Viceroy of Thallis

Stormbringer is appointing Ray`el as Viceroy of the port with responsibility for the security of the western approaches to the empire, and the surrounding area, as well as deterring piracy against empire trade.
In IC terms he will work with (I think) Zaira who has a naval command if I remember right, and others such as Phaing and Tehya who want to do the trading side. In OOC terms he will be looking at getting roleplay happening that involves that area and ships generally. There will be job opportunities too.
