Scathien seeks workers for the House of the Rising Phoenix

What follows are directions to reach Scathien's keep where the noble house will be based out of.

For any who seek work, the Noble Scathien, Grand Inquisitor of the Imperium, Master Smith and Dragon Slayer seeks any and all workers willing to pledge themselves into his service. Potential Infrastructure positions include:
Transporter, Guard, Blacksmith, Gatherer, Healer, Cook, General Workers
Scathien is also seeking people who believe themselves to be capable leaders for squadron commander positions in the military arm of his noble house.
Other potential positions can be created as needed. If you have a particular skill that does not fit here present yourself to see if it can be of use.
