Ambrosius Bowyers & Staves - Bows, Arrows, and Staves

I would like to propose the Opening of a new shop to supplement the current options in the game and provide further opportunities for players/characters looking for work.

The shop that I would like to propose is a shop that specializes in the crafting and sale of Bows, Crossbows, Staves, and Fletching; I should like to also propose along with this that my proposal of the change of the Bowyer/Fletcher skill from unranked to ranked (https://belariath.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=23917) be linked to the opening of this store (if approved) so that Artisan characters and any others that have chosen to take the skill have another means to enrich the world of Belariath.

We already have too many payrolls that struggle to get employees to open for, and what description has been given makes this store seem pretty much just a more limited Might Makes Right. Artisans for crafting weaponry and the like can just work there. Apologies but I do not see this being added to the payroll list.
