Dec. 18th topic is "All I Want for Christmas" this can be twisted or true, fantasy or fact, but most of all have fun with it. This is open to all, for Art, Stories, Poems, and Photos.

He had a majestic reindeer white fur and a rack of horns that would take notice of anyone in the forest. Such a short elf and even when asked he would hold his head high and exclaim he was no Halfling.

Through those weeks where people mulled through shops he would stand around and listen to conversations, some thought this elf to be lazy but he was only doing his job.

There were no workbenches, or tools in hand but he did have long elven ears that would give a wiggle or two when a tale of gossip was spilled among those shopping.

That’s right my name is Retriever and I mingle among all, even those wanting their privacy. Magic does that you know, I slip in and out hearing this bit and that, only to cross my arms over my chest and expect I am all that.

Why do they call me Retriever one might ask, well I have to gather a lot during these weeks of the holiday and those deeds and whispers of gossip take up huge boxes in my storage area, The wrappings are finally done and carrying the packages out to the reindeer is a busy job. Some call the reindeer Eraser, so nice and soft and has a scent of that fiborus rubber on the end of a pencil.

Well the evening is here, Christmas in all its glory and I do exclaim on each house’s roof I land on, “This will be Your Best Christmas.”

Such sexy wrappings I can see of men holding their women in fine lingerie, but Eraser and I know when each package is opened the magic will eat up rumors and gossip, even greediness. We are all the same you see, and the one wish for Christmas I leave with you is to forgive, erase, and begin the holiday with

GLEE and harmony.

Most of all I send a message of new beginnings and My Christmas Wish for PEACE!
