Shoji is looking for 'students' who wish training in any form of warfare at his disposal. This includes just combat training(Sparring and RP based), small unit tactics(soldiering), large army tactics(aspiring to become Warlord), Horsemanship, Heraldry, Cartography, as well as Law, Diplomacy, and treatment and care of armor, weapons, and steed.
