LOVE

For centuries people have asked others to describe the feeling of love. But love is not so easily explained, it would be like describing a sunset to a blind person.

For love is different for every person and even different each time we fall in love. People love for varied reasons, for the way her eyes light up when she laughs; how her hair shimmers when she turns her head or maybe just the way her scent lingers on you through the day never letting you forget her. It could be the way her voice makes your heart beat faster or maybe it’s the way she listens without judging.

But words neither, spoken or written could never fully convey the depth of those feelings. Love isn’t found by searching but rather it finds you when you least expect it. It can come on suddenly with the power of a storm or slowly sneak up on you.

And when you finally surrender to your emotions, you will know love for what it is even if you have never been in love before and if you are very lucky the person you love will feel the same way about you.
