Genet's are weasel/cat-like creatures who are primarily diurnal, meaning they are most active at dusk and dawn. They love to climb and are small carnivores. Average size is similar to that of a housecat, and they have the personalities of housecats and ferrets combined.
Description: Genets are generally long-bodied, feline looking weasels with long, bushy tails. They tend to have a spotted coat with rings around their tails, and partially retractile claws suited for climbing. All genet species have a dark stripe along the spine; they differ in fur color and spot pattern. Their tails are almost as long as head and body.
Origin: Genets are commonly found in more arid areas of the world, and are commonly found in trees and underbrush. They are considered solitary creatures until it comes time to mate and raise their young.
Abilities: Climbing, fetching, and hunting small prey
