All stamina costs for actions you perform are halved.

You find yourselves full of energy your spells are increased immensely not only halving the Stamina cost but the effectivness of the spell is doubled meaning on any roll for a +modifier for number of slots it is doubled. So 15 slots is now a +30
Also for effects that say for number of slots used get x out of it. That is doubled as well.

You now find yourselves dragging along and overall sluggish. All stamina costs for all beings of fire are doubled. As well as all costs for fire spells.
