Sorgram took note of Kudos but as he was drained from an earlier ressurection, he reserved this for the ritual. Removing deftly as with great skill the vestaments the corpse wore, he began to prepare the body. A soft cloth was dipped into a bucket and care was used in cleansing the female corpse. No matter how clean the corpse may gave bee, it was decreed that it should be done by the temple and was done so, thoroughly. Any protestation would be met with a hard fiery gaze and silence. Once this was completed, sacred oils were applied to the corpse for preparation of ash and soul.
As this was completed, a chant for the awakening of the Fire and Mountain was started in an ancient dialect. The dark draks would bring short a great crystal chalice, in which a seed burned white hot. Reaching in, the dragon priest would grasp the seed. Burning hotter than any flame he grasped it tightly hiding barely the scorgching pain he felt. Upon the bare chest of the young woman, he would place the seed. From it a silvery wisp would emerge and suffuse itself into the body. As he began an application of ash, the seed would dissolve. Here he would begin the calling of the soul.
The torches would douse and the only l ight would be from the silvery pulsing about the corpse and Sorgram's eyes. A different chant was started and he would move away toward the darkness. A blue disc would appear and float down into the darkness. after a moment or two had passed the disc would rise up with a small amount of glowing orange liquid on it. Sorram would touch an object to this jelly like substance andd it would flow up the shappe, which seemed to be daggerish. Another chant was begun for the sealing of the soul into the body. As it was comppleted, the dagger like object was thrust into the corpse. When extracted it was no longer glowing and the silver glow seemed to have coalesced in that spot. Sorgram applied a small amount of remaining ash to her breast.
The glows faded and darkness consumed the remaining light. A soft voice was heard either from exhaustion or care, only this was bheard."....with a kiss life is restored." After that silence and then a sound of a body hitting the floor.
Once light was found, Sorgram would be found, a fresh scar from two burns would be on his hand...one a hammer the other an anvil. The hammer appeared to be resting handle up on the anvil. Myra would appear in a deep sleep and be unable to be woken until daylight. It would be warned that she should not wash until morning, to do so may risk her life. On cleansing and the ash removed from her wing, two hammers would be made out, slightly more distinct in color, they would stand out against her wings. One on each wing.
