Empire Geography
In a land where most travel takes place on foot or by horse, then accurate mapping is rather limited and for a newly developed empire, not too high a priority anyway. But as time passes, knowledge becomes more important and the resources become available to put that information into a usable form.
Here then is the definite details which are known so far. Naturally it is very incomplete but as the empire expands, so too will its mapping.
OOC Note: It would be unreasonable to expect a complete map of the world of Belariath. Having one would also cut down on the potential for future storylines.
