KEEP LABOR:
A keep takes 12 weeks to construct (example: 8 men for 12 weeks)
Construction crew must include: 1 Stonemason/Dwarf, 1 Blacksmith, 1 Carpenter/Woodcrafter
1 - Stonemason: 50 mhl/week x 12 = 600 mhl
1 - Blacksmith: 30 mhl/week x 12 = 360 mhl
1 - Carpenter: 40 mhl/week x 12 = 480 mhl
5 - General laborer: General Laborer: 20 mhl/week x 12 x 5 = 1200
Total Labor costs: 2640 mhl

The construction time can be reduced to 6 weeks, at a rate of 205 mhl, additional, per expedited week of construction.

MINOR CASTLE LABOR:
A minor castle takes a standard 18 weeks to construct (example: 8 men for 18 weeks)
Construction crew must include: 2 Stonemason/Dwarves, 1 Blacksmith, 2 Carpenter/Woodcrafters
1 - Stonemason: 50 mhl/week x 18 = 900
1 - Stonemason: 50 mhl/week x 18 = 900
1 - Blacksmith: 30 mhl/week x 18 = 540
1 - Carpenter: 40 mhl/week x 18 = 720
1 - Carpenter: 40 mhl/week x 18 = 720
5 - General Laborer: 20 mhl/week x 18 x 3 = 1080
Total Labor Costs: 4860 mhl

The construction time can be reduced to 9 weeks, at a rate of 270 mhl, additional, per expedited week of construction.

MAJOR CASTLE LABOR:
A major castle takes 24 weeks to construct (example: 8 men for 24 weeks).
Construction crew must include: 3 Stonemason/Dwarves, 2 Blacksmiths, 2 Carpenter/Woodcrafters, 1 Leathercrafter.
1 - Stonemason: 50 mhl/week x 24 = 1200
1 - Stonemason: 50 mhl/week x 24 = 1200
1 - Stonemason: 50 mhl/week x 24 = 1200
1 - Blacksmith: 30 mhl/week x 24 = 720
1 - Blacksmith: 30 mhl/week x 24 = 720
1 - Carpenter: 40 mhl/week x 24 = 960

1 - Leathercrafter: 25 mhl/week x 24 = 600

Labor is to be paid, in full, once the construction time is completed. No discount may be applied to labor payment. Cost of materials is separate from the labor.
Materials cost to be paid at initial time of purchase: Keep 5000 mhl, Minor Castle 14000 mhl, Major Castle 30,000 mhl
