In which case, there is also a human approval service that any of the OPS in the #lonely_inn_ooc can normally approve before letting them be played.

If you aren't able to log into des, then talking to one of the aforementioned ops within the channel might give some more direct feedback on anything that might need looking at.

I asked them for help but because im not approved to chat i dont think they can hear me

There is no such character in the database. PM an OP next time you are on.
