Have a small question;
Previously got cleared for level 20 on my character due to ooc work years back...Do I have to do the quest to get an IoP as well? Just want to know so I can plan ahead.

Anyone who already qualified for a level 20 IoP can either get it or get two free levels, without needing to qualify a second time.
