Lost character activation email?

I've made a character (named Julia) tied to the same email that this account is, but I never got the email with the temporary password. I went into the channel and asked a mod (I think it was Archaon) for help, and they directed me to a couple other mods that could help. Unfortunately, so far I haven't been able to make it to the channel at the time they were on. Is there some other way I could get a password reset so that I could log in?
