ON YOUR SIDE - NEAR YOUR BREAST

PRETENDING A LITTLE SOMEONE HOLDS
YOU CLOSE TO THEM IN THEIR ARMS' FOLD

YOU DRIFT OFF INTO THE DREAM
A BEAUTIFUL PLACE - ITS SO SERENE

A LAKE WITH MIST LIFTING UP INTO THE AIR
ITS HARD NOT TO PAUSE TO STOP AND STARE

IN YOUR DREAM YOU WEAR FLOWERS IN YOUR HAIR
YOU HOLD YOUR ARMS OUT WITHOUT A CARE

NEVER REALIZING YOU ARE BEING WATCHED - A PAIR OF GLOWING EYES
BY THE BAD DREAM THINGS THERE UNDER NIGHT'S DISGUISE

FINALLY WITH A GASP OF REALITY
YOU WAKE FAST - WITH RATIONALITY

Haven't been around much to look at these, but I'm playing catch up. Nice poem! (and that's saying a lot cause I am not a fan of most poetry). Loved the ending there. Ehlannas first pic is made super scary (to me) cause of the lighting used. Quite creepy!
