ok so this list is what the physical classes are going to loose access to:
Chill Touch enchant:
Color Spray enchant:
Damage Shield enchant:
Energy Bolt enchant:
Fire Bolt enchant:
Ice Shards enchant:
Magical Armor enchant:
Physical Armor enchant:
Shocking Grasp enchant:

And to further clarify: This is the SPELL/ACTIVATED version of those spells. If, say a warlord wanted permanent chill touch to his hammer for the additional ice damage, this is okay.

So while they do lose access to be able to use the above enchantments, the bottom list is ok in PERMANENT FORM only.
