Slave Plot Ownership Changes

As of the date of this posting, Dec 13, 2019, the following policy is in effect:

1. No slave purchases of land or improvements.
2. Current slave ownership of land, of the date of this posting, remains as is.
3. No improvements allowed upon plots currently owned by slaves..regardless of whom is purchasing.

If a plot owning char is to be slave collared, one of the two following will occur at the discretion of the player owning the char:
1. A repossession of the plot(s) will be conducted, refunding the total value of the land and improvements back into the bank account of the character.
2. The plot(s) will be transferred to another char of another player, plot limits allowing and ooc consent given from the other player. Once transferred, the plots are fully owned by the character and only returned at the discretion of the player.

Slave owned plots are still subject to normal repossession procedures. If the property is repossessed, the property will not be allowed to be repurchased while the character is still a registered slave.

Registered concubines are allowed to own and purchase land and improvements.
