On Map Plot vs Off Map Plot

Each have their pluses and minuses.

Plot Limits: Can have 3 off map along with 3 Nanthalion/1 Valencia plot..or..3 off map along with 3 Valencia/1 Nanthalion. 1 Sha Shir plot, regardless.

On Map Plot:

Plus: You can see your plot upon the map.
Plus: Can have three on map plots within a certain region.
Minus: If the plot doesn't come with a mountain, hill, forest or grassland it can not be added, thereby limiting you if you wish to add a waterfall, cave or cavern.

Off Map Plot:

Plus: With off map plots, descriptions such as Mountain, Forest, Grassland, Hills can be added, for free, at the request of the purchaser but must be requested upon purchase of plot. Items such as streams, creeks, etc that are listed on the improvements page are added at cost.)
Plus: Off Map plots can be had for 100 mhl for the first acre, 50 mhl per acre afterwards.
Plus: You have more flexibility to the size of your plot and can expand greatly on that size if desired.
Plus: Can be landlocked, seaside (at cost of improvement), or island.
Plus: Can have three off map plots.
Minus: You can't see your plot on a map.

Plus/Minus: Improvements allowed are those allowed for Out of Town plots, giving you more options to choose from.
Off map plots can be purchased for the following regions: Nanthalion, Valencia, Sha Shir, and Dethsiris
