Access to the various floors within the tower are limited due to the wards in place and the powers of the tower deal with these in firm ways.
If you do not have access:
- First attempt to break through a ward will simply produce an unmovable surface to press against.
- Second attempt to break through will result in being thrown back without damage.
- Third and further attempts will result in harder retaliation from the magics of the tower
.
Access is defined as the following:
- Members of the public - First floor only.
- Researchers/Tutors/Illusion Room Operators/Librarians - First, Second, Third, Fourth Floors Students - First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth - Sixth (First and Second Year Dorm), Seventh (Third and Fourth Year Dorm)
- Guards/Healers/Gophers - First, Second, Third, Fourth Floors
- AHM - First - Eight, Basement 1, Basement 2, Basement 3
- HM - First - Ninth, Basement 1, Basement 2, Basement 3
Access may be granted as long as someone with the appropriate ability is present at all times.
