I hide in plain sight.
My smile disarms you.
I'm the nice one,
the one that makes you laugh.
I'm helpful;
I'm everywhere.

I'm there when you need me,
there when you want me.
I'm always there.
You take me for granted.
Because you know..
I'm there.

You ask me for something;
I try to make it happen.
I'm in a bad mood,
I make you feel like a good ear.
Your smile is all I want.

It would look so pretty, hanging in my closet.
I could see that mask of a smile every day,
helping me to keep my own.
Helping me to make new friends.
Helping me gain more smiles.

Smile for me.
My smile will be the last thing you ever see.

A formidable woman always dressed in red

Hate ran through her… her victims bled

Lived to have their fates twisted

Even the mighty resisted

What became of her no one knows

Her lovers were thrown to the pits of hell

Until one man came into her life

That man knew her weak spot

Everyone has one you know

Hate and rage fell on deaf ears

Instead a smile and touch was returned

How long could he keep her in that favored cage

Who knows

Remember that twist and turn of supple flesh

Is something that is always fresh

He laps her like sweet cream

Not realizing the hate he hasn’t seen

Some say the shrew is locked away

On yonder beyond the cage

Cries of lust can’t be denied

He has spun her in his web

The shrew is no longer dressed in red

Flowers burst at her feet

Even a smile so sweet

Her hands bear marks of his crest

He has even marked her breasts

Such a lovely one in blue

No longer the town shrew

The quill is dropped to the scroll

Wicked lash of her whip slashed the poet’s hands

Blood splattered everywhere

They say she stole the poet’s soul

Again dressed in red

When she walked away

Looking back watching as he bled

There was no taming for this shrew

Twas a bright sunny day in a vulpine village with no signs of what was to come in sight. In the blacksmith's shop there was a single young vulpine finishing up an order when a cloaked figure came into the shop setting off the bell above the door. He stops moving to the front with a smile "Hello there how can I help you?" He asked wiping his hands on a rag before realizing it was his ex girlfriend "merithidh what are you doing here?" He asked calming. She gets a slight smirk and pulls the hood back "I came to get my vengeance you silly vulpine" she says in a calm friendly voice and before he can react she blasts him with a shadow bolt knocking him out cold. When he falls she closes the shop up and drags him into the back restraining him to the forge and takes her cloak off and sets her bag off. He would awake hours later in a ritual circle with bits and bobs laying around and he looks up to see her standing outside the circle "For all the anger you caused me I will curse you with the same anger and to go through life with that anger and to go into rage whenever it boils over with nothing but sweet death to calm you" she says laughing softly at her own plan and he struggles as she spoke but found himself unable to break free. With a few steps she next to him only to lean down and kiss him "Enjoy this moment as it will be the last time you will control your own anger and with the she exits the circle and starts the ritual. When done his eyes glow red as his strength increases and he breaks free grabbing the sword he made before she came in and slashes it through her chest cutting her down before breaking free of the shop and runs through the town cutting down those who try to stop him killing those who were his friends and family. With each kill the curse grows stronger and stronger taking him over as those die with horrific looks of betrayal. As he goes on the elf who was first victim rising up drinking a potion of health. She goes through the town gathering the bodies and piles them in the outskirts setting their heads on spikes. Before long the vulpine would be passed out from exhaustion. In the morning he would wake up to the horrors he committed on the bodies of those who he killed....the end
