New logging of work logs are as follows..

TIme stamps from either MIRC logs or from Desdaemona !time command

Skills... only paid for mastered skills at 50 mhl per and only 3 per job allowed

Hourly pay is 20 mhl per hour and 10 mhl for 30 mins or more only.

managers make different pay rates.

Total at end of month of hours worked
Skills claimed
total amount owed.

This needs to be updated to correspond to how the new pay system works.

Total for (month): hours at 20mhl = mhl
Total for (month): hours at 20mhl + mhl for Master() = mhl

I've also made a spreadsheet that automatically makes a worklog post if people would prefer a less "manual" approach.
