A lot of newer players hear about HC without knowing what it is and whether it may be IC or OOC. Basically HC is the guiding hand of Belariath in an OOC capacity. Membership has changed over the years but at present it comprises:

The function of HC is to provide a structured guidance and leadership to the game, ensuring that it stays within the original concepts for which it was created. But in our spare time, we also ride rough shod over the peasants, just for fun
