While we've rarely had a precendence to give a crap.. *coughs* We should at least have a place where you can go to get a 'divorce' from your mate/spouse/wife/husband in TLI.
So whats the precedence? I suggest Matwyn will likely and should write what he believes is a good overall precedence but on the whole, the Ops view it as a simplistic routine.
A: Go to the Temple/Priest/ess that married you. Request a parting from old mate.
B: The Priest/Temple will and should have guidelines to follow for the divorce..
C: You're divorced.
D: Whomever divorces you/seperates you will post under this thread in the form of..;
1A: So an SO requested to be seperated fully from "SonSo"
2B: So an SO was granted a seperation from and can once more remarry/mate another from this point on.
3C: Time and Date of Divorce/seperation
Presto.....
Matwyn, Whom is head of Religion, should and likely will post his thoughts upon this and what will be made law/ruling for it. Until that time? These are your guidelines.

I already have a set method for divorcing a mate but it is somewhat explosive. fortunately the bonds are sealed in magma.

I was wondering if this would become an established process, considering I'm sure there are Bonds that don't exist any longer.
I mean really, it isn't effective to try to be an extortionist if you don't even know who is going to be the most pissed from the people you kill/kidnap/bribe/use... is it? ^_~
