If you are an OWNER who has owned a slave for at LEAST 6 months, you can nominate someone for the TT position as long as it is NOT your own slave.

Do not voice your nominations in any open channel. Instead, PM them via channel, or MB to Tawny

At the moment, the TT Council is actively watching as well, so they are keeping an eye out for potential candidates.
