this is the dish Wade is preparing for tonight. it takes approximately 8 hours to go through the whole process and though I havent RPed much of it out, I did do a hunting bit to get the stuff needed.

so..

the dish starts with bacon, browned in a honey glaze with peppers, garlic and salt, then you prepare the sauce by using tomato sauce, white wine, tarragon, thyme and pink salt and bringing this to heat. then you sear chopped boar in a little apple whiskey, onion, garlic, and a little rosemary. then, boil beans and add them to the sauce, then mix in and slow cook for six and a half hours; (cut)

finally you make a bread of cornmeal, honey grated hard cheese, and a pinch of oregano coated in a drizzle of brown sugar before baking. when you serve it, you cover the bowl of chili with finely crumbled or grated cheese on top and serve with cornbread on the side.
