OOC Note. This has been posted up in the Town, the stores, and the Inn. Meeting point, Rays dominion of the Thallis Port. Some mages may not be powerful enough to help but you can come to see how its done for future references. Someday you may be asked to help and will know what to expect. After which, an announcement will be following you might be keen to hear. This will be taking place at 6PM Central today. All are welcome even to watch from the shore, you never know, someone might explode! Maybe.
