the ceremony but firmly turned back to listen, grinning at Sor's affirmation and then the show of things to come that were, and would likely be, for a very long time. She wanted to clap, felt as if she should but somehow remained seated.

Razy{Go} listened to Master Sorgram, beginning to realize this wasn't as bazaar as she had imagined; he truly and utterly adored and loved Tehya. She smiled, her tears refusing to stop now, evaporating the tears with a bit of air magic and then gasps in amazement at the fireball but then she knew he did nothing small and grins brightly at the display

Eraelabryn by habit, Moriel couldn't help it the words held her spell bound, in their beauty, their confession. Lavenders showed it, erased with the way she would raise flask upwards, then near choke to death when the fireball was tossed upwards. Instinctive reaction to cover the back of her head bit of liquor to spill down the back of dress. Damn! Cough to cover it, as she settled back, then realized she was leaning into the hairy arm of that Creature beside her. Patting her hair as if he had pulled a few strands, then watching forwards, Beautiful ceremony.

Isla-TU listened, tears filling her own eyes as she looked down a moment, breathing deeply.  She licked her lips, seeing poor Tehya flounder over the Mallus heartfelt confession she moved over, touching her arm, "your turn." She whispered, having been told they both had vows she moved back again, breathing deeply and listening, waiting, suddenly glad the silk had not been hung lower lest the fireball catching it, but it was lovely, she moved backward, further and off to the side.

Taurn was moved deeply by the fire priest's words he'd not realized the depth of his passion for the elf maid and was surprised to hear him share it so openly. He thought the bard might have a difficult time responding to that statement, and when she stood there voiceless his suspicion was confirmed.

Tehya's Vow Music Link

Valarauko had actually maintained his composure, despite the fiery stuff going on with the man's speech. Why was everyone getting all cry-cry and stuff? Well, Tehya certainly seemed to enjoy it. He looked to her and smiled, nodded to her as if to say 'go for it'.

Tehya held onto Sorgram's hand and brought it to her lips and kissed it.

"Dearest Patron, who has captured my very spirit, it has been many years since the first day your smile and leer caught me onstage. For years you have given me the words I crave in poetic structure and in embrace, but yet I never knew the chase would end like it did on the fateful day you saved me from myself, the dance in the snow that inscribed images of our dreams, and that fateful kiss will never be forgotten.

That kiss could have been your last kiss to anyone if he so desired to kill you, but ...you didn't care, and walked away with all that cockiness that made me realize what I was searching for all these years. To understand I Need my freedom, and offering me your hand to me today for eternity without any qualms or fears of me also being free, is the grandest promise anyone could make.

We have already journeyed through rocky paths and survived, and you have lit fires in me no one has, my words ‘grow' with your influence, my mind excels with thoughts and dreams, even nightmares.

I know that you will protect me, make me laugh, and bring chaos to the teetering edge where I tempt fate and walk where I probably should not. Do I love the fire in you, yes, would the embers ever ...die from them being put out… no. Do I take you for eternity… yes? There are many forms of masters, by giving me my freedom you also win my submission of love and adoration for eternity as your Cornflower that will never fade away from your touch or words.

My god I proclaim as Stormbringer!

Even that does not make you turn and walk from me, a test of our fates have happened this very week, and still we stand together as one. With all that taken into consideration, my heart and body is not only wild and free but linked to your fire. Soon you will realize why, for I have another gift to you besides me being your bonded mate for Eternity!"

She pulled something from her pocket wrapped in velvet.

Turistima was touched by Sorgram's words....words that were filled with such love and affection for Tehya. She felt herself jump a little in her chair by the sudden bolt of blue, having been caught up in the moment and the drak's words. She laughed softly at herself and brushed her hair back from her face, adjusting the skirt of her dress as she shifted in the seat to listen as Tehya spoke.

Meadow{wSw} heard the vows and then Sorgrams own words. She had sworn to do nothing that could be taken as bad by anyone this night and she wasn't about to break that promise. She bit hard into her own tongue and kept her head down standing perfectly still holding the pillow still

The ambiance of the music played to a crescendo as Tehya finished her vows.

laerel{SB} blinked as she looked at Tehya, then lowers her gaze, a soft smile coming to her lips. She thought Stormbringer was a god. She knew she had thought so, and now it was confirmed. She looked back to the ceremony, watching with a soft smile.

Isla-TU closed her eyes, her head down she pushed aside the urge to cry, the music having added more to it.  She licked her lips, moving to stand again she breathed.  She moved again, hating the idea of breaking up the feeling there, she gave a few moments pause, looking forward.

"Now the bride and groom wish to honor one of the fallen of this temple." She looked back to Sorgram again this would be one of the hardest to deal with she knew as she stepped aside once more.

Razy{Go} listened to Tehya's speech set to music, her heart beating like the hooves of a thousand horses, she watched in utter awe for the beauty of her words, amazed that such love and devotion could be spoken in a land like this but it was there, right in front of her, she had heard it with her own ears and it made her cry even harder, with happiness for the two of them, blessed were they.

There were times it showed. That even the cruel composure of the Eraelabryn  the Moriel could be broken down, and she could appear as lost as any mortal. This was one of those times. Eyes flashed towards Arc, that lift of chin as if she 'meant' to. His own dance of gaze, strong enough to pluck her up with her being able to adjust, that in itself telling, so she played it off as if she meant to. Legs crossing, watching from that perch the rest of it.

"You keep sitting down, and don't mistake me for a catgirl and I will be." near humor in the hiss of those words, as she put flask on the chair beside her, watching the ceremony, able to see a bit better. "Don't set me on fire, please," whispered so quietly.

L`aquera smirked as she heard those words. She knew far more than most, she also knew that Kirva would be rolling around laughing like some giddy kid if she heard that. Hues went to the temple around them, almost as if thinking the place was shaking down. Yet nothing happened. Though she whispered her own prayer oddly enough. As if that would somehow aide anyone or them, or her. Dying wasn't anything new, but she hadn't done it in a while, and the damned fardon blasted thing hurt like hell.

Naidra was surprised by the fire ball so touched by the words of her friends that it caught her off guard and it brought a gasp to her lips. The shock quickly turned to a pleasant smile she went back to watching the event.

Sorgram looked into Tehya's eyes the whole time that she spoke and felt those words writing on heart. Lifting her hand, he kissed it and brushed fingers with flaming lips as his eyes only are held her, for an eternity in a moment. Hearing Isla, he held Tehya's hand, pointing toward a statue of a wolven, as he did so Torches flair higher to illuminate the first joiner of the temple in his Priesthood.

"Karram, was my friend, my second and my mentor. He was my father, my brother and the man who would rein me in. His passing was before this bonding but it was with his blessing, I came to be a man that could love. He would stand with me today, chaining me to the altar as I thought to run, or pushing me forward if I hesitate. For Karram!" He waved his hand and the eyes would glow with fires inside as if he were present and blessing the ceremony.

Valarauko had listened to every word and tone that escaped from Tehya as she had spoken with the music almost resonating with each syllable. He clasped his hands together behind him, eyes giving a faint sparkle as he watched her carefully and whispered "Magnificent", perhaps just audible enough for the elven bardess to hear.

Taurn listened to the honey words that Tehya spoke and, blinked softly as something became caught in his eyes. Her words both heartfelt and elegant and the image he had held of her for so long as a mischievous tease softened a bit. He smiled at her and blinked once more.

Razy{Go} cried harder at the beauty of honoring a fallen friend at his bonding, knowing he must have been incredibly important. Her tears seemed to be a faucet now and she kept looking for something to wipe her face with.

Arc` did what every red blooded man would do. He nuzzled the elf's throat. Even bit at that crested ear. Settled her better in his lap and let a rolling laugh echo just around them didn't quite make it past his own seated position though. "Afraid I'll throw yer skinny hide up on yonder pedestal with the happy breedin couple" was said low, growl heard. Maybe he would.

All fell quiet for a minute of silence for Karram aka Marot

Benji Nihil`Novi was still waiting silently at his spot in the temple, rather confused as to what he should do now. He was half tempted to approach Sorgram, if only to inquire if the man's whip was in attendance. He wondered what Mistress was thinking, than wondered if a whip could think at all.

After the silence in memory of Karram; Tehya looked up, hardly worried about the tears in her eyes, and waited for Isla to step forward.

laerel{SB} gently placed a handkerchief in Razy's hand, pulled from her sleeve. She smiled and nodded toward her, then looked back to the ceremony, standing quietly.

The last time Taurn had been here was for a ceremony to honor Karram, and Sorgram's words today were if anything more powerful than that night.  He didn't not known the man but there was no doubt he must have been a good and loyal friend to deserve such respect.

Eraelabryn, jerk of herself upwards as if that touch to her ear had ignited some fire underneath her backside "You aren't -that- old, "whispered underneath breath with a twitch of humor, perhaps L`aquera who had known her since sunlight had warped her, could see it. For once unsteady. What was within the hands held there, as she would rise up and let gloved hands shake the skirts? Their words, their vows to one another, and then the beauty of the ceremony. Head lowered in that show for the one who had passed on, as she would make her way, creeping towards the two bonded ones. Giving that extra bit of silence for the one who had slipped from the Realm.

Lhaindir sat in silence he chewing softly on his lower lip though at this point his attention was wholly on Benji he was waiting for a moment that it wouldn't be rude to get up and go to his friend since he was feeling incredibly awkward here alone and there was Benji only a short distance away that could easily alleviate that awkward feeling

Sorgram looked over the wolven one more time before turning back to the ceremony and the goings on. Something familiar was there about that one with the chaotic lady, Eraelabryn, and he would ponder it out later he thought as he waited for her to come forward if able.

Razy{Go} grinned to her friend and take the handkerchief happily, kissing her cheek as she began to wipe her eyes and cheeks, trying to collect herself but she was sure she was too far beyond controlling her tear ducts now. She watched as a Moriel woman rose, smiling at the thought that it was Sorgram who had added to her fear of dark beings as well it was Sorgram who had helped quell that fear.

Meadow{wSw} took a moment to glance up and her eyes fell on Taurn. They didn't stay there long before simply finding the floor once more.

L`aquera took in a deep breath and let that chin drop. She would remember Marot for a very... very long time to come. Even now she could see his laughing face as he beat on another. Always with that laughter. Still, not a tear shed. She would miss him regardless. Soft inhale of the warm air around her and expelled. A silent word falling from moving plush lips, but nothing more. Nothing so loud as to ring even in her own ears. Respect due. Given and would always be there.

Isla-TU took a breath, her eyes closing, she looked up again, fluora would have loved to have been here for that, she wasn't surprised though that she'd not come, it would be difficult she knew.  She took a few more breaths, shivering, looking up again, and brushing the tears from her eyes.  She kept aside, for just a moment longer, a quick sip of wine as she headed toward the altar once more, touching the volcano.  She licked Isla-TU> her lips a second again, her eyes flicking over the couple as she waited for them to return to her.

Taurn looking towards Sorgram saw a brief flicker of movement and saw Meadow's eyes slip over him for a moment, then return to the floor. Then his concentration shifted to Isla as she looked about to speak once more.

Sorgram looked to Isla and move back towards the Anvil, taking Tehya by the hand and reaching out to Isla. "Please proceed' he would say, a brush of her hand and a quick infusion of energy, having performed this ceremony himself, he understood." When you are ready.

Benji Nihil`Novi caught Lhain out of the corner of his eye and slipped the elf a sly wink.

Tehya's focus was on Isla once again and she had been so caught up the order confused her. A tight grip of Sorgram's hand reassured him she was not going to fall to her knees like she may have when he spoke. She watched him take her hand and watched Isla.

Isla-TU bowed her head, "Thank you," she whispered, having felt the energy.  She looked up, taking a deep breath, "Before you, on the altar is a replica of this mountain, each of you should place one hand on opposite sides of the mountain. Now place your other hands over the hand of your mate," A black crystal volcano sits there and seems to glow with an inner fire. It pulses with the heartbeat that matches what is under foot.

She reached out, once their hands were there she touched them both, smiling before lifting them just a little bit above there's.

Sorgram would place his hand as instructed, a tight grip on the Mountain, though he had never felt this end before, always from Isla's.

Tehya knew this was part of the ceremony she knew nothing about but placed her hand on one side, and then placed her other hand over Sorgram's, the pointed lace of her sleeve only directed over a simple braided wheat bracelet she wore all the time to remind her of her roots.

Isla-TU words rang through the temple.

"By the will of the mountain, and with the blessing of fire," the small volcano would begin to pulse faster and vibration would be felt by the two. "The Fireblood shall forever unite them as one, each making the other whole. Each bringing their aspects together to become more than the two before."

The orange glow would grow and flow out over their hands, encircling their wrists as ropes of orange liquid. The ropes would flow and pulsate like living creatures.  Isla was breathing deeply, having a hard time holding herself, feeling the magic drawing from her, the mountain draining her as she concentrated on the moment.  She started to sweat profusely through the long crimson robe.

Sorgram felt that pulse, that energy, that binding... he was feeling as if being made whole, though never knowing he was not.

As heat waves flowed to their hands the glowing tendrils.

"Through Uvelcras blood, two are now one."

The liquid flowed back to the volcano and the vibrations would cease. Isla would take a step back and seemed a little weak. A look on their hands would show the 'trails' left by the flowing tendrils, crossing over each of their hands and wrists, as it they were tied together by ropes which left burns on them, though there was no heat to them.

Ulvecra Appears!

"Will of the mountain? How 'bout my will. Did anyone ask about my will? I'm feeling left out here."

That 'mountain of a man rose up from the seat; only looking down when he realized it had just crumpled.

"Sorry. Should have sat in yonder stone chair over there." Well. No acquiring to taste. Fiery red hair was shaking out a hand rested to the beard he seemed to sprout.

Hey, Beauty. Ask for my will. Ask! For MY will. Go on. Ask it.

Sorgram felt that man stand... felt that presence, so familiar and so slowly his face turned and his eyes widened, the flames increasing in such intensity, in that presence. He shook, weak of knees that his god had so honored him. He held that volcano for support and her arms, as much for love in that very moment.

Tehya watched the orange tendrils of fire and glanced up at Sorgram when it was happening. Yet she worried for Isla. Looking down once more at their hands she knew why this was happening. When she felt Sorgram move she looked up at him and smiled. His god honored him with such, and she felt honored too.

Ulvecra stepped over the crumpled chair and moved right for the Priest, merry brown eyes? Eyes of lava rolling, they moved from Sorgram to Tehya and then onwards to Isla.

Ask it!

Naidra was shocked and surprised she kept her mouth closed but her eyes remained on the man with lava like eyes and the pair before the altar.

Isla-TU smiled at the two, though she felt weak, her eyes closed a moment she breathed, looking up, seeing the man standing she let out a breath, blinking a second, her mouth dropped open and she dropped down, the energy gone to hold herself up the hood covered her face, though it didn't hide the drips of sweat that fell, her body shaking as she breathed again.

She looked up at him, "Forgive me.." she whispered, "Will it be your will Mi'Lord?"  She whispered, her voice seeming to have left her.

Tamryn knew he was running late, but well sometimes things tended to all go wrong at the same time. Nothing wrong with that really, it happens. So it was that the human decided to catch up with his mate, by taking the quick route to the ceremonies. He had spied her in the mirror provided by Stormbringer. Well that should be an easy enough trip. Magic was used, but when blink his eyes, expecting find himself arriving on the stone by his mate's side, alas, the fickle mistress that was magic had given one of her many amazing hiccups, so it was that the Noble came to attend not standing calmly by his mate's side, but as if falling from much higher, "Ohhh fuc..." all that came from his lips, too loud for a guest to be polite, right before he slammed hard into the ground beside his mate, pain radiating through his form. "ow."

Razy{Go} watched in utter amazement as what appears to be the God of her Mistress and Master Sorgram comes from the audience and storms up like some angry father who didn't get asked for permission

laerel{SB} squeezed Razy's hand gently, then looks toward Ulvecra. She tilted her head, watching with amazement, eyes wide, taking it all in.

Meadow{wSw} still didn't move. She was sure she had nothing to worry about.

So much for the doubting Thomas Tehya, she was seeing Ulvecra before her, and gripped Sorgram's hand very tightly.

Selenity blinked as she looks from the pair at the altar and then to the man that stood and approached them. She hadn't ever seen this man before, this arc and now here he was demanding such of the couple. But the couple was acting reverently. She didn't see anyone else standing and she brought her hand to the sleeve of one of her robes, eyes alert.

Naidra was amazed by the man that stood before them and didn't think she could be much more shock but she would have been mistaking for it seemed that the temple was raining men as one fell at Bryn's feet. She almost smirked when she noticed it was a nobleman.

Benji_Nihil`Novi is dumbfounded by the appearance of Ulvecra. He was unsure how to react or even think around a god, so he felt it wise to keep silent and try not to be noticed.

Eraelabryn knew it. Felt it. Words that came from the male who had kissed ear, who had whispered to it. Quietness in that, as words were given over, that lift of chin ever so slight. Watching Sorgram, and watching Tehya. Rubbing where backside had been sat upon God. Look over to L`aquera, as if to show her gratefulness Kirva didn't show up at bondings. Then...well...Mate fell right on in and with that, her own near yelp let out, as if expecting it to be the Dark Mother to smack her upside the back of her head. Instead, that lowering, eyes flashing, making sure he was alright, helping him to his feet.

"If he said no, would it stop them?" murmured lightly.

Razy{Go} shrieked as a man suddenly fell from the ceiling, her mouth open like a fish out of water. She looked to Naidra and then to Laerel, confused but already deciding, Best...Bonding…Ever.

Andrys made his way to the bonding ritual...fashionably late of course, riding on his black stallion he stops where he sees others had left their mounts, slipping from the saddle and approaching unobtrusively. He was of course none the wiser that something untoward was going on, and really he only came for lack of anything better to occupy himself this evening as he did not even know those two intending to twine their lives together this evening. Looking about the crowd it seemed he knew next to no one here in all actuality and he remains on the outskirts watching impassively.

Alren kept quiet. The mage felt rather small in comparison to raw power issuing from Ulvecra. Yet a part of his mind thought back to books he read. One particular one that he'd found in his travels. No... nothing was prepared for a ritual this evening and this certainly wouldn't be the place for it. He caught a glimpse of Eraelabryn and remembered the cat she'd gifted him with before

Alren looked back towards Ulvecra.

Ulvecra's voice thundered, Ya. Beauty. My will. Nobody asks me a damned thing in my own temple. Well? Go on. Ask. You think it's fun prancing about in this shirt and these leathers? Chaffs my nuts."

Tehya blinked hearing the god speak of his nuts, and then looked at Sorgram. Surely this would be more of a connection to his god than her mere request as a Sylvan from the forest.

Taurn saw the man stand as if interrupting the ceremony but before he could speak the man changed his eyes glowing brightly like the lava that flowed from the volcano and the bride and groom seemed both in shock and awe of his presence. He had heard tales of gods assuming forms thou had never seen it until today.

Turistima 's eyes widened and her lips parted as Ulvecra moved up towards the altar and the couple who stood there making their vows. The elf had felt the touch of the goddess before, but to see a god walking by her had her stunned. She closed her mouth and sat there in stunned silence wondering what would happen next at the ceremony.

Dowjin_Qui the Dream stood transfixed before Uvelcra, fingertips brought up to his own lips as he murmured a started prayer of his own, obviously their joining had warranted the notice of powers other than that of the great Dragons. And while his prayer was to those dragons, his bow followed to Uvelcra, and he stepped back and out of the way. "Excuse me." Never had he panicked in his life before, and

He was straining not to do so now, such a warlord whom had died and been numbed to the surprises of the world, was still stunned by Uvelcra showing his hand.

L`aquera didn't want Bryn looking at her like that, she was having troubles of her own sitting in that chair, without asking if this 'God' would mind heating up a cup of coffee while he was throwing around demands. There was no need for panic. Not until fire began raining down. She frowned, shrugged at Bryn as if to say "if he starts throwing hot shit around, I'm pretty sure I'm safe. But you're fucked."

Naidra had to bite her tongue to stop the giggle as the "god" spoke of his chaffed nuts. She kept her eyes on the pair and the God before them waited on baited breath for what would happen next.

Lindor slipped quietly into the main hall and altar area... the place was open for this wedding, and she had remembered times past when she served the temple... it seemed that few would escape paying their dues to the fire god. Strange to feel that superior presence in the room, but not really see anything unusual save a bunch of people gathered... a bit of commotion...

Selenity slowly started to put two and two together as he spoke of his temple. She bit her lip, for one to have such a union at a temple and having never even asked the blessing of the god that did... she suddenly very much wanted to leave and not draw any such attention to herself from said god. She shivered and glanced around the room, noting the layout of the temple before gazing back to the God and the bonded pair.

Valarauko with the appearance of this thing, he felt a bit too toasty there. He watched Tehya as if seeking comfort from her, though knowing it wouldn't come this time. He tugged at his collar a bit, almost feeling like he was cooking over a grill. His skin already felt like it was chafing and dry.

Sorgram looked to him.

"Uvelcra, my heart is fanned by her and she increases my flames and devotions. I would not have asked her were I to think it against your will, but be it against it; I would still complete the bonding."

There was not challenge in his voice, just the mere statement of fact. "I claimed her with a kiss without blessing and I would have her for eternity, without yours, this I resolve as the Mountain gives me strength. Her fire increases my passion to serve you as well. I ask you bless us, but advise I would not stop, for a Mountain moving is not stopped."

Meadow{wSw} would glance at the God for a second then once again drop her eyes to the floor.

What could Tehya say… all that came out was a soft, "Please!"

Eraelabryn "Oh Kirva don't let him show his nuts." whispered to Mates chest as she gazed upwards, touch of hand to. Eyes turned to L`aquera, thinking about it. Truth. Mate was fireproof! That turns of her towards Tehya and Sorgram. "All Gods adore Promises. Adore vows. Gifts." She couldn't help it, her fingers stroking over Tamryn's side, near pinch as if to point it out to him what the male with the fiery beard was.

Andrys perked a brow as things begin to start making sense for the latecomer...and he suddenly regreted not wearing his armor, the finery purchased at the belladonna not likely to do much against the angered smiting of some primitive elemental god. What a bonding this was, he wondered how they would top it at the reception, perhaps flaming pixies? He noted the crowds unease and standing at the rear of it he watches the people more warily than the god knowing how dangerous a horde of stampeding, frightened people can really be.

Tehya looked with a side glance to Eraelabryn, taking her suggestion she pulled off that favored bracelet that would burn in seconds if near fire and handed it to Ulvecra, "Take this it is dear to me."

Ulvecra watched the two rather calmly before clapping Sorgram on the shoulder, the weight of it heavy.

"Ye already had it. Ye already had it, lass."

Wink was tossed to elf. Wondering if she'd forgot her flask in the falling of. Man? He didn't remember putting falling men on his list of things to do while stuck in flesh and blood. He held out his hand, let the fire waft from it, consume him…Gone.

Tamryn sighed, wishing he had a nights healing under his belt already, but alas. Such where the dangers of an expedited entry. He eased up with the aid of mate and gave her a look of, 'yes, I meant to do that, nothing like a dramatic entrance and yes, I want you to bring ice for my bruises later" He would lean in closer to her though, his eyes narrowing as he would regard the ceremony. Now, most people had sane views were gods were concerned, fear, worship. Tam would narrow his eyes and watch fiery bearded figure. Always meddling. He viewed them as indeed powerful beings, but it was power to be attained, or perhaps stolen someday. He wouldn't show open hostility, but neither did he like the presence, he was a bit biased about powerful beings messing with the lives of other, but this wasn't his ceremony.

Isla-TU blinked, the God was gone she breathed, standing, shaking a little bit, one last thing to do, only one... she breathed, "I.. I uhm..." she cleared her throat, "I am honored to present Tehya and Sorgram, Bondmates..." she closed her eyes, it had been too much, as she collapsed behind the anvil.

With Ucelvra gone, Dowjin sighed in relief. He had imagined that the god had already given his blessings. After all they stood in his temple alive and were allowed to do the ceremony. With his honors given, he stepped up to Sorgram's side again, and patted down his white blouse, making sure no ember or ash from the fire had marred it. To his satisfaction, it was still very clearly white.

Razy{Go} began the round of applause once the happy couple are announced, her eyes red and her face blotchy from crying but she was thrilled to have seen the best show in town and the happy faces of her friends

Meadow{wSw} shifted wondering when the items on the pillow were to be given.

Sorgram saw Isla collapse, motioned to Razy and Meadow to tend her.

"Eraelabryn, if you feel up to it, please go ahead with what you would do." He was taking charge now; breathing deeply, being blessed by his god on this union... well it was overwhelming.

Naidra was a little shocked to see the god just leave would have been nice for him to stick around or make like the volcano blow fire or something but at least he gave his blessing so that was a plus.

Razy{Go} eeped and rushed over to her Mistress' side and takes one side of her Mistress' body and began to move her. She looked to Meadow to point out a place she could lay her down and check on her.

Taurn listened as Isla pronounced the couple and joined Razy{Go} in her applause, This was without a doubt the most unusual wedding he'd ever been to, but he was happy for them and glad that with the ceremony concluded he could make his way back to Turistima.

Sorgram told Meadow, "set the pillow on the Anvil."

Andrys perked a brow as things continue on; anti-climactic was a word that came to mind...but then again searing flesh and singed hair did not really speak of a joyous bonding of two individuals. And so he lifts gloved hands, adding to the applause for the couple, stepping out of Razy's way as she lead the unconscious Isla from the proceedings, women...sheesh. He shook his head slowly.

Selenity blinked random showing up and making a fuss talking about such lewd things and then leaving as if he was the drunken uncle? She was not impressed but at least things were becoming as normal as she could expect. She gazed around the room... the woman was silent and had been silent the entire time here. Her eyes widen as Isla collapses but still she clapped with the others as it seemed there were those that were taking care of the woman and it wasn't looked at as any alarm... perhaps this was a common thing for bondings?

Lindor the white robed elf maiden moved quietly through the aisles, just as the ceremony seemed to be reaching its peak.  Some were crying, applauding, others prostrate at the vision their god had bestowed on them. Pale bright eyes drank it all in quietly, flow of hair and thin cloth swaying over near-silent bare feet. A modest flicker of violet flames moved eerily around those dainty little toes and heels.

Meadow{wSw} sat down the pillow and had no idea what to do with isla. She walked over helping Razy take her to the office and lay her down on the couch and then came back and picked up the pillow.

Turistima felt herself relax after the moment of tension had passed, a smile on her face as the god gave the couple his blessing before disappearing. After seeing how they looked at one another and hearing the love in their voices, it didn't surprise her that they had his blessing on the match. She grinned at Taurn, glad that he would be able to join her now.

Eraelabryn Goddess steals her. Shoulders rolled back and she would look at her Mate and rise upwards, even as she brushed lips to jaw line before slipping forwards. A bit more steady, that smile given to Tehya and Sorgram. Shoulders rolled back, that way of voice to flitter from her lips.

"What more can be said, can be done to such beauty, such absolute blessing that one's Deity would appear, would come and bless what is His with its showing. More so, that two could stand before and face that, and know that your bonding is given the blessing of what one of you has dedicated their life to."

She untwined the silks.

"A gift for you both such a humble thing, but to show that the chording of two, is strengthened by the acceptance of that which makes you each your own. Free."

She paused waiting for them to unwrap the stone to touch it.

Razy{Go} sat down beside Isla as she pressed her hand to her forehead, determining if she was too hot or not. She then began to blow on her, using a bit of air mage magic to try and cool her down. She looked around and found a cloth turning away from her and wetting it with some of her nifty nymph magic before setting it across her forehead now.

Alren clapped for the couple, his applause joining in with the others as the God left the temple. "Another time." He said quietly under his breath. The mage watched as Isla's unconscious body was taken from the room. A look of concern upon his face before he turned back towards the celebration. He was glad to have been a part in it, the beginning of their bonding.

Tehya put her hand out to help Sorgram unwrap the stone. Not really sure what would happen after a god appeared she let Sorgram do most of the unwrapping. She was a bit overwhelmed to say the least.

Lhaindir stood slowly from his seat and as quietly he crept up to where Benji stood his steps were nearly silent as he slipped up behind the feline. Whispering softly, "Hello my kitty I just couldn't wait any longer to be near to you," he reached out to coil his fingers across Benji's hand.

Tamryn already blamed the fiery figure for his arrival. But that would be a score to settle another time. The list, for now it was Tehya and Sorgram's time. He would accept kiss from mate, and ignoring the pain, for in truth he just shunted it to shade he would turn, quite pleasant smile to the couple, his own bit of support shown. Tehya, was an old friend, of sorts. Few enough of those, so he was glad to see her find a measure of happiness. Those moments were best grabbed when found.

L`aquera sighed…she was suddenly... a lot colder. But hey, the bright side was, Bryn hadn't lost any of her hair this time. Wasn't that the hulk she had been… drooling on? Shudder ripped up that spine but her focus soon returned to the altar. Wondering... what was next in this odd ceremony? Kirva would never show up to any mating ritual. Ever. She'd think the entire thing beneath her. Strange that, but then, that black bitch was and always had been, one huge assed snob. Fingers ran over her velvet covered arms and silvers narrowed, plush lips twitching now and again. She honestly wondered just how fast she could get the entire wedding party out of there.

Taurn saw Isla was being tended to and moved from the area near the altar to join up with Turistima. "You look even better in that dress than I remembered," he said as he leaded in and kissed her cheek, "and I hope you liked my gift" he added as he straightened and slipped an arm about her.

Selenity would stand as it seemed others were approaching with well wishes. She didn't truly know either but she wished them well from where she stood, silently a soft prayer said for them and their happiness together. She would then head towards the back of the temple, almost stilling when she saw Andrys, a stiff nod offered to the man before she moved to leave the temple.

Sorgram unwrapped the stone and studied it as he held it in his hand, feeling it.

Eraelabryn's lips parted, and voice that had done so many rites and rituals projected clear to even the back of room.

"Both have said their words, so beautifully. With their hearts, with their souls. What more can one dark as I speak of? It takes wisdom to know that the Song bird un-caged sings a song untainted, out of want to sing, not need. Wisdom to know that one element is not enough, but that strand of two, enforced by their beliefs, is far harder to break, to fray. When one has the faith, the trust, and the strength to grant another their bond, it is to allow a part of your soul, your heart to walk free from your body, and fly within the one you have chosen. How could the song not be one of perfection?"

The motion of her hand, stone whispered to that illusion of bird, made of fire flittering upwards the sudden burst of song filling the ears of those gathered before the bird itself would fly over the heads and soar fading into the smallest bits of glitter and light, cascading down to the heads of those gathered.

"Her gift to you."

Gloved hand rose, the form of something hidden underneath the silks presented forwards for Tehya to give.

Sorgram watched the bird, impressed and humbled.

Now came the time for Tehya's surprise in all its glory, Byrn orchestrating it so well and beautiful. With the glitter falling she unwrapped the velvet in her hand with two rubies one for him and one for her.

The drape was removed and again the music filled the temple. Unveiled and sculpted by Octavia this surprise took a very long time, and hard work on Octavia's part, the black marble beast ...nearly seemed to breathe - each scale gave its own sheen, each leaning tooth of spike that followed its reclining spine was sharp enough to slice open the tender flesh of a fingertip. It rested on its lean belly and forearms, claws curled against the black base of it rested upon... it's long, serpentine neck was turned, blocked jaw and elegant head turned toward the viewer with inquisitive ...ferocity. Slightly, it bent his head... not because it honored the viewer, but because it seemed to want to look upon them with a measuring fire.

Live or burn, said the flare of its nostrils, the uncoil of its tail rising.   The sockets of its eyes were smooth and empty, but seemed to suggest when filled the sculpture might at any moment lean out and open its black maw to test the temperament of its audience with a great blast of flame.

It stood at six feet including its pedestal, seven feet long....it was buffed brightly, its muscles might seem at once to stand beneath its flesh... at first glance, the sculpture rested.   Upon greater observation, it might be noticed it was poised to spring.  Upon its resting block was an engraving in elegant, even script... "Tonight the fire unites; like rubies, ever may burn." Around the base were hundreds of cornflowers in bright blue against the black statue.

The black dragon much taller than a drak unveiled with no eyes and Tehya whispered to Sorgram.

"Shall we put these in for him to see all that is within us?"

Sorgram would gape at that which was presented his jaw slamming the floor and he bent down to pick it up, shaking his head, he moved towards it and looked over that creation and closed his eyes, vowing that it was his future, though he would turn and take a ruby to place on the left socket for her to place the right.

"Together, we give our future sight." He said, inserting the ruby.

Tehya stood on tiptoes and placed the red ruby in the right eye, and she knew this would be the beginning of surprises, not the end.

"Wildfire… eyes that can see beyond mountains."

Andres watched as the couple is gifted by Eraelabryn, the Moriel was at least known to him and he wondered what she was about and what exactly her gift was. L`aquera also noted, funny the two he recognized are both of that race, oh but here was another...he grinned at Selenity's reaction to seeing him, returning her nod before he looks again to the proceedings and Bryn's flowery speech given.

He watched the illusory bird fly up and music began to wonders if this is the start of the revelry...and his grin widened as he considered some entertainment, gaze moving back to Selenity's retreating form.

Turistima rose to her feet as Taurn approached, her grin widening as he pulled her close, her own arms sliding around to hug him.

"Why thank you. Strange that you mention the fitting....I had the strangest thing happen as you passed by towards the altar."

She gave him a curious look knowing somehow, he had something  to do with it. She leaned in and pressed a soft kiss to his lips, wanting to keep things tame for now out of respect

Turistima for Sorgram and Tehya. "It's lovely. Thank you so much Taurn. This necklace and the dress were really too much. You shouldn't have. Guess I'll have to find a way to properly thank you later."

The bird singing and flying around caused her to pause in her movements. Selenity gazed towards the bird as it flew around, unknowing of the way Andrys had been watching her leave or the natural sway of her hips. She would smile then blink as another song broke out and she gazed towards the couple's gift. Seemingly not giving Andrys another look though she was aware of his presence and how not to far it was from her.

Alren found him smiling as the illusion of the bird took flight to sing before them. It was quite an interesting sight. Truly the mage had seen much this night, more than most would see in their entire lives. Tehya surprise was a marvel to behold. The work elegantly sculpted and incredibly lifelike. "Impressive." He said catching sight of the others in the room. Turi was with Taurn

Alren gave a quiet nod to the couple before watching Sorgram move to finish the work with his mate.

Taurn smiled at both the kiss and the promise of delights to come. Then watched as yet another statue was unveiled the dragon almost alive, he wondered at the size and detail of work involved in its creation.

Meadow{wSw} still just stood there. She might as well be made of stone herself.

Sorgram would take Tehya's hand and lift it up, turning to meadow, he would reach out for that cloth covered pillow and flick the cloth off of it. Removing an ornate bracelet, he would slip it over Tehya's hand onto the wrist. It was a mithril dragon, with sapphire blue eyes, close to the color of the flowers in her hair.

"This is the dragon wildfire, it shall protect you, make you more powerful and it shall be able to let me find you at any time."

His fingers caressed her wrist and arm. The wings were curled as to cup her wrist, the head with eyes, rested on the back of her hand and its tail curled in circles around her forearm.

Andrys hmm'd as the statue was unveiled in its lifelike glory and then the bonded couple performed another rite that was strange and alien to the high elf, yet another thing to grow accustomed to in these lands it seemed. He skirts the edge of the crowd then, moving up behind Selenity though not drawing attention to himself yet as the ceremony continues on, crossing his arms across his chest.

When he slipped on the bracelet Tehya broke into a smile, it was so needed considering how many places she traveled, and had such meaning. She kissed him and whispered against his lips, "You shall nere have far to look Patron, I love you!"

Eraelabryn's mate wandered off, not surprising really. Likely looking for some booze, but oh the Moriel, she had herself that flask. Damnable hells, that God hadn't ..she looked back over to the seat and then near cried out, crushed it was, where the chair the flame haired man had sat in. Nose crinkled, and she under breath murmured something that sounded like. "Thank You." as a prayer when her hand rose upwards and she patted her hair, then her ass, making sure nothing was singed. Breath let out, as she would eye her minions, then rub that backside of hers, lift of chin, near vain little roll of shoulders back.

Turistima smiled and nodded to Alren as he passed by her, hoping that he enjoyed himself tonight as he was clearly close to the couple. She laughed as Taurn didn't bother to argue with her plan, and then turned to admire the statue that was unveiled. There had been a great deal of work put into it and the piece was magnificent.

Razy{Go} moved into the doorway to continue watching the ceremony. She waits for a moment to make sure it was over this time and begins a roaring applause for the beautiful couple and the amazing ceremony

Selenity smiled as she watched them, they seemed so happy and in love that was not something she saw all that often at all. She was truly relaxed in that moment and she noted that Andry's was no longer where he had been. Gazing around she wondered if he had slipped over to the High Elfess she had seen here earlier though she wasn't seeing either of them now... that seemed more and more possible.

Naidra smiled at the statue a great piece of work and truly stunning. She clapped heartily for the happy couple.

L`aquera rose up slowly and moved over to Bryn, the way of her silvers sweeping over friend. Fingers reaching for Bryns and clasping it, patting it gently.

"Are you... alright? Do you need to throw up? I'll find you someone's hat to throw up in." Was the pyro.. mocking her? Well. Wouldn't you? Hell yes you would!

"Dow... Give me your hat... Please." That smile really fell short of caring. She did try however. She really did. There now, a nice hat being brought. Where did Tam go? All that talk of not believe in Gods.. and he runs off to the little mage room now?" Though her tones were slightly hushed, she couldn't help but look at the mangled chair left behind. By a God.

Taurn leaned in breathing the soft sensual scent of the elf woman, it making his nostrils flair a bit, and asked "Should we go give our congratulations yet or wait?" then after asking he placed a chasten kiss along the gentle curve of her neck "hmmm Turistima?"

Dowjin_Qui's Drak's Formation!

His memory was keen, not the smallest part of the Dream was ever lost, and it was all burnt into that psychic presence, immortalized and recalled constantly. He was never allowed to forget. And while sometimes it became hard to disassociate what was, what is, and what will be, the cue of Tehya's words helps him realize the present tense. He glances aside and waves towards three other Drak Sen that had been standing in clean dress.

A sapphire female, an earthen brown, and a ruby female. They walk towards the altar and join besides Dowjin silently as he glances towards Tehya to let her finish before he began. A glance is passed towards L`aquera.

"Umm... I'm not wearing a hat."

Tehya's friend Dowjin and his formation made her turn and bring Sorgram's arm around her waist, she almost expected another surprise and it still might be coming. A nod of her head was given to Dowjin and her hand wearing that bracelet was placed over her heart. If anyone knew her and her tie to Traghorn, and her ties to draks other than her mate, Dowjin's representation and formation tonight was warranted.

"There is one, final thing."

His voice called, and his voice was well used to rising over chatty soldiers and battle lines.

"And I am honored to be selected to bear this news."

He stepped forward and glanced aside to Sorgram.

"You'll like this."  He grinned as if a god showing up wasn't enough.

The other three Drak Sen stand attend beside him, in a series of spring to winter, for any with keen enough eyes to spot the difference in their scales and that meaning. And Dowjin began.

"Tonight, the Elder Dragons, and even- Council Dragons themselves, watch over this couple."

He straightened, and drew his hands behind his back, his firm chest rising with slow and steady breath.

"We come before you to bear their true words. The words of the Elder Sahzralaith, as directly spoken to me. The regards of Traghorn. The honors passed on by Glythxx the Chaosdreamer, Mistress of summer, to her very own Dreamborne. They spoke as follows in Draconic."

He cleared his throat, and carefully reconstructed their message into common tongue.

"Our pride is great, to witness the growth. On to even now, we have watched, and on forever we will protect."

The Ruby scaled one then spoke, almost as if they were possessed of a hive mind.

"This bond is testament to our greatest mission, even as is the smallest part. It is incredible for a mind like Tehya to fully understand. Many think they understand, but they do not understand."

The earthen scale of brown adds his words.

"Her strength of character and mental strength is a pillar by which we will gladly use, and willingly give you Sorgram. This ceremony is done in the full blessing, and though some of you May Not See. We Are Here the same. To Sogram, and Tehya."

Finally the sapphire scale turned to face them, and she spoke.

"The trials that have been dreamed into our pasts prove that there is the strength and possibility for this union. It is very rare for mortal mind to take, and hard for the Dream to conform. But together each is better than apart, and this is why, for you, and all our kind. Fortune Dream You."

Dowjin's body dips in a faint bow, to those gathered, one wing crossing along with his arm, and then to the couple, as do the other Draks.

"That is what they spoke. Congratulations to you both." Dowjin finished.

Tehya thanked him.

"What an honor it is… Dowjin to come and do this."

His words made her aware of something she recently wrote. A faint smile was on her blue stained lips and she had nothing to toast or give Dowjin, but her promise. Her hand raised showing him the bracelet that just adorned her arm, and she spoke true words in his own language.

"This dragon decorates my arm, my mate has honored me with ...your race to be worn always, but I shall always follow the dragon of dreams and my mate's honorable race the Drak Sen."

She bowed deeply from her waist sending that fine wheaten blonde hair forward in the flourish of her bow.

Sorgram put out a proffered arm and present it to his cousin, his friend and his mentor.

"My thanks cousins and sister, I appreciate what which you have brought to me this day."

"He returned the bow, low and almost to the ground, something he never did.

Dowjin bowed in return and he smiled widely.

"Thank you for coming brother, sisters."

He spoke to the other that joined him, as they step back and fade into the crowd, glad to have done their part. He glanced back to Tehya and Sorgram.

"As much as we have been created to bear the burdens of mortal kind, Dear Tehya. We live to serve, all in our own ways."

Sorgram chuckled, "Even if that means raping and pillaging in the name of chaos creation. Torching homes and blowing up buildings save alehouses of course."

Dowjin_Qui mentioned, "Well, think about it. Look at these decorations on the wall, beautiful as they are. They're just posted there, they don't do anything they don't move or change. Now if someone comes along and accidentally tipped one over. Suddenly, it has a great purpose. By its destruction the servants are given their work, and with work for the servants the temple is given lordship over them, and suddenly from chaos, there is progress, prosperity, and order."

He grinned to Tehya and Sorgram. "Though the Dragons tell it better than I, and I don't want to keep you two from each other much longer."

Sorgram motioned to meadow that she is free and may do as discussed earlier. The important part of the ceremony completed, her part at an end, he had much more to suffer through and would look up as Dow approached him.

Meadow{wSw} saw Sorgram wave her away and still held true to her word the simply turned and with her back to all the tears fell as she walked away. She had never felt more alone than she did at the moment. She stepped into the office trying to gather her control again after being sent away and picked up the two gifts she had laid there before and walked back to the door of the office. She glanced back towards the party then turned and headed for the door that would exit the temple.

Byrn came close to L`aquera those eyes were given upwards. Hand squeezed the fingers, before lips pursed and she would lean in just a bit. Just a bit.

 "That's not a hat, that's his hair."

Then that flash as she tried to choke it back. "He had too many mashed potatoes. Made him heavy. Told him he needed to start running with the Jhore. Helps the digestion." Murmur just a whisper as she leaned in to dear one's ear, voice light.

"No worries, I won't toss my grocery's on your table." That flush to cheeks as she rolled back shoulders, and drew in sharp breath. "You would have at -least- taken me to be rezzed , to mock me after..wouldn't you have?"

Andrys supposed this little outing had at least cleared something up for him, yes these strange gods in these lands did indeed seem to take a personal interest in some of their followers though certainly this one was not one that called to him but it set him to thinking more and more of the idea of one perhaps worthy of devotion and thus finding more...purpose in these lands beyond the simple fulfillment of duty and acquiring of power. He blinks from his thoughts as he notes Selenity scanning the crowd and a cruel grin creases his lips though now was not the time, but soon yes he'd give her yet more reason to fear him. The interaction between L`aquera, Eraelabryn, and Dowjin too far away for him to hear clearly over the clamor of the crowd though their 'chatting' was watched with interest.

Lhaindir giggled softly leaning in to kiss Benji where his shoulder met his neck in that curvy little crook. "The girl has a really pretty dress I bet she has lots of pretty clothes." His head tips up to brush his cheek softly over Benji's making his long blonde hair fall down his back his hair as usual smelling of cinnamon.

"You think I'd be pretty in a dress? Girls get all the prettiest stuff," he leaned up too whisper against Benji's ear.

"Maybe we'll get you something sexy while we're at it."

L`aquera curled a welcoming arm about that small waist of friend, letting her lean there. Feel that warmth.

"I really was pondering exits. For just a moment. I promise, you would have been only a little burned. No rez needed."

Soft murmur, depths weaving over Dow as he spoke, hmm... maybe Bryn was right. That was his hair. She never noticed before. Best not to say that aloud either, just in case. Dow was a strange one at best but she didn't 'know' the male all that well. He was just... strange.

"Find something to eat, I wondered at the prickling of my flesh when I got in here but.. Not expected. He

Turistima curled up beside him, her hand caressing his back as they stood there, others mingling around them.

"We can go now. I'm sure they'll be anxious to get on with the celebration."

She shivered as his lips brushed against her neck, his breath warm on her skin as he spoke her name.

Benji_Nihil`Novi 's blush grew even brighter as the sexy elf whispered into his ear. "Yes, you'd look very pretty in a dress." The catboy was enjoying the feel of Lhain's body on his own. "You really think so?"

Andrys listened to the words of the dragons as translated by Dowjin, another curiosity...he always assumed the rumors of the Drak Sen's origins just that, rumors. Such a ceremony, presided over by Gods and Dragons…these two must bear watching he decides, piercing gaze moving over Sorgram and Tehya curiously now. He had not heard of them until this night other than little bits of Tehya from their brief interactions and Saybera's talk of the woman, but apparently the both were prominent people by more than simply the Empire's standards and he found himself curious just how this came to be.

"Quite the ceremony," he commented softly, giving away his presence behind Selenity.

Eraelabryn leaned against dear one, her own near protective stance, humorous if one thought of it, as turned a bit, as if to shield L`aquera from the looks being given.

"It would be alright, I have been seared by the best." Compliment a given, as she would turn her head lightly. "It surprises me at times that being here doesn't sooth some part of you. So much the element. "Something to eat that in itself made those lavenders slide about looking."So many blessings upon the couple. So many wishing their happiness. We should have given her a Moriel wedding present. Knife and some poison."

That smile priceless as she thought about it, granting kiss to L's shoulder before the Firemage would wander off to find a plate of something.

Naidra had moved to watch the drak show sitting beside Turi during the display. She held her friends hand and asked her softly how she enjoyed the ceremony.

Razy{Go} checked on her Mistress once more, to make sure she was cool enough and breathing well before going back to sit at Naidra's other side, smiling as she watches the ceremony wrap up.

Food and drink and music followed:

Selenity smiled as she watched them. She didn't really understand what was going on but it seemed as if there was a lot of grand gestures and ceremony to show support of it. That was something that was rather endearing to the ethereal maiden. She was startled out of her thoughts at the soft voice of Andrys' reaching her ears. She visibly tensed as she turned her gaze towards him, those sapphire blue eyes controlled as she looked to him, "Aye it was."

Sorgram looked around to the entire crowd and saw they would have a lot of people to meet.

Tehya tucked her arm into Sorgram's and kissed him. Who could resist with the passion and love he showed that night.

Meadow{wSw} simply walked out closing the door silently behind her and heading off to find some place to stay.

Lhaindir nodded softly to whispering softly.

"I'd like to see you in something silk and lacey and terribly skimpy my sexy lil kitty" the words practically purrs against Benji's ear as he hover his lips close. He'd roll his hips to the side too lightly bump his hip to Benji's before letting himself rest entirely against him as though if Benji hadn't been there he'd simply topple over.

Turistima smiled as her friend drew nearer in a red strapless gown that showed off her curves. She gave Nai's hand a squeeze and smiled.

"Oh, the ceremony was lovely and full of surprises. You look amazing by the way my dear."

She had to chuckle that they both had on red, though her gown was all thanks to Taurn who'd been so sweet as to surprise her with it. The fitting had been an event to say the least.

Benji_Nihil`Novi saw an opportunity to introduce Lhain to Tehya and Sorgram, so he took it. "Hey, let's go and meet them. You can ask about painting them." The catboy said as he put one arm around Lhain's waist, gently pushing the elf to move towards the couple.

Sorgram hugged Tehya tight and kissed her back. His fingers stroked her arm where those ribbons shone.

"It is more poetic in the original Draconic." He chuckled sharing that joke with Dow. "I shall tell you one day."

Alren gave a curious look towards Isla's body. He had to speak with her later, but not tonight. It seemed there was unfinished business there. The mage made his way over to the others. "It's good seeing that everyone could come out," he said warmly to Turi and Taurn and those assembled around them. The mage knew that Tehya and Sorgram would be dealing with more important people then him for a bit, but he did want to pay his respects to the couple before the night was over.

Tehya called her fellow bards who had arrived to entertain and they began to play music. There were quite a lot of them. She looked at Sorgram not sure who and what was going on for dinner and drinks, and worried if Isla was alright.

Lhaindir bounced a few steps as Benji pushed him forward toward Tehya and Sorgram he tipped his head toward Benji as he was nudged in near, "I don't even know their names," the words whispered back to Benji. He would simply lift his hand to wiggle his fingers in that soft dainty fashion toward the couple though didn't say a word.

Andrys grinned at the carefully controlled response given by the swan maiden, dipping his head. "And here you were going to leave early." He said mockingly before looking back to the happy couple, waiting till the close friends made their approach to congratulate them he being a relative stranger and not entirely certain why he received an invitation in the first place would wait.

Taurn stood with Turistima, watching and listening to the Drak's a seemly high honor given to Sorgram. A slight nod given to Naidra as she moved to sit by them. He retrieved a small box left inside the entrance and returned to Turistima and Naidra. He nodded back to Alren and smiled.

"It is indeed, and you managed to keep the groom from running off"

Tehya asked for, "Spiced wine I am so hot, and shall we dance Patron? It all started from a dance didn't it?"

"Aye, you'll have to, I was never told in full, I'm just paraphrasing." Dowjin chuckled then and made his way from their side and towards the food and drink, looking for firewine, with every intention of snagging the whole bottle.

Sorgram pulled Tehya to the dance area and stole her away from the multitude, know they were resource. A snap of fingers and food would be brought to the tables as he spun her around the dance floor and zoned in on only her. His eyes shone with love and he held her close.

"Let the fiends fend for themselves, Isla will be fine, meeting a god is draining."

Naidra dismissed herself from Turi and Razy taking note of the emerald on Turi's neck. "That is beautiful" she said then waved at Taurn and walked over to the happy couple to congratulate them and give them her gift.

"May the gods bless your union always my dear friends for your love is poetry in motion I know it isn't much of a gift but I hope you enjoy it is a 300 mhl gift certificate."

She handed them the envelope and kissed each of their cheeks.

Benji_Nihil`Novi smiled and addressed both Tehya and Sorgram. "Hello Sorgram, Tehya. I'd like you to meet my very good friend Lhaindir. Lhaindir, this is Tehya and Sorgram." He had introduced them, but it

Alren chuckled at Taurn's response. "Gods no. It was Tehya that did that. It's always the nice ones that can strike true fear into a man," he said with a wry grin. The mage seemed a bit pale, as if he hadn't been getting out as much lately but there was the same familiar smile upon his face.

Taurn nudged Turistima, "Lets go give our best wishes and drop this off" he said holding the box, but then saw them step away for a dance. "Well we could dance first I suppose," he offered, though luckily she was far more graceful than he.

Selenity continued her even gaze towards Andrys as she replied, "Aye, I wasn't sure if the afterwards was to be for close friends or not." Her gaze was now on the couple as they moved to the dance floor. "Though it seems they are now reaching for some relaxing fun. I was thinking I would send them a thank you note instead of interrupting them." She wasn't sure honestly what the protocol was on introducing yourself to someone that she didn't know and without someone to introduce her.

Turistima smiled at Alren and gave him a hug hello, glad to see him. "Yes, it was a lovely ceremony. I've never been to one before, but it was nice to see so many of their friends could join them for it. How do you know the couple?" She glanced over as Taurn snuck off, wondering what he was up to. She laughed when she pictured Sorgram running off and the attendants trying to chase after him. Now that would have been a sight.

Razy{Go} remembered she forgot a gift and excused herself to go to the office and search around a bit. She finds an empty jar and thinks for a moment before smiling. She created a cloud inside it and then begins to chant a bit after replacing the lid. She ran her hands over the sides as she spoke and then looked down, the jar was darkened and the clouds seemed to be blowing with a unseen wind. She picked up her jar and stepped back inside to wait her turn to present her gift to the happy couple.

Eraelabryn> Moriel moved, drifted in truth. Beautiful darkness in her gown, a bit 'better' for the wait. Her own motion towards Alren, uncaring who he was speaking with. Haughty, cold, determined. A motion of her hand clapping and those minions would move all others stepping from outside. Males and females would pair off and start to dance along the walls, beautiful sweet motion as if scripted, out of the way, merely to add to the festivities. Head tilted, and she would watch Taurn then smile to Turistima her own lift of chin to show respect before lips would part lightly, waiting.

Tehya swept into her loves arms, she heard Benji greet them and she held up a finger for just a min.

"Let this fiery drak spin me about for a bit and I will be right back."

She noticed Lhaindir coming with him and smiled. Their dance meant the world to her and the music seemed to be the crescendo of the evening. Her arm that was around his neck touched his hair and her fingers trailed down ...it.

"Lead me to our dreams, and then we have Benji waiting to speak to us."

Andrys laughed, uncrossing his arms and stepping closer to Selenity from behind, one hand filling with the ripe swell of her ass and squeezing. "Oh? And here I thought you were running from me." He continued to chuckle as he stepped past her, heading towards the food and drink as it is brought out. Gaze sweeping around those still attending, a respectful dip of his head given Eraelabryn as he passed by.

Lhaindir watched the couple slip away to go dance he tipping his weight back to push his back to Benji's chest with a soft sigh. He rolled his head back to look at Benji upside down.

"I guess they don't want a painting. Well not everyone wants art stuff from random artists they don't know I guess I can't blame them" His fingers fussed with the edge of his skirt like bottom to his leathers though the entire time he was talking to Benji.

Eraelabryn smile was a given thing, to Andrys, that lift of gloved hand, as lavender pools darted to the one he was speaking with. That easy thing, head tilted those curls dancing about the features, as she folded arms across her chest, than rubbed her own overfull ass, turning to check to make sure there weren't scorch marks upon that damned skirt. Missing her leathers already, feeling overdone.

Benji_Nihil`Novi was indescribably embarrassed by his terrible timing. He cursed himself as he stood by Lhaindir, waiting for the dancing to be finished.

Sorgram grinned and spun her around a bit more as he did so, moving over the floor and reluctantly back to reality.  Spinning so that she fell into his arm as he saw benji, he would look over the cat man and then over his companion. Always, there was strength and power when he looked them over, particularly Lhaindir as if he sensed something there. "Your music was beautiful Benji," he turned his gaze to the cat as he felt something shifting at his hip.

Alren licked his lips at Turi's question. A hand moving up to rub at the back of his head, tossing his short brown hair. "Well... er... I actually met him through Naidra when I was still rather new in town Turin," he said as Bryn came to the group. Her motion clear. "Excuse me Love." He said before moving towards the Mistress of the dark tower. "A dance my Lady?" he asked giving her a courtly bow. His smiling eyes took full advantage of her curves as he offered his hand for her to take.

Onyx slinks into the Temple. Rounded shoulders slump forward a bit, protective it would it seem. Golden eyes slide across each face, searching for the one she knows. Kitten ears perk forward, listening to the drifts of conversation, though only one voice would be given any thought to. The kitten forces herself further in when she doesn't see him right away, squishing in against herself onyx as she cuts through the crowd. If she had pockets, her hands would be shoved inside them - instead, the tips of her fingers dance nervously over the hilts of her daggers that are strapped to her thighs. It isn't a threatening gesture by any means. At last, when Andrys moves toward the food, she spies him...and made a beeline for him, nudging up behind him, close but not quite touching and

Turistima looked down at the box Taurn held and nodded. "Yes...you'll have to give me at least one dance after we congratulate them."  She smiled once more at Alren, thinking she'd have to find out what had caused the change in him she noted when meeting his gaze before slipping off to with Taurn.

"Have fun and watch the drinks. Remember what happened at the ball," she teased him. Her hand sliding into Taurns as he guided her close to the couple. She grinned as she saw Bryn and remembered the woman from the Bazaar, nodding her head to her as they moved through the crowd.

Dowjin Qui The Drak Sen had completed the entire ceremony sober, which was a long straight from how the veteran warlord usually spent his days. He had finished enjoying the entirety of that bottle of firewine by the time Tehya and Sorgram were into their dance, and he felt refreshed enough- almost to join them. Bottle sat down atop the table, a hot pink tongue licked the flavor from his lips, and his crimson cast eyes shone with a predator's gleam. He picked Selenity out from the milling bodies, and as she stood there glancing from one to another he would walk her way, wings flexing now that they didn't have to be held so tightly against his back. Hands leisurely hooked within the pockets of silk trousers.

"Trying to get a word in to them?"

Eraelabryn the way of it, the words, that shock that overcame the features. "I  ...well." Normally composed thing would lift her chin so light, like doll. Lean forwards as eyes appraised the male, slide over his form before gloved hand would be extended. "I have not done so in a 100 years if not more..." Pursed lips that look over to Tehya and Sorgram, out of respect for the bonding, out of the shock of God and then Mate falling from sky, the strangeness of the evening, the Moriel would draw in deep breath, that sudden -shockingly- sweet smile, as she met Alren's gaze. "I would adore it."

Oh too much pent up energy for Tehya the dance steps became intricate and swings under his arms made her dress flare out, but that heavy beaded veil stood in place. She knew they should mingle and when the dance ended she curtsied to Sorgram her knee bent and her head bowed to him and she straightened up and smiled, blue lips so faintly tainted it accented her cornflower blue eyes.

"Let's ...greet our guests."

Naidra would hand the couple their gift and bestow a kiss on each of them then wander off. Seeing Alren asking Bryn to dance she had a truly sneaky thought and came up behind the woman "excuse me but you are truly stunning" she whispered "before he carts you off for a dance can i borrow you a moment?" she would ask sweetly

Razy{Go} looks over the group and eyes the Moriel who had stood during the ceremony. She licks her lips gently, figuring she was most likely the domineering type, like all Moriel. She giggled gently to herself, still holding to large jar. She seen Master Alren offers her to dance and pouts just a smidge. She adjusts her dress a bit, feeling as if her breasts might pop out of it. She might mention to Naidra that her chest had grown and give her updated measurements.

Taurn saw Eraelabryn as well as they moved by and a respectful nod was given the small Moriel. He placed the box wrapped in colorful paper where he could keep an eye on it, then slipped his free hand around Turistima back and started to move trying hard to follow the pattern used by the other couples. His eyes flickered to Turistima a soft smile given.

 "Sorry I don't dance often."

Taurn in apology watching to make sure he did not step on her feet.

Andrys does a touch of a double take at the smiled though he returned it genuinely...though their first interaction had been bumpy to say the least... he was beginning a grudging respect for Eraelabryn beyond the fact she was liege to the bardess he had found interest in. He picks up a plate and begins selecting delicacies when he notes the stealthy approach of naked feet over the stones of the temple and he turns with a grin for onyx. "Well well, I thought you were not going to attend... I would have made sure we found a proper dress for you." He teased the catgirl though his tone is light and friendly.

Tehya still was bit overwhelmed she took the gift from Naidra and smiled. "Just being part of the ceremony was gift enough, but thank you." She began to open it right there and then.

Alren's corners of his masculine lips lifted as Bryn accepted.  He led her to the floor and brought her body close to his, but not quite touching.  Grey-blue eyes locked to hers as he began to lead her to the gentle beat of the music. No care given to the state of her dress.  "100 years is far too long my Lady, but... perhaps that will give me some passing chance of not making a complete fool of myself tonight," he said in a warm and comforting tone.  The necromancer's minions swirling about them as one hand kept lightly to the small of her back, the other lightly raised to the side as they moved.

Onyx scoffed lightly at the thought of all that material encasing her form. She has her limits to how much she'll wear - even if she's not one to prefer nudity, either. A little shuffle of that frame to the side, allowed him room to move. "No wrong." she muttered softly, suddenly feeling out of place in what she *is* wearing. Her tail lashes out behind her briefly before curling around a leg, the tip idly stroking against her. "People." she mutters, darting a glance around. Though the crowd may have thinned some, it's still pressing enough to make her uncomfortable - people drifting way too close for her taste before they drift away again. Most don't seem to notice the little cat girl, too caught up in the party to care.

Lhaindir shifted to curl his body in against Benji's with a gentle sigh.

Turistima let one arm rest on Taurn's shoulder and the other remained clasped lightly in his hand as he pulled her closer and began to dance. Her feet moved lightly over the floor as she followed his lead, the slits on the dress swayed and flashed glimpses of her thighs, the elf tried her best not to trip in front of everyone.

"Nonsense! You're a wonderful dancer, far better than I."

With opened gift in hand she went called Benji and Lhaindir over to them. Not wanting to be impolite and yet it would be easier to hear each other if they gathered in a small circle to hear while the music played.

Those curls, oh how they moved pinned upwards and for an instant could one see what Byrn looked like before the cold overtook, before the cruelty was her comfort? Naidra spoke and brow would loft, her hand already upon Alren's extended one, those light fingers brushed to the palm as delicate thing would roll back shoulder. Whisper to her ear, and she would turn head just a bit to the females, that flash of something within.

Eraelabryn's eyes, the scent that left her body oh it was flittering. Scent, it wafted from her it danced from her, honeysuckle and jasmine, absolute giddy rapture.

"One instant Alren, and I will be your delighted partner." Naidra received the benefit of those eyes, as she leaned forwards hint of the chill of her skin against the woman's. "Yes?"

Selenity stiffened she felt him step closer, her arms moving one hand going into the robe of her sleeve. The gentle swan may had learned not to go around unarmed, thanks to him. His chuckle enraged her and she saw red as she turned and found herself in sudden conversation. She lowered her eyes, aiming to control the emotions of anger that Andrys had brought on before replying.

Selenity should perhaps simply send them a thank you note for the invitation. It seems as if they need their time together." The ethereal swan maiden would then gaze up as she says, "I appreciate you checking on me though. Thank you."

Lhaindir shifed to curl his body in against Benji's with a gentle sigh he pressing his body snug to Benji he tracing his fingers lightly along the feline's chest. "So my dear what did you want to do after the party was over?" his attention on Benji just then. Though when beckoned over he looks to Taurn then Benji, "Should we try to speak with her?"

Razy{Go} moved over to the happy couple, waiting her turn to present her gift, hoping they found it beneficial. She bites her lip with excitement.

Andrys picked through the various dishes offered, glad they had gone all out on this aspect as well, he took his time, savored the smells and sounds...as a matter of fact everything was beginning to feel much…nicer and he felt at ease. A slight chuckle as he looks over his shoulder at onyx.

"Oh come now, there is nothing to fear tonight, it is a celebration...eat, drink...hell we may even dance some, you do know how to dance, right?" He asked, seeming far more jovial than his norm though lacking the slurred speech or other signs of intoxication.

Naidra was instantly captured by the delightful scent that wafted her way she looked into those beautiful eyes and bliss gripped her entire being. Not even noticing Alren standing there holding the hand of the woman she suddenly lusted for, Naidra would put a hand up to caress Bryn cheek and pull her lips down to Naidra's even as the kitten pressed herself close and kissed the woman before her passionate and deeply lost for a moment in that alluring delightful bliss of her scent.

Benji Nihil`Novi felt a slightly familiar tugging at his mind. He couldn't place what it was, but it reminded him of something dark and tempting. He wondered what the feeling was and where it was coming from. "We will talk of that later love. Let's dance a little." The catboy cuddled Lhain gently as he sauntered with the elf towards Sorgram and Tehya on the dance floor.  He took the elf with on hand and gave him a spin.

Dowjin Qui had sharp eyes to notice, at least up close as he was, nearsighted. He seemed to keep everyone in his peripheral vision, and seemed to step aside from people passing without looking. There was an almost otherworldly quality about him, but him smile was soft and his eyes were warm and inviting, the depths of those smoldering ruby pools gazing back into the Swan Mae that looked up at him.

"That may be best, I'm not sure anyone will be getting a word in edgewise through to the day after tomorrow, knowing my Brother. Whatever that was supposed mean. It as much for my own sake as yours. I'm Dowjin, and you are?"

Alren stilled and stepped back from Bryn. "Of course," he said politely. The mage was curious just what would be said, or if it would take any length of time. His thoughts however took on a lighter mood as the fresh scent of flower wafted into his nose. A sense of peace, of belonging permeating his being as he watched those around him. A light smirk upon his lips as he watched, a brow lifted at Nai's boldness. Alren couldn't help but wonder what she wanted.

onyx started after Andrys as he continues on his path. A soft huff is given as he teases her about dancing...seriously, does she look like she dances? A shake of her head is given in silent answer to his question. As far as eating, she hasn't picked up a plate either, somewhat distracted by the whole of the party. And unless they have milk or water, she's not likely to drink on her own...the last few times she's ventured into something with alcohol...well, it just hasn't turned out well.

She eased closer to Andrys, feeling more at ease when she's near him. As she moves to catch up, someone brushes up against her - enough to almost sway her. To the kitten's credit, she hardly seems to notice - doing nothing more than sparing the person a curious glance.

Taurn saw Tehya and Sorgram had stopped to speak to some people and pointed with his head to Turistima just before moving back to where he'd left the gift. With box in hand he approached the bard watching the delight in her eyes as she opened another gift.

Sorgram would let Tehya handle the presents this night as he was a bit overwhelmed and exhausted from the day. He would need to meditate, he was sure much later, perhaps tomorrow, but for now, he would be an ornament on her arm.

Lhaindir squeaked softly when he was pulled toward the dance floor by Venji rather surprised actually "Well if you insist," he giggled lightly. He hadn't actually ever been much of a dancer so he let Benji take the lead he followed the steps easily enough he whirled about a motion that seemed quite nature to the lil elf.

"So Benji dear how did you end up being the singer here tonight?"

Benji_Nihil`Novi blushed at the memory of how he had come to be somewhat forced into coming. "That... is complex." When Tehya spoke up, Benji to the chance to change the subject. "Come on, that's you right?" He said as he guided the elf from the dance floor towards Tehya. "Go on, Lhaindir, talk to her." He said, trying to goad Lhain into volunteering.

Turistima laughed and swatted Taurn on the ass.

"I know I said at least one dance, but you couldn't even give me a whole song?" She winked at him and held his hand as they stopped to grab the box before heading over towards Tehya and Sorgram.

Eraelabryn didn't explode. But spine tensed, the scent wafting from her, oh candy it was, it was happiness whatever happiness smelt like to each of them around her. Gloved hand on Alren's clenched down, her own struggle to contain that within her and screamed out. Pin her. Spank her. Make her scream your fucking name, until every liquid within her leaks out. Lips parted and there in that kiss the other hand it would touch to the side of Naidra's face, stroke thumb at the corner of mouth as the

Moriel would pluck the bottom lip and pull it, distend it, to let her own nimble tongue flicker kiss the wounded flesh of the feline before releasing it. Gloved finger so lightly pushed at the place where she had kiss bitten as she spoke.

"That was one of your lives."

Lavender eyes sparkled some bit of that darkness, some whisper of truth, as her hand rose just a bit, touched the side of felines ear, and soft kiss was laid to the corner of mouth.

"Alren, you promised me a dance." Only that said as she turned.

Tehya was overcome with gifts and handed the open one to Sorgram to hold and then took Taurn's, she called out.

"If there is an artist here I will pay for a picture of us at the altar." Maybe an artist among them would draw one, she could of course, but seeing it from another's perspective was nice.

Taurn promised, "Make it up to you later Turistima," he said and winked at her, "And after this I'm all yours" as they neared the happy couple he breathed in a scent, subtle in its makeup and somehow invigorating and pleasing.  An exotic scent both familiar and yet unknown, his smile deepening as the joy of the couple seemed almost infectious.

Andrys seemed to have run out of room on his plate and he glanced to his side as onyx sidles up closer to him, a soft smile for the catgirl, noting how well she was handling herself now he was impressed and it just added to the rather euphoric feeling of the evening. His free arm moves about her shoulders and he points out a bottle of wine.

"Well if you're not eating...be a dear and grab a bottle and a glass...two if you're going to join me."

He winked, gave onyx a gentle squeeze before he released her and steps away from the food laden table making for an empty table to sit at even if his attention was quickly shifting from the want of food and drink it was easy to fall into habit as he was feeling a touch out of sorts…but it was a good sort of oddness so he did not question

Naidra would whimper only slightly at the pain the woman offered but desire bloomed from pain and she pulled away Naidra would give her a dreamy look and smile.

"Totally worth the cost of one life."

She would purr and drift away with a dreamy smile on her lips letting Bryn and Alren get on their dance.

Thoughts of sweetness, honey and lilacs on her mind.

Selenity smiled as she nodded her head, "Aye I imagine the newly bonded would be needing of some... alone time." She smiled as she placed her delicate and slender hand into his own as she gazed up to the man... he seemed so ethereal to her she'd mistake him easily for a male of her race if it wasn't for the wings. As she breathed in the scent filling the air would hit her and she started to feel rather happy, that feeling slowly building with each breath that she took.

"Would it be to forward of me to ask for the favor of a dance Sir Dowjin?"

Taurn smiled to Sorgram as Tehya opened the gift box, "I made it but it will be your job to fill it!" He said cheerfully, as Tehya exposed the jewelry box within. She had a jewelry box and a candle, and wasn't sure what was in the box that she handed to Sorgram. When she heard Benjii mention Lhaindir should come over she showed Sorgram what she got.

Sorgram would off his arm to hold items with, but he did not want to remove his other from her yet.

Lhaindir pushed along by Benjin once more he tower over toward Tehya again his fingers pulled at the bottom of his corset style top and the bottoms to his skirt like leathers. He stepped forward his long blonde hair falling as he said hello.

"I was going to speak to you before Miss about doing a portrait for you."

Alren groaned as the scent grew stronger. His thoughts harder to pin down as Bryn's hand took hold of him with surprising force. The lightly built woman clearly possessed a fiery core within, an intelligence that subtly guided her actions. He blinked, coming back into himself as the necromancer's light voice called to him.

"Yes... a dance," he said licking his lips. He never had the chance to really speak with the woman when it wasn't about some crisis at hand. The thought of being with her was easing his mind, making his spirit is free. At least that's what Alren attributed this new feeling of joy that beat within his breast. He moved into her once more, arm circling around her narrow waist to take hold. "Who are you?" He asked almost innocently as he began to move.

Alren a simple but flowing step led them over the dance floor. "And yes... I know your name, but I find that has little to do with who a person truly is," he offered.

Turistima felt her cheeks flush a little as she thought of just what that might entail. "You'd better," she said with a grin as she looked at Taurn. There was the scent of fresh flowers that filled her senses as they moved past Alren and Bryn, the elf wondering if it were perhaps a perfume she had one or oils that she bathed with. As they stood there near the happy couple, Turi couldn't help but feel their joy. She leaned in smiling warmly.

Onyx leaned in closer to him as he wraps an arm about her, giving her a squeeze. As he pulls away, she veers off toward the table with the drinks, grabbing a bottle and a glass before following after Andrys to his table. Setting the bottle and glass down before him, she takes up a seat next to him. Golden pools slide around the crowd, simply content to people watch for the moment. Unlike onyx when she first arrived, she looks rather relaxed now...her posture not nearly as defensive. Her gaze lingered on the couples dancing, brow puckered as she tried to decipher the steps she should have watched.

Tehya told Sorgram that she bought something right in front of him. "You know in the Naked Bird Patron, I bought my lingerie right in front of you and you never noticed."

Sorgram shrugged, "You know that naked flesh to me is more enticing to me than scrap of material," he teased, wondering though what she might have for him to tear from her flesh?

Watching Lhaindir come over she was surprised he was going to offer just what she needed.

"Here take this and give it to Benji, and I'd love a portrait if you would do one. We have our room to decorate now."

Benji Nihil`Novi was looking at Sorgram as Lhain spoke to Tehya, wondered why that familiar feeling of being tied was stronger now.

Razy{Go} waited near the couple as she watched the couples dancing smiling and feeling she may, crudely because it had been so long, get laid. She swallowed and rubbed her legs a bit to quell the fire within her she felt as Alren and the Moriel woman passed by.

The notion of it, as she would lift her features upwards, that softness of body, surprising so. More shocking how nimble she was, considering the swells of breasts bound up by that corseting, even with those damned skirts on. Amusement with his reaction as she would feel it, the scenting way of it, that  subtle shift of form as her arm came upwards, hand rested upon Alren's shoulder, gloved fingers splaying out so delicately.

Byrn's laughter escaped her lips, bubbled over, the sound itself lyrical as she would let him set the 'speed' following the movements. Moriel could not help how predatory the hips were, how light the steps were, as if afraid of stepping to harshly, how body pressed to Alren chin raised.

"I am Eraelabryn, I am whatever I wish to be, Alren." Her cheek barely brushed his words given to the line of ear. "I am darkness and pride,

Bryn the very temptation that lulls those who wander to the sweeter embraces of their own wants. "I am the dream that inspires and frightens, that makes blood dance and heart race, because it is hunger." Lips felt at the crest of ear. "Do you believe me?"

Taurn eased away from the couple to let the next guest offer there congratulations and moved to a more dimly lit section of the room pulling Turi along with him and wrapping her in his arms, offering her the first of many apoligies for stopping the dance early with a slow sensual kiss.

She seen Razy there too and handed Sorgram some more of the gifts to hold, after all he had big arms."Razy thanks for coming and that gown is perfect." She placed her cheek to both sides of Razy's and smiled.

Andrys nodded his thanks to onyx as he takes a seat, pulled her closer to him with a wink. "See, it is not such a terrible thing to be sociable." Even though he himself was bemoaning the occasion only earlier that day, yet he was enjoying himself now...and enjoyed the company of his catgirl, fingers affectionately lifted to trail through her hair and over velveteen ears atop her head. "I am glad you decided to join me." He said before his free hand moves to lift a tidbit of succulent meat up to onyx's lips invitingly. Far more generous and kind than his normal self, not that he was overly cruel to his lovely black kitten.

onyx purred softly as his fingers dance in that raven mane, gliding along her kitten ears. She makes no comment on his extra generosity tonight - indeed, it seems like she hasn't even really noticed it. Shifting as the chair is pulled closer to his, she finally darts a glance to him and smiles. The meat is held invitingly before her lips and she takes it from him gently, curling her tongue. Onyx about it to slip it in her mouth. "Marry?" she asked, nodding her head toward the dance floor.

Lhaindir pulled at the hem of his leathers once more he quick to remark on them "I'm sorry I don't look prettier but I only have the one set of clothes and I made them as pretty as I could though I'm sure everyone else went out and bought something pretty to wear I wasn't able to." He fussed a bit more hating not looking pretty when everyone else did and especially Tehya who's dress was gorgeous.

"But yes I could do a portrait for you if you would like."

Sorgram felt weighed down and wanted someone to hold these for him but he would manage and watch and listen as best he could, letting Tehya handle this greeting part and such.

Turistima offered the couple her congratulations on their bonding before letting Taurn lead her away, though it wasn't back to the dance floor that they went. She grinned as they slipped into a corner of the room, away from the crowd, and pressed her body closer to his. The elf welcoming the kiss, a feeling of sheer bliss filling her tonight unlike she'd felt in some time now. Her lips parted, deepening the embrace and forgetting about the promised dance for now.

Razy{Go} grinned and kisses her back and then turned to Master Sorgram, bowing her head and fluidly curtsying to him as well, "Thank you for allowing me to participate, I was very honored! I made you this," she said as she presented the large jar, "I made it so it will show the weather outside at all times! Like right now, it is dark and a bit cloudy with wind!" she said happily,"

I know you Razy{Go} could look out the window but I figured you'd rather stay in bed," she said with a playful wink to the two of them.

She took the jar now that was interesting.

"I love this, someday I will tell you why." She held that gift so Sorgram wouldn't be overwhelmed and slipped Benji_Nihil`Novi a few coins for singing.

"Razy how did you know I'd love anything showing me the extreme changes of weather?"

Razy{Go} giggled, "I really didn't but it's my specialty!" she said with a shoulder shrug. She looked to him, her eyes gleaming, "May I take that for you Master Sorgram, I can take them to your office and keep them there so you are not weighed down?" She asked, holding her hands out for them happily, wishing to serve him and his partner.

Selenity blushed rather prettily as he slightly reprimand her. A smile returned as she felt that divine feeling of bliss course through her. She would move gracefully, with a grace that was on par or could very well rival that fable grace of the elves. Her body in contrast to his firm masculinity was soft and supple, almost pliant as she followed him. She would step closer as they made it to the floor. A twinkle in her eyes as she tilted her head to the side and asked, "You'll keep me safe from being trampled on the dance floor yes?"

Alren moved closer to her, drawn by her confidence, but her purely feminine curves. The loose cloth of his robe rustled lightly upon his body as he moved with her effortlessly. A slight turn as he grew bolder with hearing her velvet words. Hands moved down to her hips as the music changed to a slower rhythm. The elf's heated breath tickled upon his neck, making it harder to think as he strove to make sense of it all.

"And what do you want in this life dream? What do you wish to call your own that you have not possessed? Or has your length of years pulled the spice from life?"

He asked as he pulled her hips closer to him. Their body's fitting snugly together as Alren's lips brushed against her neck. Her slender ears calling for his touch, the nip of teeth, her body Alren screaming to be taken right there upon the floor. Alren wasn't himself, but he didn't want this feeling to end. IT was so perfect, it was fate, destiny. He was certain of it.

Andrys smiled as she accepted the meat, trailing his thumb over her lower lip as onyx chews before he follows her nod out towards the dance floor and the happy couple there, nodding slowly.

"Yes, that is the newly bonded couple…the proceedings even received the blessings of a god who made appearance." fingers trail down through those raven locks before drawing away as he turns to the table, and poured himself a glass of the wine she'd retrieved for him slowly. Gaze moving out over the dance floor and those enjoying themselves there…so many lovely faces and enticing figures he found his breeches growing uncomfortably tight.

Onyx purred softly at his attentions as they speak, simply relaxing into him...curling into his side just a little. She watched the people move on the dance floor. The concept of marriage eludes her somewhat and she thinks on that as she observes. After a moment, she canted her head up to Andrys, brows furrowed in puzzlement. "Concubine?" She asked, the word falling awkwardly from her lips as she tried to compare that to the concept of marriage.

Taurn felt Turistima wraps her arms about him and melts his lips with her heated kiss, he thought this was perhaps the best evening he ever had and as they kissed a mischievous grin forms and he sent another image to her of a darkened corner and a red dress pulled up high as he grinds against her.

A motion, nothing more, Byrn's hand within his own clenched for but a second, the way of face to turn down, so that eyes were shot up through those silvery lashes. Ashen featured angel, so capable of showing those emotions she masked, when it pleased, even as his hand would drift move to the swell of hips, the softness of that flesh felt underneath the gown. Even more so the muscles that moved underneath yielding softness. "

"I want what anyone wants, Alren."

So sweet the words offered to the cusp of ear, near 'fragile'. Scent drifted, her own touch, the hand on shoulder coming to stroke just barely at the base of his neck slowing her own motion as he did. Neck tilted just for that hint of brush upwards, the strange sweetness of her anointed flesh, honey dust and lilac oil, the soft pulse beat of vein right there felt to his bottom lip.

"Do you believe that, Alren, that I am so old, that the flavor of life has fled from my veins?"

Near wounded as that hand to the back of his neck traced pattern there.

"Tell me. What do you see when you look at me? "

"Beauty." he said without hesitation.  His eyes finding Eraelabryns as she looked up at him. There was something there, something that found his heart beating like a caged bird as he breathed in her intoxicating scent.  "I see beauty before me, intelligence… experience beyond my understanding and."

He paused to swallow hard.  "And... I don't do well with things that I don't understand."

He said moving her hand to place it upon his chest.  The vain hope that it would ease the hollowness that had been left there.  Her fingers moving cool and light upon his neck, making him shiver as his body began to react to her.

"I've known elves before Bryn… felt… this way before… and… no good has come of it," he said blushed hard.  The trust, the peace he felt with her edged by desire making the normally silver tongued mage off balance; unarmed before her.

Soft and supple were things that his firm hands eagerly took hold of, that pliant curve of hip and sway of ass held gently. It was surprising that a man of his stature and with such steeled muscle could manage gentle or graceful, but the Dream had been blessed by the dragons in more than a few ways. As she stepped closer, she could feel him purring, and hear that lilting draconic noise. A feral growl of sorts but he was clearly pleased.

"Hrrmmnn  No one shall touch you this night, excepting perhaps me."

He answered, as they sway together in dance. His steps were fluid, and while unoriginal, there was a prowess that was related to close combat, and how each step was smoothly executed.

Selenity it was perhaps odd that while she had wanted to hurt Andrys for touching her she seemed not at all to mind when Dowjin touched her. She smiled to him, a shy smile though she felt that happiness she was feeling enriched by that purr he let out and then the growl with his words. She soon found her body molding to his as they moved. Her movements becoming a bit more sensual, curves brushing slightly against the man's she moved to the tips of her feet, the slender five foot three woman needed to do so to whisper into his ear,

"And do you plan to touch me more than you are now?"

The question was innocent but the blush crossing her cheeks led to… "Forgive me that was... far too... I'm not sure what's come over me this evening."

There was nothing odd about it to the Drak Sen. He knew comfort zones well, and while he blatantly tested them, there seemed to be an air about the man dragon that was as sensual as the feel of her nubile body brushing against his own. A delight, a welcome… into that carnal promise. Something as pure as it was honest, about such basic primal intentions. She could feel his hardened body brushing back against her own, a tease of swaying motion as the hand upon her hips draws her into him more so, and the dance slowing by the merit of her caught on her tiptoes. His cheek brushes against her own and he whispers back, not missing her blush.

"What if I do?"

His hand squeezes the roundness of her ample backside, silvery wings curling at their sides, shielding them from the other guests, almost.

Eraelabryn was so slight in comparison, the way the Moriel could use body to project either that way of being 'larger' then she was, her cold chill issued out in waves, or appear like some youthful thing, merely on the wrong path, in need of salvation. Words, oh he spoke them, her chin rested to where heart beat, feeling it, sensing it, the near sweetness in how those full lips brushed kiss to the tunic. Teeth seen, flash of them tugging at the soft petal of her lower lip, as eyes turned downwards, those curls oh they dripped about the face, a few slipping down so long, the coiled ends whispering over the shoulders, like beams of moonlight to the satin darkness of skin. Hand was placed there, spread out so tiny the fingers, tapped to where heart lay underneath.

"One should never do well with what they understand, Alren. It is that which we do not understand that drives us. No matter how old we are. No matter how wise we are." Her words came softly, the slowness in that dance as she leaned upwards brushed cheek to blushing one. "Felt which way? Speak it, Alren. You believed me the very form of evil once. Beautiful darkness, wicked evil, twisted snake. I can be all those things. Do you 'know' that? In here." Her lips given that soft brush to where her hand rested. "Without shame. Without fear."

Another Gift:

Sorgram led Tehya to that room, theirs away from the tumult of the temple. Into his office, he would take her, whisking away a cloth covering to reveal a new archway, installed in his office and between another room. It had not been there, but now it provided new access to that one beyond. The arch stood seven feet tall and four feet wide, smooth and rounded black volcanic rocks decorate its edges on both sides, on Sorgram's office side a large piece of black volcanic rock at the top of the arch, cut into a rather large rectangular shape, in the middle of it bright orange marble with strikes of black shaped like wild flames creating a 3d sculpted flame dragon, it's mouth open ready to burn and swallow anything that comes it's path.

On the gray wall beside the arch a black marble dragon emerges from the wall from its waist, his head is turned upwards and its mouth open, flames burning from a torch hidden within it above it its tail coming out of the wall, it appears as if his lower body was hidden inside the stone wall. On the other side of the wall at the top of the arch a twin volcanic rock rectangle only instead of a flamed dragon a large gray Anvil made from the gray stone of the wall, carved slightly popping out of the arch, also more a sculpture then an illustration. The two top corners had carvings of flames the lower corners had carvings of erupting volcanoes all carved in the black volcanic rock. On the wall, an identical dragon torch holder to the one on the other side.

Tehya was lead away to what she thought would be his office and as they approached the new archway she stood there a bit baffled. This was why she wasn't allowed there, and now she seen why. The decorated edges were beautiful which led her hand to touch them. The black marble dragon only reminded her how well suited they were. Yes now two black dragons in their home, and the carving popping out of the arch was beautiful.

"By our gods I never expected half of what you have given me."

Sorgram carried her through to the room beyond, and she might recognize it as a storeroom now converted into a large bedroom for them. In this room the most obvious attraction would be the bed, a large four poster canopy bed, the alabaster oak is carved with dragons, covered in golden sheets of satin and embroidered with flaming red roses.

Off to the side, there is a huge wardrobe of that same white oak, also carved with a dragon, but this one is embracing an elf in the throes of passion. The third and last striking item would be a desk, over six feet wide, it is the same wood carved with dragons on wing and the Anvil. On the desk, there is a great amount of fresh parchment, quills and ink. Looking at her, he set her down and stroked her cheek.

"I would hope that you might work here periodically." He smiled softly.

Taking in so much she set the weather jar down and looked at their room. The bed was gorgeous and she loved the canopy. She touched the dragon carving on the poster bed, and then she seen the sheets in gold satin. Tehya was just overwhelmed by his generosity and thoughtfulness. But when she seen the desk and his request to her, she just sat on the bed and wept. Where was the fresh air coming from?

"Patron your request will be granted. I have never been so touched in my life."

The desk was just overwhelming too much for her to take in, and she knew why he asked her that.

Occupying the desk now she would see a vase of roses that looked more like candy as well as strawberries covered in chocolate and fruits with dipping sauces. Looking over at her he kneeled before her, his hands taking hers and then stroking back her blond locks to look into those eyes of hers.

"Cornflower, this humble man, seeks but one thing from you this night and I shall afford you a rest. Might I have but a kiss upon my cheek?"

His fingers stroked over her hands softly, as he let those sapphire flames fall away to almost nothing and he looked on with ruby eyes, which shined with perhaps wetness. His tail moved over the ground lazily as he entreated her. She might also notice a faint hint of fresh air as well.

She looked into his eyes diamond like tears fastened to her cheeks which tasted salty. Her lips sought his and she kissed him, and she knew what the roses were for, such surprises seemed to topple over each other and a kiss on the cheek was not given instead a passionate kiss was, and she whispered an endearment in his ear.

"I never expected this, and the -desk- has more meaning than you shall ever know."

It is one thing to love one for beauty or power or with one's heart or passion, but it is quite another thing to feed each other's minds with words and creativity…they had it all…they were… Wildfire.
