IG - How to Catch a Thief

There are TWO ways that the IG becomes involved in Shop Stealing:
1) If they are in town during a current scene of a thief stealing from a shop and the thief has failed their escape roll. At which point STEP 2 is followed and, if applicable, follow the CAPTURE procedure.
OR
2) If there are no IG present and the thief has failed his escape, he must RP out evidence being left behind that will clearly identify him. At this point, the IG would seek the thief out and follow STEP 2 and, if applicable, the CAPTURE procedure.
