Mechanics:
This spell allows a mage to summon forth a number of magical cuffs up to the number of times they have taken the mage class. Then he will be able to make a ranged magical attack against his target, which must be living. If the attack is successful the cuff will slide around the appendage targeted by the mage and will lock solidly into place around it, rendering it immobile. Only one such cuff attack may be made per round. Only the mage can remove the cuff, either upon them losing consciousness, releasing it on their own, or by leaving the area; once the mage is away from the cuffs, they will fade at the rate of one per round.. Once all but one limb is held within a cuff the target is rendered immobile and unable to do anything. Once the cuffs are in place they may be directed by the will of the mage as they see fit. Each such limb caught in a cuff will require the appropriate combat modifier to be applied to the targets combat rolls. This spell deals no damage. The neck may never be targeted only arms and legs.
Soft Enchantments are for Role-Play use only and have no effect in combat, they can be put on mundane items as well as armor and weapons. These effects are only usable by the character wearing the item enchanted and CANNOT be cast upon others.
They (include but are not limited to): Vibrate, inability to cum, cum on command, flavored cum, self-lubricating, unremovable (25mhl for Slave Collars. Additional 25 mhl for removable command.), Transfer Feelings (can be placed upon dildos and strap ones to transfer the sexual pleasures while being used to the user.) Decreased Recoup time (for sexual use only) Male Milk (Makes the cock dribble cum..)
