With a banquet about to take place at Callie's Sha`Shir villa in less than half an hour, it behooves me to submit a detailed description of the building to aid in roleplay. So, here it is.



A Description of Callie's Beachside Villa in Sha`Shir

Callie Volopa's beachside villa in Sha`Shir is located in the center of Sha`Shir plot 9A, which borders the ocean. The property has a decent stretch of beach, where seagulls like to play during the day.

The two-story villa is at the top of a small hill overlooking the beach. The first floor is surrounded with glass on all four sides, and the second floor is encased in brick. There's a view of the ocean through the western wall on the first floor, and the window on the second floor master bedroom.

The west wing of the first floor is dedicated to the living room. There's a three-seater couch and two recliners, as well as a coffee table and two bookcases. The coffee table has a three-foot-tall statue of a breaching humpback whale on top of it. On the northern wall of the living room, Callie has three mounts for surfboards, and that's generally where she keeps hers.

The first floor's east wing is dedicated to the dining room/kitchen. It's a fully stocked kitchen with a fireplace for cooking, and a magical cooler to keep food and beverages cold. The centerpiece of the dining room is a large dining room table that seats ten people. In between the dining room and living room, bordered by walls, is a staircase leading up.

The entrance door is on the south wall. Just outside the door is a tile dedicated to an indented pool. Guests are asked to wash off their feet in the pool before entering. There's a button one can push with their foot to drain the dirty water and refresh it when they're done. Towels are available just inside the door.

The second story of the villa is dedicated to bedrooms. There are five of them, with the bedroom on the west wing and east wing being nearly the same size. The other three bedrooms are slightly smaller. All of the bedrooms have a reinforced queen-size bed, two end tables, a dresser, wardrobe, a two-person table, and two chairs.

The two master bedrooms have dumbwaiters connecting them with the living room and kitchen on the first floor. The master bedroom has a large window facing west towards the ocean and the setting sun, while the second master bedroom's window faces east towards the city and the rising sun. Two bedrooms face north, and one faces south.
