The Expansion of Log, Stone, and Brick houses has been put into play, as the commands have been put into Des. Here are the current Rules and could be subject to change.

When you expand, the whole house unusable for the duration of building rooms, especially in winter.
The Prices and building times are as follows:
50 per room 5 days for log cabin
60 per room, 6 days for stone cottage
70 per room, 7 days for brickhouse

3 rooms max can be added per acre. 9 rooms max total.
Example:
HP Kalagoth Trinn; B.Hs w/fbsmt; 5ac X2 500/1000; stream, marsh

He is able to add the full nine rooms, as his property has 5 acres.

BUT

HD Kyrspeth Anwar; S.Cot; 0.33ac x1 100/500;

Kyrspeth would only be able to add 3 rooms to her Stone Cottage, because she has less than one acre.

Out of town plots can now be increased, You may add a few acres of land to your property to make it bigger.

You may increase it 25% of the size it is currently up to a maximum of 10 acres in total. OUT OF TOWN PLOTS ONLY.

5 acres for 500 mhl which equals 1acre per 100 mhl. To increase land size see a RE agent.

Command to improve land size is now added (Thanks to Ehlanna of course) !reb improve plot "LAND - 5 ACRES or LAND - 1 ACRE" You can also search improvements now to find the command aswell.
