The following areas will be restricted; only authorized personnel and people on valid business (IE Managers, Workers, Customers and Guards) will be allowed entry.
Unigo (that includes Apothecary)
Umbara (that includes Silent Embrace)
The Sorcerers Sanctuary (transactions for now are still conducted in the Body Arts)
The old Brewery
Fines and Penalties for being caught will be doubled. It will follow as if they were stealing from Imperial Property.
Patrols are now 24 / 7 until the issue has been cleared.
