IceChat Script Help

Looking for someone that knows how to write scripts for IRC (specifically IceChat 7) cuz its been too long since I've written any sort of script or bit of code for anything and I am too rusty. I needs some help with a character switching script (for changing nicks and characters easily and perhaps auto logs me into one on entry into TLI) and then if possible I would like one that automatically changes the color of text I write in quotations to a different color
