Winter Fest
Come one! Come all! It's that most magical time of the year where frozen water drifts from the sky and the ground is covered in white in a non-naughty manner!

Current Working Dates: In progress. Real life got in the way.

In celebration of the winter season itself, the Bazaar is hosting a week-long sales event in March known as Winter Fest. The times are from 3-9pm Eastern guaranteed though may be earlier or last longer as the workers are able to keep it up. The Working Dates for the event are those when games are available. The Market Bazaar has been decorated with ice sculptures of all different types, made by Bazaar artisans and freelancers alike. In example there is a large 9ft mephos ice carving near the stage at the market with wings flared and frosted flames spread outward from its form. There are also horses in varying stances throughout the market, each horse different from the next. If followed, they direct people to the various events and game stations going on around the Bazaar. There are banners of light blue and white in snowflake designs decorating the market and stalls, and even snow sculptures that have been colored with dyes. Entertainers dress themselves in the beauty of the season with glittering makeup and frosty transparent garb, taking advantage of Warmth spells while showing off their forms and body paint designs.

Winter Fest SALE
During this time, all Bazaar sales will have a percentage off sales for their customers ranging from 10% to FREE. This will be determined by a !r 1d10 AFTER the items being bought have been selected and noted in the channel ICly. The discounts go as follows.. 1 = 10% off up to 10 = 100% off, with the corresponding numbers between matching a percentage off. EVERY clerk is permitted and expected to do this during the event.

Playout: The clerk rolls a single die made of ice, and that die dictates the sale percentage.

The Bazaar is hiring for many positions including but not limited to...
Staff:
Game Master: Lumio (Manager of the Bazaar)
Game Runners: ?
Security: ?
Cryomancers: ?
Entertainers: ?
Auctioneer: ?

ONGOING ACTIVITIES

Ice Skating
Many stalls have been removed for an area to be fenced off, allowing for an area made just for ice skating! Bring your own skates or borrow skates for use from the attendant overseeing the rink. There are snow piles and hay bales to act as barriers and help catch those who are not fluent to the art of skating on ice. Every now and then ice mages tend the ice to keep it smooth and thick for the most fun to be had.

Free Hot Cocoa and Roasted Nuts
There are a few carts in the Bazaar set up to give away free hot cocoa and warm roasted nuts, both plain and glazed. Other vendors are welcome to set up shop as well and peddle their wares or offer free taste testing of their goods.

The Auction
On the stage are special selected items made by Nanthalion's own artisans and each is up for bid! Bids will be made IC on the last day, and all mhl made goes to the artist. In return, the winner of the auction will get the item in the form of a shopitem as well as a full detailed desc for their Notes on their profile page.
All items in the auction will be listed for the duration of the event. This is a great opportunity for freelancers! Want to get an item in the auction? Look here: Link Coming Soon

GAMES

Ice Endurance I
The first ice endurance game is one of challenge of the derriere. For those who wish to participate, they tell one of the game runners. Upon entering, a large block of ice is brought before the contestant and they have to sit on it bare assed. There is a special NPC gaming monitor watching over this to be sure that the Warmth Spell is not used nor are any fire magics to cheat. The goal is for the contestant to sit on the ice block for as long as they can. The results are written and displayed on a board near the stage for all to see.
Prize: 100mhl Bazaar Voucher
Mechanics: The player rolls FIVE !r 1d10 and the results are tallied up. If during this time the player's roll results in a 1, they cannot roll any more because their character could not stand the cold, and has thus gotten up. The player who has the highest number of points at the end of the event wins. Players will hopefully use each roll as a posting turn, to play out participating in the contest.

Ice Endurance II
The second ice endurance game is one of challenge of... inner strength. For those who wish to participate, they tell one of the game runners. Upon entering, the contestant strips down and lays back on a large wooden table, and they are brought an ice dildo of desired moderate length suitable for their form. This ice dildo is then inserted into either the ass or pussy. There is a special NPC gaming monitor watching over this to be sure that the Warmth Spell is not used nor are any fire magics to cheat. The goal is for the contestant to keep the ice dildo within them for as long as they can. The results are written and displayed on a board near the stage for all to see.

Bobbing for Icicles
You can play this three times per day. The contestant keeps their hands behind their back and approaches a large tub of warm water. Inside of this tub are floating glass icicles that have paper scrolls inside, readable and magnified by the glass. Cold Humor: A Poetry Contest
Mechanics: I select 30 words, numbered 1-10 on here. Then a person rolls three 1d10's to select their words (also drawing them out of a bowl IC) and they have to make a poem based off of those words. You cannot start your poem until you have drawn the words ICly from Lumio.

Our theme is WHEN THINGS GO WRONG IN THE BEDROOM

The poem must be themed and feature the words drawn. Remember! The words must be exact, not variations of. If you roll "masked" then you have to use masked, not mask or masking.

First Drawing
1. Bed
2. Dildo
3. Cockring
4. Floor
5. Table
6. Sleep
7. Hot
8. Pussy
9. Fingers
10. Cock

Second Drawing
1. Hoping
2. Jumping
3. Laughing
4. Focused
5. Writhe
6. Oops
7. Slipped
8. Missed
9. Confused
10. Fighting

Third Drawing
1. Pickle
2. Fungus
3. Growth
4. Slime
5. Booger
6. Tongue
7. Eye
8. Cum
9. Penis
10. Breasts

Example poem is not an exact match.
So if I roll and get Masked, Sorrow, Penis
My poem in the form of a riddle, the item described revealed at the end:

Oh my oh weep oh why
Of sorrow I must cry
Hidden away in pants and britches
Masked in cum, shoved into bitches
Whipped out, tucked away, and pierced by some genius
I droop sad and spring to freedom, as I am your penis!

So for those playing, roll 1d10 three times, to see what words you get. Then make a post here with your three words, and your poem that follows. Remember! The words must be exact, not variations of. If you roll "masked" then you have to use masked, not mask or masking.

THE FINAL DAY
On the final day of the event there will be two large activities. There will be the Great Snowball Challenge, and the end of the Auction.

The Great Snowball Challenge
People of all ranks and class dress for fun in the snow. In the market square the area normally reserved for dances will be cleared out and covered in fluffy snow with no chance of rocks or ice. There will be mounds of snow set up to hide behind. Players will be divided into two teams by drawing colored beads from a hat. Once all players have been selected, the game starts where players throw snowballs at each other. Teammates are not permitted to throw snowballs at members of their own team. During this time there will be prizes given for:
Winning Team (The team members of the team with the most points) Prize: 25mhl voucher for the Bazaar
Best Hitter (The player with the most hits made) Prize: 100mhl voucher for the Bazaar
Practice Dummy (The person who gets hit out of the game first) Prize: 25mhl voucher for the Bazaar
Last Man Standing (The last one to be in the game) Prize: 100mhl voucher for the Bazaar

RULES
Qdice will be used.
Team Points count as the "damage points" as whereas no actual damage will be done, this just indicates how well the snowball strike was done.
Posts will be made in alpha-order. After each round (both teams have gone) the Team Points will be announced.
Teams: Red or Blue.. Teams are divided by the color scarf around their waist and matching cloth cuffs on their wrists. This will be marked by R-CharacterName or B-CharacterName
No team will be allowed to have more than 10 members. In the event of a team having an odd number of players, Lumio will join to even the odds so everyone can play.
Three hits mean you're out! Those who are out may leave or sit on the sidelines and watch. You change your name to normal then.
Teammates cannot throw snowballs at members of their own team.
Magic is not permitted.

The Auction
At the end of the night when the games have slowed, the auctioneer or manager of the Bazaar will step on stage. Then one at a time each item that has been approved and on display all week will finally be auctioned off. The biddings start at 5mhl, no matter the item. The biddings end when no one bids further and the highest bid wins the item. All coin taken in for the items go to the artisans that made them.
