There is a note within each Temple, from Ishtar to Kirva, to AdenVer and to Gaea...

The Rebels known as Kyrspeth and Laria are not to be Rezzed until you have a Noble or myself give credence to it. If you get no say directly from a Noble or myself, then the resurrection is not to occur.

Your Gods help you if you do so on the sly... we will not help these rebels even in death unless its to face trial.
