If Artan can be moved from the CoDL, Dasan is more than able to resurrect him just fine.

Just say someone had them moved somewhere else cause they were starting to stink

OOC: Raphaelwyn granted permission for Artan to be moved from the Cavern of Diminishing Light to the Grove of Balance. Due to this, Dasan, Head Druid of the Grove of Balance, was able to resurrect him after a significant amount of time.
