Employee Work Outside of the Shop

In order to give the REB clerks options to work outside of the shop, instead of monologue doing paperwork, etc, work outside of the shop is now allowed but only under the following criteria:

1. The character must be tagged as such: Fred-REB-R The R stands for roaming, since that is what the character will be essentially doing.

2. All work must be directly related to REB business. Some examples of such:
a. Checking plots for suitability
b. Proper clearing of formerly constructed improvements
c. Current construction of improvements
*this is not all inclusive but examples of allowed activities*

3. The moment that any IC activity can be possibly, in any way, deemed not to be REB business (fighting, sexing, visiting, lost in the woods, etc), the character is required to remove the REB-R tag. There will be no paid time for activities not related to REB business.

4. If any unrelated activity is done while being REB-R tagged, the character will be removed from position within the REB, regardless. If attacked, or something out of the characters control, the character is still required to untag before defending/counterattacking, finding his way home, etc.

5. This RP opportunity is available to only the paid REB employees. At no time is a volunteer employee allowed to work outside of the respective REB shop.

All clerks are required to read and post understanding of this. If there is ever a question of "is this allowed?" and I, Theressa, am not here to clarify, then I highly suggest that you adhere to the side of caution and not tag your character up as Roaming. Paid time sexing/visiting/chatting and the like with customers can be done in the respective office. The presence within the office will still allow other customers to come into the office and request REB services to which the general rule applies: all extraneous activities must cease for actual REB work. One violation of this criteria will end it all for the entire REB shop.
