While we understand Lord Archaon and Infernis have been detained in these past weeks and months from the later, we have decided that Lord Ray`El along with Gabriel, Empire Liaison, shall step within the premise and take control until one or the other steps back into their leading rolls of Ruling Deth. He still must live up to expectations and rules of the Empire and of Lord Archaon that percids and holds the land for us and in our Name.

All Guards and Imperial Guards are to make sure those they lead are aware.
