So, after looking through the religion section iv found primarily gods and nothing really evil feeling. I think it would be kind of awesome if there were demons in the world of belariath, maybe have a witch prestige class?

It's been a long time since I saw this discussed so take this with a grain of salt, but...
As I recall it is official canon that there are no demons or similar in the world of belariath.

We just have gods. Whether you see them as good or evil is up to you. For Instance, Cham-Er one of the more newer of Gods introduced to the game is mroe than likely seen as evil by most as he is the god of death/destruction.
