Reset and race change for Chandaria (2nd i believe)

I am requesting a full reset and a race change for my Character for Chandaria. I havent logged in as the character since 2020. And requesting a race change from Vulpine to Catgirl. I am requesting this as this character was fully tied to a character of a player who is perm banned and would like to start with a fresh start to give the character new opportunities to have character growth.
