I am trying to log-in to my account but the stupid game never sent a password to my e-mail even though I keep typing resend password.

I even sent a complaint to this e-mail site on 05/21/2020 but I am STILL awaiting a response to my problem because a certain someone isn't checking the e-mails. I am starting to get impatient. Can an admin who isn't lazy please help me to log-in to my character? I shouldn't have to wait 4+ days just to log-in.
